머신러닝을 위한 데이터셋 수집 RPA 개발 (Development of Dataset Cllection RPA for Machine Learning)

  • 본 논문에서는 RPA(Robotic Process Automation) Tool 개발 과정 중 머신 러닝, 딥러닝에 필요한 이미지 크롤링 및 전처리 기능을 이용한 가공된 데이터 셋 처리 과정을 기술한다. 개발된 RPA 툴에서 머신러닝 및 딥러닝에 사용될 데이터 확보 기능을 제공하며, 세부적으로 이미지 전처리(Convert Gray, Histogram Equalization, Binary, Resize)등 반복적으로 사용되는 기능들을 제공한다. 개발된 툴을 통해 RPA의 자동화 기능과, 전처리 기능의 융합을 통해 업무의 효율성을 제공한다.

  • The automation and control of robotic welding process is a very complex assignment because the system is affected by a number of variables which are very difficult to determine or predict in practice. Not only the optimization of the robotic welding process is considered from the point of view of the time and the cost of manufacturing. as well as quality of the weldment. the human factors of the production and many other factors must taken into consideration. hi order to determine the optimal parameters of robotic welding process, it is necessary to build a computer model representing all parameters influencing the welding process as well as the mutual dependence between them. This paper presents an approach to modeling the robotic welding process in which all parameters affecting the welding process are included using a neural network. A detailed analysis of the simulation results has been carried out to evaluate the proposed neural network model.

  • The problems occurred when developing a automatic wheel deburring system are to make effective flexibility in model change and the irregularity of the position/shape of the burr, to select optimal robotic manufacturing process and to develope optimal end effector. The locations where burr exists are on flange, rim and spoke. Here will be discussed the optimal solution for the removal of rim burr by using robot. The research can be summarized as the automatic robot path generation by recognizing rim contour and automatic deburring process technique. Various rim contour data is generated automatically when the sensor which is fixed to robot is moving with the parallel motion to the wheel center axis and this generated data is transferred to the data storage system and converted to the robot path data. The robotic tool system which is suitable to the rim deburring process is developed by integrating tool, compliance function and sensor. And factory automation system controlled by robot controller and PC is developed. This system shows good productivity and flexibility.

  • 4차 산업 혁명의 실현이 구체화 되면서 기업 업무환경에 대한 패러다임이 전통적 노동환경에서 디지털 노동환경으로 변화되어가고 있다. 특히 RPA(Robotic Process Automation), 챗봇과 같은 기술들은 단순 반복적인 작업을 자동화하여 인간의 노동량을 감소시키고 인간이 더욱 가치 있는 작업 또는 노동에 집중할 수 있도록 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 퍼블릭 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 경비지출관리 솔루션을 활용하고 있는 기관이나 기업들이 이러한 로봇 프로세스 자동화 기술과 챗봇 기술을 접목하여 경비지출 보고서 관리 업무를 간소화하는 클라우드 모듈을 개발한다. 개발된 모듈은 전문가 평가를 진행하여 80.3%의 만족도를 보였고 용이성 측면에서 가장 높은 94%의 만족도를 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에서는 경비지출관리 업무와 관련된 업무 시스템을 추가로 연계하여 기업 내·외부에서 발행하는 업무를 단일 RPA 환경으로 확장하고자 한다.

A Knowledge-based Fuzzy Multi-criteria Evaluation Model of Construction Robotic Systems

  • In recent years, construction projects have been forced to cope with lack of skilled labor and increasing hazard circumstance of human operations. A construction robotic system has been frequently accomplished as one alterative for overcoming these difficulties in increasing construction quality, enhancing productivity, and improving safety. However, while the complexity of such a system increases, there are few ways to carry out an assessment of the system. This paper introduces a knowledge-based multi-criteria decision-making process to assist decision makers in systematically evaluating an automated system for a given project and quantifying its system performance index. The model employs linguistic terms and fuzzy numbers in attempts to deal with the vagueness inherent in experts' or decision makers' subjective opinions, considering the contribution resulted from their knowledge on a decision problem. As an illustrative case, the system, called Robotic-based Construction Automation, for constructing steel erection of high-rise buildings was applied into this model. The results show the model's capacities and imply the application to other extended types of construction robotic systems.

  • The robotic $CO_2$ welding is a manufacturing process to produce high quality joints for metal and it could provide a capability of full automation to enhance productivity. Despite the widespread use in the various manufacturing industries, the full automation of the robotic $CO_2$ welding has not yet been achieved partly because the mathematical model for the process parameters of a given welding task is not fully understood and quantified. Several mathematical models to control welding quality, productivity, microstructure and weld properties in arc welding processes have been studied. However, it is not an easy task to apply them to the various practical situations because the relationship between the process parameters and the bead geometry is non-linear and also they are usually dependent on the specific experimental results. Practically, it is difficult, but important to know how to establish a mathematical model that can predict the result of the actual welding process and how to select the optimum welding condition under a certain constraint. In this research, an attempt has been made to develop an intelligent algorithm to predict the weld geometry (top-bead width, top-bead height, back-bead width and back-bead height) as a function of key process parameters in the robotic $CO_2$welding. To achieve this above objective, Taguchi method was employed using five different process parameters (tip gap, gas flow rate, welding speed, arc current, welding voltage) as a guide for optimization of process parameters.

관리회계실행을 위한 RPA기반 원가관리 최적화 방안 (Cost Management Optimization Based on RPA for Management Accounting)

  • 인공지능의 발전과 함께 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)의 광범위한 적용은 필연적인 것이 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 RPA를 기반으로 하여 교차되는 원가정보의 자동수집, 적시성 및 유연성을 지닌 원가관리의 최적화 방안을 모색하고자 함에 있다. RPA기반의 원가관리시스템은 원가정보 인식의 교차시스템, 클라우드 플랫폼 등을 통하여 원가관리프로세스의 최적화와 개선을 이룩할 수 있을 것이다. RPA 관련기술의 효익, RPA기술과 회계기능에 대한 선행연구를 조사하고, 현행의 원가관리 문제점을 파악하여 경영의사결정을 지원하는 관리회계 실행을 위한 원가관리의 최적화를 구현하는 RPA적용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 다양한 산업영역에 대하여 정부기관, 기업들은 디지털 트랜스포메이션 전략 수립 및 추진하고 있으며 성공적인 기술 혁신을 통한 4차 산업혁명시대를 선도하고 있다. 이런 변화의 시기에 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 성공사례로 글로벌 기업 나이키, 스타벅스의 이야기를 많이 접할 수 있다. 이 두 기업은 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 통하여 성공적인 결과를 보여 주고 있다. 국내 기업들 또한 모바일, 클라우드, IoT, 인공지능, AR·VR 기술을 기반으로 디지털 혁신을 진행하고 있으며 고효율 높은 생산성을 위한 RPA (Robotic Process Automation)프로세스를 구축 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 건설 산업의 설계, 시공, 유지관리의 시공 전주기 데이터를 활용하여 3차원 디지털 트윈 공간 구축 자동화 프로세스 기법을 소개하고 앞으로 건설 산업영역의 디지털 트랜스포메이션 전략에 대하여 알아본다.

  • Construction automation and robotics are being taken notice as an alternative to improve productivity and quality. Reflecting on these purpose, automation system, called RCA(Robotic-crane based Construction Automation) system, is developed and have been verified through a pilot project recently in Korea. To apply the RCA system in high-rise building effectively, each management factors of element technologies in the system is derived and assessed critical factor. The purpose of this study, management factors of element techniques, consisted of RCA system, is classified through questionnaires/interviews targeting system developers and construction managers in pilot project site, and critical factors is selected using AHP.
