Tidal current power generation is a power generation method that produces energy using tidal currents generated by tidal phenomena. Tidal current power generation is a sustainable and regular energy production because tidal phenomenon occurs as long as the earth exists. Many countries are focusing on the development of tidal energy, but there are still concerns about the impact of tidal energy on the marine animals. In the present study, we reviewed on the various impacts of tidal power generation on marine animals and the future assignments.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of MZ generation's lifestyle-related research from 2010 to 2020. As a result of searching keywords such as MZ generation's and lifestyle using academic database search sites, a total of 218 cases were used as analysis data to conduct frequency and content analysis. First, research type was 74 dissertations(34.6%), 144 journals(65.4%). The study of MZ generation was relatively active in journals. Second, the current status of academic field was 85(39.7%) in the social field, followed by 66(30.8%) in the arts/physical education, 21(9.8%) in the complex studies, 16(7.5%) in education, 15(7.0%) in nature, 6(2.8%) in engineering, 4(1.9%) in humanities, 1(0.5%) in agriculture/marine. Third, the current status of MZ generation research topics is 54 social participations(25.3%), 35 fashion/beauty(16.3%), 31 social/organizational adaptations(14.5%), 25 cultural/leisure activities(11.7%), 24 design/development projects(11.2%), 21 economic/employment/job projects(9.8%), 11 educational/career/experiences(5.1%), 9 self-concepts(4.2%), 4 welfare services(1.9%). Fourth, the current status of MZ generation research methods was quantitative research(survey/experiment) 125(58.4%), qualitative research(depth interview/participant observation) 42(19.6%), theory/literature research 35(16.4%) and mixed research 12(5.6%). Fifth, the study on the lifestyle of the MZ generation was conducted in four cases, one in 2016, one in 2019, two in 2020. This study is meaningful in that it grasped the overall flow of data of information exchange that can share the research trends of the MZ generation and suggested the basic data on the direction of future research, the individual tendency, behavior, and lifestyle characteristics of the MZ generation.

During the past few decades, toxicity science is shifting from observative to predictive science. New approach methodologies (NAMs), including in chemico, in silico, in vitro approach, gain attention to reduce, refine, replace the whole animal toxicity testing. However, actual acceptances of NAMs in regulatory decision-making have been limited due to low confidence. To address the current constraints, Accelerating the Pace of Chemical Risk Assessment (APCRA) initiative conducted several case studies and presented the perspectives of next generation risk assessment (NGRA). In this review, we suggested a concept and perspectives of NGRA through analysis on APCRA case studies.

For the foundational study on automatic review of the barrier free Environment certification for the socially disadvantaged using BIM modeling information, we first confirm the need of the automatic review by analyzing the barrier free Environment certification an by investigating the existing studies on barrier free Environment certification. After that, we select a primary approach for our research by investigating the related works such as automatic review of the building code. As a next step, we generate the BIM modeling information, extract the classification system, analyze and extract items in the barrier free Environment certification according the extracted system, compares the items with the BIM generation information, and allocate them. And, we showed the potential usability of automatic review by deriving a process to prepare the ruleset structure for the automatic review and to prepare a criteria for BIM modeling guide.

Objective: This paper focuses on the new trend of applying NUI(natural user interface) such as gesture interaction into television and investigates on the design improvement needed in application. The intention is to find better design direction of NUI on television context, which will contribute to making new features and behavioral changes occurring in next-generation television more practically usable and meaningful use experience elements. Background: Traditional television is rapidly evolving into next-generation television thanks to the influence of "smartness" from mobile domain. A number of new features and behavioral changes occurred from such evolution are on their way to be characterized as the new experience elements of next-generation television. Method: A series of expert review by television UX professionals based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was conducted to check on the "relative appropriateness" of applying gesture interaction to a number of selected television user experience scenarios. Conclusion: It is critical not to indiscriminately apply new interaction techniques like gesture into television. It may be effective in demonstrating new technology but generally results in poor user experience. It is imperative to conduct consistent validation of its practical appropriateness in real context. Application: The research will be helpful in applying gesture interaction in next-generation television to bring optimal user experience in.

With increasing interest and research on smart cities, there is also an increasing number of studies on urban facilities that can be built within smart cities. According to these studies, smart cities' urban facilities are likely to become high value-added industries. However, the concept of smart city is not clear because it involves various fields. Therefore, in this study, the definition of Next-Generation(N.G) Smart City Facilities with Digital Twin and Digital Chain is carried out through a multidisciplinary approach. Based on this, Next-Generation Smart City Facilities will be divided into High Value-Added Products and Big Data Platforms. Subsequently, the definition of the Digital Chain containing the data flow of the entire process built through the construction of the Digital Twin proceeds. The definitions derived are applied to the Next-Generation Noise Barrier Tunnel to ensure that data is exchanged at the Digital Twin stage, and to review the proposed configuration of the Digital Chain and Data Flow in this study. The platform definition and Digital Chain of Next-Generation Smart City Facilities proposed in this study suggest that it can affect not only the aspects of data management that are currently in the spotlight, but also the manufacturing industry as a whole.

The AI speaker market is growing steadily. However, the satisfaction of actual users is only 42%. Therefore, in this paper, we collected reviews on Amazon Echo Dot 3rd and 4th generation models to analyze what hinders the user experience through the topic changes and emotional changes of each generation of AI speakers. By using topic modeling analysis techniques, we found changes in topics and topics that make up reviews for each generation, and examined how user sentiment on topics changed according to generation through deep learning-based sentiment analysis. As a result of topic modeling, five topics were derived for each generation. In the case of the 3rd generation, the topic representing general features of the speaker acted as a positive factor for the product, while user convenience features acted as negative factor. Conversely, in the 4^th generation, general features were negatively, and convenience features were positively derived. This analysis is significant in that it can present analysis results that take into account not only lexical features but also contextual features of the entire sentence in terms of methodology.

The widespread diffusion of Internet has enables every college and education institute to develope cyber education systems to meet the multiple needs of students, but it is not true that the effectiveness of cyber education is fruitful in terms of evaluation systems. Most of the early developed web-based evaluation systems for cyber education require that all the students should solve uniformed test set which are included in the predetermined static HTML pages. Therefore, it is impossible to dynamically provide a test set with consistency and reliability. This paper purpose to describe the employment of simulated annealing in cyber testbank system for test set generation that satisfy all constraints. The constraints include number of items for each skill, method, domain, topic, and so on. This research developed two phase heuristic combining sequential test set generation algorithm with simulated annealing. As a result of computer simulations, it was found that the two phase heuristic outperforms the other algorithms.

Interior design is an inerdisciplinary field that is in the early stages of theory development, it is necessary to build theoretical frame work for the research. The purpose of this study is to present interior design and guidelines in a three generation family apartment for the elderly, and to develop a theoretical framework on the basis of the human ecosystem approach for analysis of relations between elderly and environment. Analysis and investigations are done by literature review about residential environmental characteristics of the elderly based on the findings of the conceptual analysis. Environmenta elements of interor design related to elderly in a three generation family apartment are as follow ; First, Natural environmental element is orientation, site, temperature, local weather. Second, human behavioral element is privacy , interior design requirement based on physical and psychological effect, housing policy, behavior. Third, Human constructed environmental element is size of apartment space, interior design component, human dimension, aesthetic condition.

In this study, it has been attempted to build up a smart, stable, and integrated Next-generation Home Network (NHN) system capable of supporting more comfortable and convenient life in the future human housing domains, and to find out which institutional tasks are required to activate the related industries. Additionally, this study aims to review a variety of technologies suggested so far in several fields including information and communications, appliance, and building maintenance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, acceptance structure and problems of standard technologies and it suggests the political methods and policies to embody them most effectively and integrally in the future. The said certification system is called 'Standardized Certification System for Korean-style Next-generation Home Network Buildings'(abbreviated to K-NHN) as a new system created for the purpose of developing, more effectively, NHN to be introduced in the future.
