Library Marketing Model (도서관 마케팅 모형)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest a library marketing model. To achieve the study purpose, this research adopted content analysis methodology. The research papers relating to the subject library marketing were analyzed using qualitative content analysis method. In addition, the study result was revised through the comparison with the general nonprofit marketing process model. As a result, library marketing model was proposed. The final library marketing model was composed of the following elements: 1)Customers(Library users), 2)Internal environmental changes, 3)External environmental changes, 4)Set library marketing goals, 5)Various library marketing strategies, 6)Specific marketing strategy tactics, 7)Implementation of the tactics, 8)Evaluation, 9)Positive evaluation result, 10)Negative evaluation result, 11)Customer satisfaction, 12)Increased library usage rate. and 13)Establishment the positive social value of library.

A Study on the Self Evaluation for Defense R&D Programs (국방R&D 자체평가시스템 발전방안 연구)

  • This study is the result of meta evaluation for the self evaluation of defense R&D programs in Korea. The overall meta evaluation result of defense R&D programs gained 74.3 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Good'. But it demonstrated that further improvement for overall system of defense R&D programs evaluation is required. And especially, it demonstrated that more alternatives are necessary in order to improve the utilizations and the feedbacks of evaluation results. The evaluation context component gained 80.2 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Very Good'. The evaluation input component gained 73.1 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Good'. The evaluation process component gained 74.8 points out of 100, so it was evaluated as 'Good'. From the analysis, it is attempted to identify possible problems and to find out the ways of improvements related to the self evaluation system of defense R&D Programs.

An effective evaluation method for the subjective sensibility of linen-like silk (의마 가공된 견직물의 효율적인 주관적 감성평가 방법)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the accuracy and reliability of subjective evaluation instruments in evaluating sensibility of similar fabrics, Kendall's coefficient of concordance W (agreement among subjects) and Spearman rank correlation coefficient (reproducibility after 1 week) were used to evaluate which one is more efficient. Eight kinds of linen-like silk fabrics finished with polyurethane resin were used, Subjective evaluation instruments such as rating scale method, contrasting method against a control, rank ordering method, paired comparison and Quad analysis were used, 'Stiffness and Pliability' and 'Preference of summer fabric' were estimated, From the result of subjective stiffness and pliability, which are effective on objective properties of fabric, the rating scale method in Kendall's coefficient of concordance W and Quad analysis in Spearman rank correlation coefficient were given the highest score, From the result of subjective preference of summer fabric, which are effective on individual sensibility, contrasting method against a control in Kendall's coefficient of concordance W and Quad analysis in Spearman rank correlation coefficient revealed the highest score, Regarding the accuracy, reliability and efficiency, Quad analysis was an efficient method for subjective evaluation of linen-like silk fabrics.

Revision of Feasibility Evaluation Guideline for Agricultural Infrastructure Improvement Project Using AHP Approach (AHP를 이용한 농업생산기반정비사업 타당성평가 개선방안)

  • This study revises current feasibility evaluation guideline for agricultural infrastructure improvement project considering recent changes in social and economic environment in rural area. We use an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) approach to consider qualitative evaluation items in policy enforcement and balanced regional development as well as quantitative items in current economic analysis in the process of feasibility evaluation and decision making. The criteria system is composed of three level hierarchy. In the first level which consists of economic analysis, policy analysis, and regional development analysis, economic analysis was ranked top with relative weight of 0.45 and regional development analysis the lowest with 0.22. In the second level which consists of three evaluation items under policy analysis, consistency in policy enforcement, risk factors, and special evaluation factors, consistency in policy enforcement was ranked top. Finally, 13 detailed evaluation items in the third level were surveyed and ranked by using a comprehensive criticality vector. The result shows that the three most important evaluation items are 'degree of underdevelopment', 'spill-over effect of regional economy' and 'consistency with related planning and policy direction'.

  • Information society is dramatically developing in the various areas of finance, trade, medical service, energy, and education using information system. Evaluation for risk analysis should be done before security management for information system and security risk analysis is the best method to safely prevent it from occurrence, solving weaknesses of information security service. In this paper, Modeling it did the evaluation-base CBD function it will be able to establish the evaluation plan of optimum.   • Although the evaluation system for excavation reports has been in operation for over 10 years, there has been no research on the evaluation system. First, this study examined the changes of the evaluation system, and secondly, it analyzed the evaluation factors affecting the evaluation results. As a result of institutional analysis, the present evaluation result is being utilized in PQ, and it is suggested that the evaluation subject institution is limited to the excavation institution, which may cause disadvantages to the participating museums. We also pointed out that a small number of jury members are currently evaluating the report and therefore need to reinforce it to ease the burden of assessment. As a result of evaluation factor analysis, it was confirmed that the target score was lower but the actual effect score was higher. In addition, it suggested that the indicators should be improved because the report system, headings, natural archaeological environment, scope and method of survey, and editing and printing indicators are less influential than other indicators. In addition, we conducted a regression analysis of each group by examining the appropriateness of classification amounts according to current excavation costs. As a result of the analysis, the cost of excavation in the second and third groups in 2015 and 2016 was found to affect the score. This emphasized the need for an in-depth approach to estimating the taxonomic value of the group, which is inconsistent with the initial objective of not affecting the assessment results according to excavation costs.

Analysis on Space Image Evaluation through Recognitive-Emotional Factor (인지-감정요소에 의한 공간이미지 평가성 분석)

  • Although the recognition and emotion about space is subjective and individual, if standard is proposed through common factor, objective, quantified space image evaluation will be available. In addition, space image evaluation standard caused by recognitive-emotional factor can meet requests of space users and increase psychological satisfactions. The purpose of this study is to grasp the space image caused by recognitive-emotional factor in space with PAD model and analyze the evaluation of space image giving visual, recognitive and emotional effects. The analysis result revealed that 'joyfulness' and access-avoidance had a very similar distribution. The result means that space is evaluated with the degree of 'joyfulness' for space and it is led by approach-avoidance behavior. The recognition factor that forms and evaluates space image and decides approach-avoidance is expressed as adjective images such as 'fresh, joyful, light and static and its emotional factors are adjective images such as 'calm, allowable, joyful and quiet'.

Consumer's Sensory Evaluation in Relation to the Coffee Grade among College Students (대학생을 대상으로 한 커피 등급에 따른 관능평가)

  • This study aims to understand college students customer's preference and the difference of coffee grade by comparing the result of Q-grader, who was trained professionally and received certification for a sensory evaluation of coffee grade. The results of the chemical analysis of raw coffee and coffee berry show that those of specialty grade had slightly higher, but not significant, water content. Further, the pH of specialty grade coffee was high in coffee beans and after roasting, the commercial grade became high. There was no significant difference between the specialty degree and commercial degree in color before and after roasting. In this study, the panels for the sensory evaluation included 24 university students. The preference of evaluation items of sensory evaluation consist of aroma, acidity, bitterness, astringency, aftertaste, and overall satisfaction. Items for the strength evaluation consist of aroma, acidity and bitterness. The sensory evaluation was expressed by applying a 5 point Likert scale (1: extremely low~5: extremely high). In the sensory evaluation, it was evaluated that specialty grade coffee had strong acidity and commercial grade coffee was strongly bitter. The result of the sensory evaluation shows that female students are sensitive to coffee taste. In the analysis of frequent visit to coffee shop, the not-frequently-use-group rated that specialty grade coffee with higher overall satisfaction than commercial grade coffee in factors such as aroma and acidity. The group which did not prefer Americano coffee rated that specialty grade was higher than commercial grade in all factors except aroma, of which the result is similar to the cupping test.

  • Accurately evaluating and predicting the performance of facilities is a key task in establishing a maintenance strategy for facilities. The importance of performance evaluation is becoming more pronounced, especially when the aging of facilities requires a huge budget. In this study, performance assessment models were developed for road and railway tunnels. Delphi analysis was performed to identify sub-elements necessary to evaluate the performance of a tunnel. The relative importance of the evaluation factors was derived from the AHP analysis. The correlation analysis was performed between each assessment factor and the final result to verify the significance of the model. For the correlation analysis, the survey data measured through precision safety diagnosis in tunnels in use was applied. The cost effectiveness analysis was also conducted according to the scenarios with different composition of performance factors in order to improve the practical applicability of the evaluation model developed in this study.

Basic model of meta evaluation was derived from the literature review and brain storming. And this meta evaluation model was determined by adopting the result of experts who performed evaluations for defense R&D programs in recent years. The reliability of components and items was verified by Cronbach's a coefficient. It was over 0.6 in evaluation components and items. And the reliability of evaluation context was 0.877, that of evaluation input was 0.755, that of evaluation process was 0.755, that of evaluation output was 0.755 respectively. From the analysis, it is attempted to identify possible problems and to find out the ways of improvements related to the self evaluation system of defense R&D programs. The ultimate objective of this study is to manage the programs effectively and improve the reliability and the objectiveness of the defense R&D programs.
