지하철 터널 구간 강체가선 방식의 특성분석 (Analysis of Overhead Rigid Conductor Line for the Subway tunnel section)

  • Railroad, a superior mode of public transportation provides safe, efficient, speedy, comfortable and economical service, has fundamentally different characteristics from airplanes, ships and cars. Among the unique characteristics of a railroad is the fact that it operates on fixed track with multiple car trains. The subway system was first selected as the best solution to difficult automobile traffic conditions and environmental problems. Seoul subway no.1line (Jongno line) was opened for service on August 15, 1974. Seoul city has completed and now operates eight subway lines (286.7km) since 1974. At present the subways operate in Busan, Daegu and Incheon city, and are under construction in Gwangju and Daejeon city. The power source for subway trains has been electricity since 1896, and power supply systems are the third rail type and/or the catenary system. The typical catenary system is the rigid bar type. R-bar and T-bar are used in the rigid bar type of catenary system, and the two types of R-bar and T-bar are uesd in Korea also. R-bar is used only for AC 25kV power supply and T-bar for DC 1,500V. From 30 years of subway experience I would like to suggest the most economic catenary system to ensure of safety, reliability and expediency for the railway lines to be constructed and the forthcoming replacement due to the life cycle after studying and analysing the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of R-bar and T-bar.

  • A Rogowski coil can measure alternating currents from a few amps to over 1 million amps in a frequency range from less than 0.1 Hz to about lMhz. A Rogowski coil provides an induced output voltage which is proportional to the rate of change of the primary current enclosed by the flexible or the rigid coil-loop. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the output voltage in order to produce a voltage proportional to the current. Also. it can reproduce the current waveform on an oscilloscope or any type of data acquisition device. This paper describes the practical design of the combination of a Rogowski coil and an integrator which provides a versatile current measuring system to accommodate a wide range of frequencies, current levels and conductor sizes.

  • The Seoul subway is acting the center of public transportation after the opening of the first line on August 15, 1974. and the subway line of the DC traction system is running and building to the ninth line. However, the main insulation parts used in overhead contact line are now imported from overseas products. Therefore, this paper considers domestic manufacture technology, supply easiness and economic effectiveness of insulation products and reviews the safety of support insulator used in rigid conductor line, stem insulator used in movable bracket and AC/DC different phase section insulator that localization development is necessary.

  • 전기철도 차량은 검수를 위한 단계가 복잡하며, 안전사고에 대한 위험도 내포하고 있다. 이동식 전차선 시스템은 복잡한 과정의 검수고 입환 시스템에 대해 단순화가 가능하도록 하며, 사용자 편의성을 제공하고 안전성을 확보한다는 측면에서 매우 유용한 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 이동식전차선 대비 사용상 장점이 있고 국내 직류 시스템에 첫 적용되는 강체전차선을 적용하여 기계적인 내구성, 편의성, 작업자 안전성을 확보한 철도차량용 이동식 전차선 시스템에 대해 성능평가 및 연구개발 결과를 정리를 포함하여 현장설치를 위한 기본적인 특성을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 결론적으로 반복적인 사용 환경에 대한 내구성, 기계적인 하중에 대한 내구성, 안전성 등 요구 사양에서 우수한 결과를 나타내었다.

Analysis on Monopole Antenna for Moisture Determination in Oil Palm Fruit Using Finite Difference Method

  • Finite difference analysis were applied to study the principle operation of monopole antenna for moisture determination in oil palm fruit at 2 GHz. The electromagnetic field interact with oil palm fruit on the interface between the antenna and oil palm fruit and cause a reflection. The reflection measurement is based on mismatch impedance or dielectric properties between two media. Reflection coefficient is used to quantify the level of reflection. The monopole antenna was made of RG405/U semi-rigid coaxial cable with an inner and outer diameter of 0.45 mm and 1.50 mm, respectively with 2.23 mm length of protruding conductor over 5.66 cm length of monopole antenna. This monopole antenna for moisture detection was compared with induced EMF method in terms of reflection coefficient at 2 GHz. The results show that the complex reflection coefficient measured using monopole antenna provides significant results to predict moisture content in oil palm fruit.
