The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanisms influencing consumers' continued intention to use live-streaming e-commerce for shopping, providing strategic recommendations for businesses to optimize live-streaming activities and enhance consumers' shopping experiences. In this paper, we innovatively integrate the UTAUT2 and ECM theoretical models to construct a comprehensive research framework. This framework not only thoroughly reveals the multi-dimensional variables that affect consumers' continuous usage intentions but also delves deeply into the interrelationships among these variables. We collected data extensively through surveys and utilized the Structural Equation Modeling and Bootstrapping methods for analysis. The research results indicate that performance expectation plays a crucial role in determining the continuous usage intention; satisfaction exerts a significant mediating effect between performance expectation and four other variables concerning continuous usage intention; and expectation confirmation stands out as the most prominent factor in enhancing satisfaction.

The purpose of school education and that of school library services are the same and the school librarians are expected to provide useful programs for the curriculum development. The effective operation of the school library need to be reformed in spite of various obstacles. If the primary school teachers perception and expectation on school librarians'roles are appropriate this will greatly motivate and mare active utilization of school library by the students. The purpose of this study are to survey the role of school librarian and to friend out the perception and expectation of primary school teachers on the school library services and finally to use its results for more efficient management of school library in teaching programs. It is conclude, base on the results, that they recognize the importance of school library and need to assign school librarians and also expect various services including school library education programs.

The aim of this study is to determine whether the 65 competencies, defined in "the role of Korean doctor, 2014", are suitable for basic medical education phase in Korea. It seeks to analyze the gap among the educational reality and expectation, assessment situation of the competencies above. We also try to define issues of the development, application and assessment phases of competency-based medical education (CBME) at individual medical schools. We designed survey tools based on the Miller's assessment pyramid (knowledge, explanation, demonstration, and performance) for each of the 65 competencies. The survey distributed to 41 medical schools in April 2015 and 38 replies were received (92.7%). Competencies that matched both the educational reality and expectation were numbers 1 (patient care), 33 (social accountability), and 49 (professionalism). However, all the other competencies ranked lower in current status than that of desirable level. 54 out of 65 competencies (83.07%) remained at the knowledge and explanation level when each competence were assessed. In the development, application, and assessment phases of CBME, common issues that medical schools commonly noted were difficulty linking competencies to curriculum preparation and student assessment, the lack of faculty's understanding, difficulty to reach consensus among faculties, and absence of teaching and learning methods and assessment tools that fits CBME. For the successful settle down of CBME, there is a need for efforts to develop the model of graduate outcomes, to share information and experience, and to operate faculty development program by the medical education communities.

This study analyzes life experiences and prospects of poverty/welfare exit of the poor with work ability utilizing Mixed methodology. Based on Sequential Exploratory Design, it qualitatively analyzes 3 waves of qualitative panel data linked to Korea Welfare Panel Study(KWPS) and presents life changes of 14 poor in the context of their prospects of welfare/poverty exit. Then it proposes hypotheses on the role of education, household economy expectation, self-esteem in the prospects of poverty/welfare exit following the sequential exploratory design to quantitatively test qualitative findings utilizing KWPS(7th). The outcomes of the Structural Equation Model(SEM) suggest that household economy expectation plays mediating role between education and the prospects of welfare/poverty exit. This implies that anti-poverty policy needs to consider a psychological approach to enhance household economy expectations of the poor as well as other material support.

The purpose of this study was to develop the new marriage preparation program for premarital couples. To develop the new program existing studies and programs for the marriage preparation in Korea. U. S. A and Canada were reviewed. The new marriage preparation program was consisted with eight-session(two hours per session)program that is Realistic expectations of marriage, Understanding of themselves & partner Role expectations, Communication Intimacy Conflict resolution Sexuality Financial management. Present study investigates the impact of privacy concerns of SNS users on continued intention to use since the privacy infringement issue emerges when smartphone use has been increasingly prevalent. In particular, moderating effect of perceived usefulness and mediating effect of trust between privacy concerns and continued intention to use are further evaluated. Contrary to the expectation that users of SNS will resist to use SNS because of privacy concerns, the number of users of SNS is still growing exponentially. Current paradox might be explained by the intervening factors such as perceived usefulness and trust. The results verify the mediating role of trust and no moderating role of perceived usefulness. Finally, the practical implication for businesses who utilize SNS in their marketing strategy is discussed.

The purpose of this paper was to find the apartment manager's general work, problems and opinion. 35 managers of multi-family housing which located in Kwangmyung city were interviewed during July, 1999. Questionnaire was consisted of questions which manager's opinion about their job boundaries. At the managerial standpoint, there was a perceived gap in expectation level about the manager's role between the manager and residents in multi-family housing complexes. The fact that the lack of interpersonal communication caused this gap was founded. Managerial rules and guidelines should be described in detail and be known by all residents. Specified guideline should be suggested regarding the boundaries of the manager's job, responsibilities and rights, and extra work beyond the management job in order to prevent conflicts or problems between the managing body and the residents. There guidelines also play an important role in solving the conflicts and problems in multi-family housing.

The paper explores determinants of corporate adoption of social media and the role of technology acceptance model in the path. This paper assimilates some components of the technology acceptance dimension and social expectation theories to determine corporate intentions to use social media. Six hundred and forty-eight samples collected from hotel staff in Korea are analyzed using factor analysis, structural equation model techniques and one-way analysis of variance. The results show that corporate needs, social expectations, ease of use and usefulness should be viewed as important antecedents explaining the firm's behavioral intention to use social media. The study also finds that the ease of use and usefulness of the technology acceptance model have positive directional mediation effects in the path diagram.

In the area of legal studies, negotiation can be taught as a profession skill in legal matters such as making negotiating a contract or resolving disputes including alternative dispute resolution. Given recent changes in the legal services market such as the opening of the market, expected higher competition in the legal profession and a high expectation for lawyers' role in society, negotiation skills are an important element of legal expertise that should be developed in law schools. The main purpose of negotiation training should be to make law school students aware of their role as lawyers to help their clients resolve their problems using their legal expertise and negotiation skills in an appropriate and effective way.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the perspectives of gender and role in the family for nurses' work-family balance. Method: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 14 married nurses having children, who were selected through convenience sampling and purposive sampling from November 1, 2011 to January 20, 2012. The data were analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis. Results: The common themes resulted from data analysis included following traditional gender roles, giving up any expectation of spouse's role, coordinating the division of family roles, and refusing to stick to gender roles. The age of nurse, family background of husband, and social-economic contexts were essential to explain the couple dynamics. Conclusions: Nurses who received private family support were stably leading a work-family balance, yet unable to change the gender structure of spouse for the work-family balance. On the other hand, young nurses who were unable to get any support, had a tendency of cooperating with their spouses and adopting more negotiable and pragmatic approach to work-family balance.
