운영 중인 철도노반 보강을 위한 그라우팅 성능 (Grouting Performance for the Reinforcement of Operating Railway Roadbed)

  • 본 논문에서는 운영 중인 철도노반의 침하에 대응하고자 노반보강 재료와 공법에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 국내에서는 도시철도와 고속철도, 그리고 일반철도에 콘크리트궤도가 도입되고 있지만 최근 시공된 일부구간에서 콘크리트궤도의 노반침하가 발생되고 있고, 유지보수에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 철도 안전운행을 위해 침하된 철도노반의 보강이 시급하지만 현재까지 운영중인 철도노반의 보강에 대한 시공사례는 전무한 상태로서 노반 보강에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최초로 시도되는 운영 중인 철도노반을 보강하기 위해 지반보강 재료들을 통해 노반 보강의 목표성능을 선정하였고, 이에 침투성능 및 고결성 주입효과 등을 확인하여 목표성능의 만족여부를 판단하였다. 연구 결과 일반적으로 쓰이는 지반보강재료 및 공법들은 철도노반 보강의 적용을 위해 개선이 필요하다는 것이 확인되었다.

  • The characteristics of roadbed are very important factors in the design of railways. Laboratory model tests were performed to investigate the effectiveness of geogrid placement in the subbase layers on reinforcement. Design parameters of reinforcement were determined through the laboratory model tests. The results indicated that geogrid reinforcement is increased the bearing capacity and reduced the settlement of railway foundation. The optimum length of geogrid reinforcement is about 4B. The effective depth of geogrid placement from the bottom of ballast is about 0.1B-0.2B depended on magnitude of applied load.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the construction of roadbed with environmental friendly soil amendment agent and reinforced fiber. The special amendment agent and fiber used in this study has a function of soil-cement-agent solidification and reinforcement. A series of laboratory experiments including unconfined compressive strength, tensile strength, compaction test were carried out to investigate the physical and mechanical characteristics of roadbed treated by solidifying agent and fiber. The results of this research showed that the roadbed using poor soil could be efficiently constructed by treatment of this amendment agent and fiber.

  • 본 논문에서는 침하된 철도노반 보강을 위한 아크릴레이트의 보강 성능에 대한 내용을 다루었다. 콘크리트궤도는 궤도유지보수 비용의 절감과 궤도파괴에 높은 저항력을 가지는 장점이 있다. 하지만 최근 콘크리트궤도에서의 노반침하가 발생하고 있고, 이에 대한 유지보수에 어려움을 겪고 있기 때문에 철도 운행에 안전이 우려되고 있다. 현재 국내에서는 콘크리트궤도의 노반침하에 대한 방안으로 궤도복원공법을 통한 유지보수를 시행중에 있지만 노반 자체를 보강할 수 없기 때문에 지속적인 재침하가 발생할 수 있으며, 철도노반 보강에 대한 연구 및 현장적용 사례는 극히 드물어 철도노반을 보강하기 위한 보강재료 및 공법의 개발이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 철도노반의 보강재료로 아크릴레이트 약액을 선정하였으며, 실내실험을 통해 아크릴레이트 약액의 보강성능을 분석하였다. 그 결과 1×10-4cm/sec 투수계수에 침투가 가능하며, 일축압축강도 0.5MPa/30min, 강성 80MPa 이상 확보하는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Since 1970's in Germany and U.S.A., the studies on increasing the bearing capacity of railway roadbed using geogeid have been conducted for the repair, reinforcement, and extention of railways constructed on soft soils. In this study, the railway roadbed system reinforced with geogrids has been analyzed and investigated using finite element method and results of the previous studies were conducted in Korea and other nations. And the method for estimating the railway roadbed thickness was developed based on the equivalent method using the multi-layer theory and the deformation modulus Ev.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study on the construction of environmentally friendly roadbed by reinforcing type soil solidification agent. The soil amendment agent used in this study is friendly to the environment, and has a function of soil-cement-agent solidification. The soil amendment agent was admixed with reinforced fiber material for enhancement of strength and durability of roadbed. The project of trial field test of roadbed construction with special reinforcing soil treatment agent was performed in Gyunggido on December 2003. A series of field and laboratory experiments including unconfined compressive strength, permeability were carried out to investigate the physical and mechanical characteristics of solidified roadbed treated by this reinforced solidifying agent. The results of this research showed that the roadbed using normal and poor soil could be efficiently constructed by treatment of this reinforcing type solidification agent admixed with fiber material.

  • In this study, geotextiles was applied on the selected track-bed, which is relatively economical and efficient way to prevent the problem of mud-pumping and settlement. Field testing sections from Mock-haeng to Dong-ryang in the Chung-buk lines in Korea were selected to investigate the state of track and roadbed. And three places were chosen among 1,700 spots where mud-pumping was frequently occurred and maintenance required. At the curved section with radius of 500m between Mock-haeng and Dong-ryang, we divided this testing site into 5 section and 4 different types of geotextile were installed and left the last section with no reinforcement. Total length of the test site was 200m and individual length of each site was 40 m. In order to understand the state and the strength of prepared roadbed, stiffness and physical properties of the roadbed soil were evaluated and analyzed. Also, after the installation, mud-pumping, settlement of elastic or plastic sleeper, failure of track, wheel-loads, lateral force and earth pressures were investigated.

  • 1980년대 이래 일본 및 미국등에서 연약지반상에 구축된 기존철도의 보수 및 보강시 지오셀 시스템을 이용하여 철도노반의 지지력을 높이는 보강기법들에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 철도의 보수 및 보강을 위해 지오셀 시스템으로 보강된 철도노반에 대해 국내외에서 이미 수행된 연구결과들을 분석하고 평가 하였다. 그리고 이들 결과를 토대로 지반의 변형계수 Ev를 시용하여 철도노반의 두께를 산정하는 다층이론에 근거를 둔 등가방법에 의한 설계방법을 개발하였다.
