Objective: This research aims to examine whether the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights, and whether the teacher-parent cooperative relationship mediates this association. Methods: The participants in this research were 220 teachers in Daejeon who assessed the performance of respecting young children's right, the perception of professional competence, and teacher-parent cooperative relationships through an online self-report questionnaire. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Firstly, the results of examining the impact of the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers and the teacher-parent cooperation relationship on childcare that respects the rights of young children showed that each variable has a statistically significant influence. Secondly, it was found that the perception of professional competence among childcare teachers directly impacts the performance of respecting young children's rights and, indirectly, through the mediating role of teacher-parent cooperative relationships. Conclusion/Implications: To ensure high-quality childcare for young children, it is essential to consider not only professional perception but also the cooperative relationship between teacher and parent.

In this paper, we propose a key management scheme which can provide delivery of the key used to encrypt a digital content from the package server to digital rights management (DRM) clients in a secure manner. The proposed scheme can protect digital content from attacks since an encrypted digital content is sent by a package server and only DRM clients can decrypt the encrypted digital content. It protects the key not only from purchasers but also among the other principals who manage the distribution and license servers.

According to newly revised Korean Commercial Law, 1991, several amendments on the maritime liens as a special legislative rights duly performed so as to make an equity with mortgates of the ship. Consequently, it is also noteworthy that claimants of the maritime lien should know how to secure their legal rights on the ship. Such a legal practice is performing in accordance with the doctrine and principles of the law of forciable excution without court order. This paper, therefore, intends to study specific legal practice for exercising legal rights on the ship by due process of law.

This paper presents one possible approach for liberalization of the radio spectrum based around spectrum usage rights (SURs) which are technology and usage neutral. This is challenging technically because of the complexity of defining rights which are flexible and technology-neutral while retaining sufficient safeguards against interference. The work presented here is part of an ongoing process of defining and testing SURs. Of com is currently considering SURs, though is not committed to implementing them at this stage, and will issue further discussion documents on this area in due course.

This study is an analysis of the prisoners' and the pre-trial prisoners' rights based on the laws and rules, and court cases. Using patent and firm-level panel data for 1982-2001, this study investigates spillover effects of patents and the strengthening of intellectual property rights on Productivity and Innovation. As well as we consider the effect of intra-industry spillovers, we extend the effect to inter-industry spillovers which implies the effects of IT industries on non-IT industries. The empirical results are summarized as follows. First, allowing for firm-level variables, market competition and technological spillovers, the strengthening of intellectual property rights does not play a significant role on innovative activities. Second, while innovative activities of domestic firms affect significantly firms' innovative activities, those of foreign firms do not. Third, innovative activities of IT industries as inter-industry spillovers play a significant role on innovative activities and labor productivities of domestic firms.

This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.
