Evaluation on Allowable Vehicle Speed Based on Safety of Track and Railway Bridge (궤도 및 교량 안전성을 고려한 열차 증속가능 속도대역 평가)

  • In this study, the track-bridge interaction analysis was performed using an analytical model considering the track structure, thereby taking into account the linear conditions (R=650 m, cant variation $160{\pm}60mm$) and the dynamic characteristics of the bridge. As a result of the study, the allowable speed on the example bridge considered was calculated at 200 km/h based on vertical deflection, vertical acceleration, and irregularity in longitudinal level, but was also evaluated at 170km/h based on the coefficient of derailment, wheel load reduction, and lateral displacement of the rail head. It is considered desirable to set the speed 170km/h to the speed limit in order to secure the safety of both the bridge and the track. It is judged that there will be no problems with ensuring rail protection and train stability in the speed band.

  • A color is the most important of all factors that have influence on interior spaces, and plays an visually and psychologically important role in making interior environment. Thus, the aim of this study is to propose predictable color models by image types specially for color design in living room.This study was composed of three steps, and was carried out as follows.1) The evaluation experiment was carried out by color simulation using Color Image Processor. 2) Image types were extracted by factor analysis. 3) The characteristics of colors by image types were analysed by the multi regression and as a result the predictable color models by image types was determined.

  • With data of historical spill from vessels occurred in korean coastal waters, the author analyze the causes of spill and evaluate response technique adopted during spill. It is found that the majority of spill caused by operational failure, bad weather, violation of navigation rule and hull defect. As a result of evaluation of response measures, it is suggested that responsible agency establishes criteria for various response options and standards of tier response time and capability according to the size of spill.

  • Citation of academic research papers is a very important result for academic researchers, and their utilization is becoming an important evaluation factor. Most papers are composed of authors' keywords. However, there may be some papers with little relevance between the textual content and the presented keywords. Therefore, it is necessary to extract and present important keywords through objective methods for titles and abstracts of theses.   • This study is to analyze the relationships between critical success factors of customer relationship management and performance of customer relationship management. To accomplish this purpose, this study performed an empirical analysis of 206 domestic companies which have introduced customer relationship management applications. The result of the study shows that most organizational factors except evaluation and compensation factor have a positively significant effect on the performance of customer relationship management, and that ease of system use and level of system integration influence on the performance of customer relationship management positively.

  • In this study, obtained large block sample and piston sample of marine clay in korea were performed unconfined compression and consolidation test. Soil properties of two type samples such as failure strain, between two parameter's ratio($E_{50}$ and $q_u$), and volumetric strain were used to evaluate sample disturbance. The result, large block samples show a low disturbance than piston samples. Therefore, we suggest new sample disturbance evaluated method through the relation of OCR and volumaric strain at shallow of marine clay in Korea and suggest new sample disturbance classified method by subdivided grade for failure strain of unconfined compression test.

  • Residents in an area where both trains and cars pass through are exposed to not only road traffic noise but also railway noise. Nevertheless, the degree of annoyance the caused to the residents is being under evaluated as the noises have been evaluated separately. Therefore, this study aimed at evaluating the integrated noise of road traffic and railway, and proving the accuracy of the evaluation result.

  • The accurate wind speed information at the hub height of a wind turbine is very essential to the exact estimation of the wind turbine power performance testing. Several methods on the site calibration, which is a technique to estimate the wind speed at the wind turbine's hub height based on the measured wind data using a reference meteorological mast, are introduced. A site calibration result and the wind resource assessment for the TaeKwanRyung test site are presented using three-month wind data from a reference meteorological mast and the other mast temporarily installed at the site of wind turbine. Besides, an analysis on the uncertainty allocation for the wind speed correction using site calibration is performed.

  • The previous studies regarding the usability evaluation of e-government web sites focused only on deriving affecting factors and variables. They did not find the relationship of usability, user satisfaction and revisiting. The objective of this paper is to find the causal effect how the usability of e-government web sites affect to the user satisfaction and the revisiting attitude. no scope of e-government web sites included the portal site and ie liked web sites. We developed a structural equation model and performed a user test. As a result, a perceived usability affected the revisiting, but it did not intermediate the user satisfaction.

  • In this study on machine measuring system based on solid feature was developed. This system was applied with injection mold using 3 dimensional solid modeler for verification. Developed program include pre-processor, main processor, and post processor. In pre-processor there are functions which check intersection, simulate motion of probe and calculate measuring time. Main processor generates measuring path and output NC code in Unigraphics. In post-processor functions that include evaluation of undercut or overcut and display of measuring procedure are offered. In addition analysis module for quality control of measured data on manufactured product was developed with geometric and dimensional tolerance concept. As the result developed program could get stability of system, precision of product, rapidity and cost down of manufacturing process compared with before measuring process.
