Objective: This study aims to present literature providing researchers with insights on specific fields of research and highlighting the major issues in the research topics. A systematic review is suggested using content analysis on literatures regarding "visual search", "eye movement", and "eye track". Background: Literature review can be classified as "narrative" or "systematic" depending on its approach in structuring the content of the research. Narrative review is a traditional approach that describes the current state of a study field and discusses relevant topics. However, since literatures on specific area cover a broad range, reviewers inherently give subjective weight on specific issues. On the contrary, systematic review applies explicit structured methodology to observe the study trends quantitatively. Method: We collected meta-data of journal papers using three search keywords: visual search, eye movement, and eye track. The collected information contains an unstructured data set including many natural languages which compose titles and abstracts, while the keyword of the journal paper is the only structured one. Based on the collected terms, seven categories were evaluated by inductive categorization and quantitative analysis from the chronological trend of the research area. Results: Unstructured information contains heavier content on "stimuli" and "condition" categories as compared with structured information. Studies on visual search cover a wide range of cognitive area whereas studies on eye movement and eye track are closely related to the physiological aspect. In addition, experimental studies show an increasing trend as opposed to the theoretical studies. Conclusion: By systematic review, we could quantitatively identify the characteristic of the research keyword which presented specific research topics. We also found out that the structured information was more suitable to observe the aim of the research. Chronological analysis on the structured keyword data showed that studies on "physical eye movement" and "cognitive process" were jointly studied in increasing fashion. Application: While conventional narrative literature reviews were largely dependent on authors' instinct, quantitative approach enabled more objective and macroscopic views. Moreover, the characteristics of information type were specified by comparing unstructured and structured information. Systematic literature review also could be used to support the authors' instinct in narrative literature reviews.

서론: 본 체계적 문헌 고찰의 프로토콜 논문은 간암의 한약 치료에 대한 효과와 안전성의 근거를 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 방법: 본 체계적 문헌 고찰은 간암에 한약 치료에 대한 무작위 대조 임상시험을 포함할 것이다. 오직 무작위 대조 임상시험 유형의 임상 연구만 포함할 것이다. 시험군의 한약 치료는 한약을 사용한 모든 제형을 포함할 것이며, 대조군은 다른 치료, 플라시보 치료, 서양의학적 치료 등을 포함할 것이다. 다음 11개의 데이터베이스를 활용하여 검색할 것이다: the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, MEDLINE, EMBASE, AMED, CINAHL, Chinese database(CNKI), 그리고 다섯 개의 한국데이터베이스(OASIS, DBpia, RISS, KISS, and NDSL). 연구의 선정, 데이터 추출 및 분석 등의 업무는 3명의 연구자가 독립적으로 수행할 것이다. 비뚤림 위험 평가를 포함한 연구의 질적 평가는 Cochrane risk-of-bias assessment tool을 사용할 것이다. 결과: 본 간암에 대한 한약 치료의 체계적 문헌 고찰은 최신의 근거를 요약적이고 분석적으로 제공할 것이다. 결론: 간암의 한약 치료에 대한 효과와 안전성의 근거를 제시할 것이며, 이는 종양학이나 한의학과 보완·대체의료 분야의 종사자들에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

Objectives: The purpose of this systematic review was to overview and evaluate the effectiveness of acupoint catgut embedding for climacteric hot flush. Methods: We searched articles from CNKI, Pubmed CENTRAL, Koreantk, Oasis online databases. After searching the articles, we performed quality assessment using Cochrane risk of bias (RoB) tools. Results: Among the 20 articles were searched, one radomized controlled clinical trial (RCT) was selected. 1 Study showed that Acupoint catgut embedding treatment has significant effect on climacteric hot flush in terms of the effectiveness rate. Conclusions: This study found encouraging but limited evidence of aupoint catgut embedding theragpy for climacteric hot flush.

Purpose : The purpose of study was to develop generalized validity evaluation methods and terms for Sasang type diagnostic tests. Methods : A generalized statistical evaluation model for Sasang typology was suggested and generalized validity evaluation indices were proposed with this model. Results : The usefulness of validity evaluations, such as sensitivity and specificity values, were confirmed by the systematic review of the data from previously reported studies. Conclusion :Major obstacles in the multi-facet analysis and systematic review for Sasang type diagnostic tests were discussed with this test validity study.

Smart tourism technologies are becoming ever more pervasive and an increasing number of destinations and hospitality establishments are investing in smart tourism initiatives. However, while governments and businesses around the world are aggressively pushing the smart tourism agenda forward, smart tourism research initiatives are still in their infancy and seem to not fully cover the whole spectrum of smart tourism-related issues and questions. This paper conducts a systematic review of existing smart tourism literature to determine the status quo of smart tourism research and to identify research gaps. Considering the steep growth of smart tourism initiatives starting at the beginning of this decade, this paper reviews publications on smart tourism over the last 8 years. All publications for which the keyword "smart tourism" appears in the title, keywords or abstract were included in the sample.

In this paper, we presented directions of future research based on the result of the systematic review about the effect of maker education. Selected paper were 32, and we analyzed papers in terms of research status, research design, participants, areas, learning style, and educational effect. As a result, the study on the effectiveness of the maker education started from 2016 and has been continuously increasing. Concerning participants, many studies focused on middle school students, upper grade elementary school students, and high school students. In the field of research area, maker education was applied most frequently to convergence education. Maker education has been the most studied in formal education, and problem solving ability and attitude were most verified as educational effects.

This systematic review compared Korean and international researches on sensory integration therapy in patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We targeted studies on sensory integration therapy for patients with ASD published from January 2000 through July 2016. Specifically, we analyzed the papers that used the phrase 'sensory integration, autism' as keywords. There were fewer Korean studies of sensory integration therapy, and the diversity of research topics were limited, focusing mainly on case studies. There was no difference between the internal/external validity of Korean and those of international studies targeting the clinical environment and patients. Further study of a variety of aspects of sensory integration therapy is needed to gain high internal/external validity.

Background: To evaluate the effectiveness of vibration as a counter-stimulatory measure in reducing subjective pain due to local anesthesia administration in children. Methods: Electronic databases (PubMed, Ovid SP, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials) were searched until April 2020. Studies were screened by titles and abstracts, followed by full text evaluation of the included studies. Results: A total of seven studies involving 376 children aged 5-17 years were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis. The meta-analysis compared vibration as a counter-stimulatory measure with no vibration as a comparator. The primary outcome evaluated was pain perception or subjective pain reported by the child. The secondary outcome evaluated was objective pain evaluated in each study. The pooled mean difference favored vibration to be effective for the first outcome. Conclusion: Within the limits of this systematic review, low quality evidence suggests that vibration as a counter-stimulatory measure is effective in reducing the subjective pain reported by children during local anesthesia administration.

Purpose: The aim of this systematic literature review was to synthesize and investigate the effects of shift workers' sleep in Korea. Methods: A search was conducted through three electronic databases using keywords such as "shift work" or "rotation work" and "sleep", with sleep as the independent variable, and 17 papers were reviewed. Results: The design of those 17 studies was analyzed in a cross-sectional analysis. The most commonly measured characteristic was quality of sleep, whereas the others were sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, and sleepiness. The study outcome variables were job-related factors, mental health, wellness, stress, fatigue, and metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: The results inform sleep and health-promoting behaviors and improvement in shift workers' working condition.

Claims and disputes are major causes of cost and schedule overruns in the construction business. In order to manage claims and disputes effectively, it is necessary to analyze various types of contract documents punctually and accurately. Since volume of such documents is so vast, analyzing them in a timely manner is practically very challenging. Recently developed approaches such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP) have been applied to various topics in the field of construction contract and claim management. Based on the systematic literature review, this paper analyzed the goals, methodologies, and application results of such approaches. AI methods applied to construction contract management are classified into several categories. This study identified possibilities and limitations of the application of such approaches. This study contributes to providing the directions for how such approaches should be applied to contract management for future studies, which will eventually lead to more effective management of claims and disputes.
