아동복 주부 소비자의 위험 지각과 위험 감소 행동에 관한 연구 (Risk Perception and Risk Reduction Behavior of Housewife Consumer as a Children's Wear Purchaser)

  • The purposes of this study were to define housewife's risk perception and risk reduction behavior when purchasing children's wear, and to identify the differences according to the clothing buying behavior and demographic characteristics. Data were gathered through survey with 429 housewives in Seoul and metropolitan area, and then statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Duncan's test, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The results showed partially significant differences in risk perception, especially economic risk and social psychological risks, among housewife consumer groups according to the clothing buying behavior and the demographic characteristics. There were significant differences in risk reduction behaviors among the groups, especially brand preference/industry information, observation/experience, and media information. Also, correlations between risk perception and risk reduction behaviors were found. The social psychological risk perception was highly correlated to the risk reduction behaviors, while the time/convenience loss risk was not correlated to any risk reduction behavior. The results of this study provide insight into children's wear business through suggesting marketing implication.

CoLTV 지표를 이용한 임대차주의 상환위험 분석 (Analysis of the Redemption Risk of Renters Using CoLTV)

  • 이 연구는 금융시장 빅데이터인 개인신용정보와 주택시장 빅데이터인 주택실거래데이터를 연계하여 LTV 뿐만 아니라 CoLTV 지표를 추정하여 임대차주의 상환위험을 분석하였다. 분석결과, LTV로만 상환위험을 파악하는 경우, 전세임대차주보다 월세임대차주의 상환위험이 더 컸으나, CoLTV를 이용하면 전세임대차주의 상환위험이 더 크게 나타났다. 이를 통해서 주택담보대출이 있는 전세의 임대차주의 상환위험이 높아, 임차인의 보증금에 손실이 발생할 가능성이 있으며 이를 위해 CoLTV지표를 통한 위험관리, 전세금반환보증과 같은 보증제도를 활성화할 필요가 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 임대계약의 특성과 차주의 개인 특성에 따라 임대차주의 상환위험에 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타남에 따라 임대차주의 개별적 특성을 충분히 고려해야 위험을 관리해야 함을 밝혔다. 이 연구는 개념적으로 논의되던 CoLTV를 금융빅데이터인 개인신용정보와 주택빅데이터인 주택실거래 정보를 결합하여 산출하였으며, 이를 통하여 임대차주들의 계약 및 개인적 특성별로 상환위험을 분석하고 시사점을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

오피스 리모델링 프로젝트 특성에 따른 공기지연 리스크 발생 영향도 (Effect of Office Building Remodeling Project Characteristics on the Occurrence of Schedule Delay Risk Factors)

  • 리모델링 사업의 고유 리스크 요인들로 인해, 리모델링 사업의 실패가 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 실정이며 특히 공기지연이 거의 대부분의 리모델링 프로젝트에서 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 리모델링 프로젝트의 공기지연을 야기하는 리스크요인들이 모든 리모델링 프로젝트에 공통적으로 발생하는 것은 아니며, 해당 프로젝트의 다양한 특성에 따라 리스크 요인들의 발생가능성이 영향을 받게 된다. 이러한 맥락에서, 리모델링 프로젝트를 수행한 경험이 있는 29명의 현장관리자들을 대상으로 수행된 신뢰성 있는 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로, (1) 리모델링 프로젝트의 속성들이 리스크 요인의 발생에 얼마나 빈번하게 영향을 미치는지를 평가한 "프로젝트의 속성별 중요도"를 산정하였고, (2) 어떤 리스크 요인의 발생가능성이 가장 큰지를 평가한 "리모델링 사업의 공기지연 리스크 요인별 중요도" 그리고 (3) 이상의 두 가지를 혼합한, "각각의 리스크 요인의 발생에 영향을 미치는 프로젝트 속성별 영향도"를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여, 리모델링을 고려하는 건축물의 다양한 특성들과 공기지연 리스크 발생가능성 사이의 관계를 다각적인 측면으로 분석하였고, 이를 통해, 리모델링을 계획하고 있는 발주자가 해당 프로젝트의 오피스의 특성에 따라 발생가능성이 높은 공기지연 리스크를 사전에 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

경기도 지역 대사증후군 근로자의 생활습관특성, 대사증후군 위험요인 및 심혈관 위험도 (Lifestyle Characteristics, Metabolic Syndrome Risk Factors and Risk of Cardiovascular Disease among Workers in Kyeongki-do)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the lifestyle characteristics and risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) among workers with metabolic syndrome(MS). Methods: The descriptive cross-sectional survey design was used. A total of 187 workers with MS were recruited from a university hospital. The anthropometric measures were used and blood data were reviewed from the health record. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple logistic regressions with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: While 52.2% of women did not do exercise regularly, 30.5% of men did not at all. The prevalence of MS according to each component was as follows: hypertension was 92.0%, obesity was 89.8%, hyperlipidemia was 63.1%, and hyperglycemia was 61.0%. The high prevalence of each component of MS in workers with MS indicated a significantly higher risk of CVD. The odds ratio of risk of CVD was 16.04 (p=.017) in workers with hypertension, when compared to workers without hypertension. Similarly, the odds ratio of risk of CVD was 11.04 (p=.000) in workers with hyperglycemia, compared to workers without hyperglycemia. Conclusion: Increased risk of CVD was significantly associated with lifestyle characteristics and MS risk factors among Korean workers with MS.

Risk-Based Allocation of Demand Response Resources Using Conditional Value-at Risk (CVaR) Assessment

  • In a demand response (DR) market run by independent system operators (ISOs), load aggregators are important market participants who aggregate small retail customers through various DR programs. A load aggregator can minimize the allocation cost by efficiently allocating its demand response resources (DRRs) considering retail customers' characteristics. However, the uncertain response behaviors of retail customers can influence the allocation strategy of its DRRs, increasing the economic risk of DRR allocation. This paper presents a risk-based DRR allocation method for the load aggregator that takes into account not only the physical characteristics of retail customers but also the risk due to the associated response uncertainties. In the paper, a conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) is applied to deal with the risk due to response uncertainties. Numerical results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Radiation risk perception and its associated factors among residents living near nuclear power plants: A nationwide survey in Korea

  • There has been increased interest in researching risk perception of radiation to implement successful risk communication, particularly given the recent worldwide nuclear policy movement regarding nuclear energy. This study aimed to investigate characteristics of risk perception among residents living near normally operating nuclear power plants in South Korea by identifying factors associated with risk perception. A survey was conducted with face-to-face interviews for 1200 residents aged 20e84 years by gender- and age-stratified random sampling. Risk perception was associated with trust perception in nuclear safety, but was not highly correlated with benefit perception for utilizing nuclear power. Relatively high risk perception was observed in women, older age groups, and residents not having experience of nuclear-related education or work. This association remained after adjusting for other factors including benefit perception, trust perception, and psychological distress. In addition to these individual characteristics, risk perception was also associated with a residential district's own unique context, indicating that a strategy of risk communication should be developed differently for residents facing nuclear-related circumstances. Given that risk perception can be changed, depending on social values such as safety culture and economic setting, further studies are required to understand the changing characteristics of radiation risk perception.

소셜커머스의 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -모바일 앱 사용자의 지각된 위험과 가격민감성의 조절효과- (Effects of Characteristics of Social Commerce on Purchase Intention -Moderating Effects of Perceived Risk and Price Sensitivity of Mobile Application Users-)

  • This research investigates the characteristics of the mobile social commerce and explores the moderating effects of perceived risk and price sensitivity. This survey targeted consumers in their 20s to 30s who use mobile social commerce applications. We used 261 questionnaires for the final statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were applied in the data analysis. The results are summarized as follows. First, characteristics of mobile social commerce are composed of economics, informativeness, entertainment and promotion. Second, perceived risk (which had a negative effect on purchase intention) had moderating effects between perceived risk and economics or entertainment. Third, price sensitivity (which had a positive effect on purchase intention) had a moderating effect between price sensitivity and promotion. This study contributes to the disclosure of the role of perceived risk and price sensitivity as moderating factors between the characteristics of mobile social commerce and purchase intention. Finally, useful implications (both academic and practical) are provided for fashion retail managers.

서비스 품질 평가와 지각된 위험이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 패션상품 구매의도 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality Estimation and Perceived Risk on Purchase Intention and Satisfaction of the Fashion Merchandise to Internet Shopping Malls)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether service quality and perceived risk have an effect on purchase intention and satisfaction of the fashion merchandise in internet shopping malls. To this end, a survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30 in 2005, among married women aged in their 20s and 30s, on their purchase experience of fashion merchandise from internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted over the internet with 306 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, the service quality factors were determined to be reliability, responsibility, ease of transaction, order convenience, and site characteristics. Perceived risk factors were determined to be merchandise risk, information exposure risk, social psychological risk, and function risk. Second, service quality factors of responsibility, ease of transaction, order convenience, site characteristics and perceived risk factor of social psychological risk had an effect on internet purchase intention of the fashion merchandise. Greater site use convenience, lower price, simpler ordering, and lower social psychological risk were all positively correlated with higher internet purchase intention of fashion merchandise. Third, nice quality factors and social psychological risk had an effect on satisfaction degree in internet shopping.

The Influences of Restaurant Consumers' Electronic Word-of-Mouth(E-WOM) Information Communication on Product Perception Risk, Benefit and WOM Effect

  • Purpose - This study is intended to look into the influences of restaurant consumers' e-WOM information communication on product perception risk, benefit and WOM effect. Research design, data, and Methodology - To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to 426 restaurant consumers. Results - The findings are as follows. First, the influence of e-WOM on product perception risk showed that WOM information sender characteristics, WOM information recipient characteristics and online community had a statistically significant positive influence on product perception risk. Second, the influence of e-WOM on product risk benefit showed that WOM information sender characteristics, WOM information recipient characteristics and online communication had a statistically significant positive influence on product risk benefit. Third, WOM risk perception had a statistically significant positive influence on WOM acceptance. Fourth, WOM risk benefit had a statistically significant positive influence on WOM effect. Conclusions - As for the above-mentioned findings, the communication between e-WOM sender and recipient had a positive influence on the product evaluation and attitude change in the restaurant industry, and the WOM effect had an influence on the financial performance and non-financial performance. The communication attaches importance to a direct using and tasting experience due to the nature of restaurant industry when it is simultaneously performed as a positive mechanism between sender and recipient through each channel of these factors. But the e-WOM culture can lead to the WOM effect when both sender and recipient share the persuasive communicability in reality that diversifies communication methods, having a positive influence on the management performance.

인터넷소비자정보 탐색가치유형에 따른 정보특성인지 -인터넷소비자정보분류를 중심으로- (Identification of Information Characteristics According to Searching Value Types of Internet Consumer Information -Focused on the Classification of Internet Consumer Information-)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze searching value types of Internet consumer information and to identify difference of information characteristics by searching value types. The online survey was conducted by 262 netizens. We used SPSS10.0 package and statistical analysis as follows : factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test. The results were summarized as follows: 1) searching value types of Internet consumer information were classified into 3 types - high benefit/high risk type, middle benefit/middle risk type, high benefit/low risk type. 2)In the degree of significance for information characteristics, consumer recognized accuracy as the most important then comes variability, utility, up-to-dateness, and reliability in that order. 3) high benefit/high risk type among searching value types was evaluated the most affirmative types for Internet consumer information.
