As agricultural companies encounter number of risks in their business, it is very important to control the risks for their stable management. So we examine the agricultural business risks and propose the risk management strategies for the agricultural companies. For these purpose, we analyze the agricultural business risks with which agricultural companies are confronted, and propose the agricultural companies' the risk management strategies. The results of this study are as follows : First, Changing the risk environment of agricultural business, we have to realize the importance of the agricultural risks and risk management in it. Second, When we choose the risk management strategies which are risk retention, risk avoidance, risk control, risk transfer and insurance, etc., we should always consider the frequency of loss and the severity of loss. Third, If we don't control the agricultural risks, we will be in a position to very difficult situation. So, Agricultural companies should lead to stronger effort to manage the risks for their stable business.

Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) is aiming at the establishment of the risk management process to prevent and cope with risks in advance and is composed of Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Response and Monitoring. It is feedback through the Risk Re-identification. This study has analysed a sample of the risk management system of an airport operating corporation, for this purpose, relevant documents and examples of overseas airports have been reviewed. It has found that corporations establishing ERM have been performing identical procedures such as the process of Identification, Assessment, Effective Reporting, Communication and monitoring and so on. The A corporation has established the process for risk management and crisis management and organized for its organization and system. The risk management has the same process such as above. In this process, when the symptoms of critical crisis have been recognized, it has been transformed into crisis management system, through which, corporate-wide response has been conducted in the process of crisis status analysis, response and follow-up management. This study expects to contribute to systematic foundation for future business continuity on the basis of risks and response procedures acknowledged by this study.

The risk management is an organized method for identifying and measuring risk and for selecting, developing, and implementing options for the handling of risk. The risk management covers all programatic and technical factors which affect the system development performance, cost, and schedule. While technical issues are primary concern for systems engineering, the three elements(performance, cost, and schedule) must be balanced for a successful risk management process. This paper proposes the risk management process for the KSLV-I(Korea Space Launch Vehicle-I) program using computer-aided systems engineering tool, Cradle. The risk management process of KSLV-I program is similar to the general risk management process, but it has its own specific features to manage large-scale complex characteristics of KSLV-I program.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust toward digital risk management organization on risk perception and cognition of risk management focused on expert survey. The results were as follows. First, Trust toward digital risk management organization influenced negatively on risk perception. Second, Trust toward digital risk management organization influenced positively on cognition of risk management organization. Third, risk perception on digital risk influenced not significantly on cognition of risk management organization. Findings of this study requires an effort to increase trust of digital risk management organization and to develop trust-based decision-making on digital risk.

For the risk analysis and risk assessment techniques to be effectively applied to the field of information technology (IT) security, it is necessary that the required activities and specific techniques to be applied and their order of applications are to be determined through a proper risk management model. If the adopted risk management model does not match with the characteristics of host organization, an inefficient management of security would be resulted. In this paper, a risk management model which can be well adapted to Korean domestic IT environments is proposed for an efficient security management of IT. The structure and flow of the existing IT-related risk management models are compared and analysed, and their common and/or strong characteristics are extracted and incorporated in the proposed model in the light of typical threat types observed in Korean IT environments.

Most construction companies recognize the necessity of risk management. The practical application, however, is not easy because of the absence of systematic procedure for risk management and the difficulty in objectification of subjective risk factors. This study suggests a systematic procedure and a models. In the first place for those researches, this study analyzes the present condition of risk management in the construction industry. The developed model can be used as a risk management tool that enables evaluation of construction risk factors by quantified method, and it provides project managers with the methods to prevent risk and to deal with potential risk factors in the planning and construction phases. The results of this study could be used as references for related researches because this study attempts to develop a systematic tool for risk management including risk identification, risk analysis. risk action phases.

Risk management is an important part of system assurance and it is widely used in safety-related system. Railway signal system is one kind of safety-related system and its most important goal is to guarantee the safety of railway system. The method based on risk management can find and solve the security issues of railway signal system more effectively. This paper introduces the basic conception of risk management, studies the whole process of risk management and related tools and techniques and discusses some key points qualitatively combining with the particularity of railway signal system.

Construction projects are characterized that exposed high risks so feel strongly necessity of actively risk management that manage the time of project. but recent generally time management tools are not satisfied sufficient supporting the risk identify and risk analysis. Therefore this study purposed development the time management model that in order to improve existing problem of time management model in construction project and developed model could perform practical risk management in construction field. The new time management model focused on the risk management will be able to conduct critical path management and risk critical path management simultaneously.
