Purpose Recently, hyper-realistic virtual influencers have received much attention in the field of corporate marketing. However, there is a lack of research that suggests specific processes affecting behavioral intentions through trust and attachment between virtual influencers and consumers. In addition, previous studies have failed to consider the characteristics of hyper-realistic virtual influencers. Therefore, this study investigates the effects of trust and attachment to hyper-realistic virtual influencers on consumers' behavioral intentions based on the trust-building model. Design/methodology/approach Based on the previous research, seven antecedent factors for trust-building were derived: Reality, Attractiveness, Awareness, Interactivity, Professionalism, Social Presence, and Predictability. Next, the survey was conducted on Chinese people who had experienced interacting with hyper-realistic virtual influencers on social network services within the last 3 months at the time of data collection. A total of 326 respondents were used for the final analysis and hypotheses were tested using a structural equation model technique. Findings The results of this study are as follows. First, this study confirmed that reality, attractiveness, awareness, social presence, and predictability as antecedent factors for trust-building of hyper-realistic virtual influencers have a positive effect on trust. Second, this study confirmed that trust in hyper-realistic virtual influencers has a significant positive effect on attachment. Lastly, this study confirmed that trust and attachment to the hyper-realistic virtual influencer significantly and positively affect relationship retention and purchase intentions.

Purpose - This study aims to provide domestic franchise coffee shops with useful information by analyzing the impact of servicescape and the ability to provide service on the customer satisfaction and loyalty in franchise coffee shops in Seoul. Research, data, and Methodology - The data were collected for a month from 1^st in February, 2016 through judgement sampling. Then, the available collected data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 package. Results - The results from this study are as follows. First, the servicescape factors, which have impact on a franchise coffee shop's customer satisfaction, are determined to be interior, cleanliness and coziness. Next, the ability to provide service affects customer satisfaction. Third, servicescape factors have impacts on customer satisfaction. Also, the service from a coffee shop affects customer loyalty. Therefore, a customer's satisfaction through services of a coffee shop has an impact on customer loyalty. Conclusions - It is important to have not only the ability to provide service but also servicescape factors, such as interior, cleanliness and coziness in order to be distinct from other competitors. These difference might create customer satisfaction and retention which will bring profits.

Objectives: The aim of this experiment is to know about Effect of pulse-wave factors in Middle Aged Women by Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture. Methods: First 20 Middle Aged women are diagnosed by pulse diagnosis, and then Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture(1 injection 20cc) were injected. 30 minutes later, pulse diagnosis again performed. As a result, method of one-group pretest-posttes design were used for evaluation. Results: T(Total pulse cycle) time statistically significant increased on both left and right chon, kwan, cheok. T4 time statistically significant increased on both left and right chon, kwan, cheok. T4-T1/T indexs except left cheokmaek, Right cheokmaek observation area decreased significantly in four sites. Wm(indicating high pressure retention time) indexs increased significantly in the five sites were observed except right chon maek. Conclusions: Effect of pulse-wave factors in Middle Aged Women by Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture increased T, T4, Wm and decreased T4-T1/T indexs. The results of this experiment, Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture induced to increase the Pulse-wave's stability and strength.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to contribute data toward prevention from advancing dementia and also prevention of deterioration in cognitive impairment by constructing an optimal prediction model and verifying factors influencing cognitive impairment in elders with dementia who reside at home. Methods: The participants in this study were 351 elders who were registered at dementia day care centers in 11 regions of Metropolitan Incheon. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 17.0 and SAS 9.1. Bootstrap method using the Clementine program 12.0 was applied to build an optimum prediction model. Results: Gender and education (general characteristics), alcohol, urinary/fecal incontinence, exercise, weight, and ADL (state of health), and depression (psychological state) were found to have an affect on cognitive impairment in these elders. Conclusion: Study results indicate nine key factors that affect cognitive impairment of elders with dementia who reside at home and that could be useful in prevention and management nursing plans. These factors could also be used to expand the role of nurses who are working in community day care centers, and can be applied in the development and provision of various programs to aid retention and improve cognitive function as well as preventing deterioration of cognition.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influential factors on job satisfaction among nursingassistants working in medical institutions. Methods: Small and medium-sized hospitals and general hospitals (S City, U City, N City), 11 Geriatric hospitals(S City, N City, U City, T City, I City), and 29 clinics (S City, I City, N City). Data was collected from 194employed nursing assistants from February 15 to April 15, 2021. The obtained data were analyzed usingdescriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: We confirmed a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, andconducted a hierarchical multiple regression analysis using monthly income, work-life balance, organizational commitment, and work confidence as influencing factors for job satisfaction, and found that organizational commitment and work confidence were significant influencing factors for job satisfaction. Conclusion: To improve the job satisfaction of nursing assistants, it is necessary to improve their understanding of the organizational culture in the workplace and expand education and training opportunities to enhance their work confidence to induce long-term retention. In addition, it was suggested that clear job scope and adequatecompensation are necessary for efficient human resource management.

Sulfonated cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (SCDMPC)-coated zirconia monolith (ZM) was used as the chiral stationary phase in capillary electrochromatography for separation of enantiomers of ten chiral compounds in acetonitrile (ACN)-phosphate buffer mixtures as the eluent. Influences of the ACN content, buffer concentration and pH on chiral separation have been investigated. Separation data on SCDMPC-ZM have been compared with those on CDMPC-ZM. Resolution factors were better on SCDMPC-ZM than CDMPC-ZM while retention factors were in general shorter on the former than the latter. Best chiral resolutions on SCDMPC-ZM were obtained with the eluent of 50% ACN containing 50 mM phosphate at pH around 4.

Four main factors, cling force, wicking force, water retention and water transport, affecting the clinginess of the sportswear fabric have been identified and measured by combining a new equipment and a statistical analysis. A classification model based on those factors has been developed in order to evaluate and standardize fabric wear comforts during heavy physical acting. Ten sportswear fabrics assumed different in their wear characteristics have been employed to investigate the relationship between the measurements and actual performance. It has been shown that the subjective evaluation ratings were well agreed with the measurement.

Purpose: Nowadays nursing is facing a constantly increasing shortage of employees. While there are many causes for the present nursing shortage, a major contributing factor is the revolution in fundamental values what we expect in life. An understanding of the change can assist in identifying interventions that can be used to address this crisis in healthcare. The purpose of this study is to identify the features they look for in work and the underlying factors of the work values domain. Methods: Using Q methodology, 37 nurses rated 34 selected Q-statements on a scale of 1-9. The collected data were analyzed using pc-QUNAL software. Results: The results showed that work values, which nurses indicate as most important through working, were perceived as 4 factors; 'compensation oriented', 'security oriented', 'professional role oriented' and 'freedom oriented' work value. Conclusion: Providing for these findings will result in greater job satisfaction among nurses, better nurse retention and enhanced patient care within a supportive and harmonious organization.

Providers for the commercial web sites are seriously competing for attraction and retention of customers. However, customer loyalty in the on-line business could be determined by factors different from those in the off-line business. In this paper, determinants for the customer loyalty in the on-line business are analyzed as two parts. The first part includes determinants that foster voluntary customer loyalty, such as satisfaction, self-involvement, and positive characteristics of Internet. The second part includes determinants that foster involuntary customer loyalty, such as switching barrier and bonds. Through the empirical study of 399 survey of Korean Internet users, both voluntary and involuntary factors contributing to the customer loyalty were found. Also, relationship between the positive characteristics of Internet and customer loyalty were found. The understanding of the determinants of customer loyalty will be an important information developing a winning strategy in the on-line business.

Water condensate accumulated on the surface of a fin-and-tube heat exchanger significantly affects its thermal and hydraulic performances. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of condensate retention on the air-side heat transfer performance and flow friction for various flow and geometric conditions. Total of twelve samples of slit and plate fin-and-tube heat exchangers are tested under dry and wet conditions. The thermal fluid measurements are made using a psychrometric calorimeter. Frontal air velocity varies in the range from 0.7 m/s to 1.5 m/s. Using the experimental data, presented are heat transfer coefficients in terms of Colburn j-factors and friction factors, and these data are compared with the existing correlations.
