In this study, the legal and institutional status of construction supervising and construction inspector was identified. As a result of examining the definitions of construction supervision terms, focusing on domestic construction-related laws, it was found that there were no consistency between each laws regarding 'terminology' and 'definitions'. In addition, the scope of construction inspector's work continues to expand through the delegation provisions to lower statutes, however, responsibility, authority, and inspection cost are not taken into account properly. In addition in order to introduce digital technology to the smart construction site, which is currently active under way, it is judged that the law and institutional contents need to be improved further.

We designed this study for verifying the differences of causes and individual results of job stress between Koreans in Korea and Chinese in China of a same company. The results in the study are as follow. Significant differences between two groups were identified in job stressors: Koreans showed higher levels than Chinese for factors like inter-group conflicts, supervision/evaluation, job overload, task characteristics, socio-demographic factors, and Chinese showed higher levels than Koreans for factors like job conflicts, job ambiguity, family-related factors. We also identified that levels of stress perceived by individuals as anxiety, depression, and physical symptoms of Koreans are higher than those of Chinese. As to the influence of job stressors on stress level, Koreans show significant results for supervision/evaluation, decision making/responsibility, family-related factors, and Chinese show significant results for family-related factors, social support, socio-demographic factors. Based on the results of this study, implications, limitations, and future research topics were discussed.

In November 2007, the Korean Constiutional Court held that a joint penal provision in which the individual employer is punished when his or her employee is determined to have committed a crime was unconstitutional, because the joint penal provision had no contents for the culpability of an individual employer and thus violated the constitutionally protected principle of culpability. After the Korean Constitutional Court's judgment, since December 2008 the Ministry of Justice began to change the old joint penal provision into the new revised joint penal provision. On January 2010, the old joint penal provisions of 110 laws were revised. The new revised joint penal provision adds only an additional sentence: "If a juristic person, an entity or an individual perform due care and supervision over its employee for the prevention of such a crime, it will be exempted from the punishment". But an presumption of negligence clause that is added in the new revised joint penal provision is still vacuum in concerned with supervision responsibility. Probably the new form of penal provision, that is understood to be a kind of the presumption of negligence, could let the burden of proof be changed from the public prosecutor to the accused, in other words employer-side. Especially, when joint penal provision is applied to hospital as administrative punishment, according to the hospital is a (juridical) foundation or not, the application of the joint penal provision is different and unfaithful. In my opinion, therefore, a corporation liability could be considered according to various liability of employee's business and the crime its employee committed because of an organizational failure of the corporation.

In order to maintain and protect professionalism in color planning, the present study examined the process at the time of realization of color through color inspection and supervision in the actual construction site and suggested plans for improvement. Reflecting the characteristics that the governing body of the construction site is not a private person but an organization, the present study aims to provide institutional measures so that the supervisor of color construction at the actual site of construction can propose concerns related to proper construction at the right time, and the matters cannot be decided from the perspective of a layman. The institutional measures are proposed through the case of application of a process at the construction stage of the color planning at the construction site of Muju Taekwondo Park. First, the process clarified where the responsibility lies by specifying special conditions concerning color inspection on the field guide and color contract. Second, the sample for building materials was selected after obtaining it from a company capable of supply and is appropriate for the planned unit cost so that it could play an important role in realizing colors at the stage of basic design. Third, the process of construction was ensured not by temporary selection of colors but by continuous approval of colors in consideration of the conditions of construction site through letter of approval of color at each stage and point of time. Fourth, coordination of various color elements of other fields including landscape, interior, and electricity ensured construction of the whole structure in one color concept. Fifth, color inspection through the mock up of the site will minimize erroneous construction and reconstruction and prevent decrease in productivity. Sixth, this study also suggested more comfortable and positive color environment through evaluation by experts and users. The researcher of this study expects that color experts actively participate in the stage of construction to contribute to improvement of the color environment.

Exemplary contracts of construction management (CM) including highway projects have been carried out in the civil engineering area over the past ten years. However, practical and administrative challenges as transitional circumstances have been revealed in the different participants of supervision, inspection and construction management. Thus, it is important to internally overcome problems and negative perception encountered in civil engineering, and to promote the efficiencies in construction cost and quality. In addition, external efforts should be put to market opening, globalization, and technology development for competitiveness and high value industry. While it is critical to establish the concrete CM system by collaborating with various participants, proven architecture and system have not been provided because of incorrect measurement of CM accomplishment, overlap of responsibility between CM and supervision, and slow deployment in construction field. This paper analyzed the current CM practices and business environments, and presented the possible solutions for strategy improvement of CM in the owner's view point.

In recent years, China's Internet finance industry is hot. There is no doubt that Internet finance has been fully integrated into China, forming a new form of financing, and rapidly becoming a new channel for investment and financing in China, shouldering the responsibility of inclusive financing and building China's real economy. However, with investment, there are risks. Based on the panel data of China's Internet financial platform, this paper uses the random effect model to study the influencing factors of Internet financial risks, and draws three conclusions: (1) The user funds and platform funds of the financial platform will be managed separately by the bank, which can effectively reduce the risk of financial transactions on the Internet; (2) The risk of Internet financial transactions can be effectively reduced by avoiding the concentration of platform funds in the hands of a few borrowers through regulatory policies; (3) The liquidity control of funds effectively reduces the risk of Internet financial transactions. Based on the conclusions, we propose optimization strategies for regulatory policies to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of Internet finance.

And the contents related to various laws and systems of the construction project management stage. Especially. In the management of the construction management centered on the safety management and quality control of the technical aspect design, supervision, construction phase through the cause of the accident and improvement measures based on the investigation report of the collapse of the construction site near Sangdo Kindergarten in Seoul. Supervisor. And constructors should be settled on the responsibility and responsibility of God. In order to achieve the purpose of the project, a system is established to link worker-centered occupational safety and health management with technology-based safety construction management, and analysis of how the quality control of the earthquake prevention affects safety construction management The purpose of this study is to prepare the optimum management plan of construction business.As a result of this study, it is aimed to accomplish the purpose of small scale redevelopment and reconstruction construction project by providing optimization method in the stage of construction project management in order to prevent collapse caused by differences in design,Is expected.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze effects of internal marketing activities on nurse's motivation based on the Herzberg's two factor theory. Methods: The subjects of this study were 521 nurses who were working in the 4 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: The mean score of nurse's perception of internal marketing was 3 point, and it was similar to previous studies results. In the motivation factors, the most satisfied factor was a responsibility. Advancement was the most unsatisfied factor. In the hygiene factors, the most satisfied factor was a technical supervision. Policy and administration were the most unsatisfied factors. Internal marketing activities affecting on nurse's motivation were different by each motivation-hygiene factors. In an aspect of motivation factors, the statistically significant internal marketing factors were paid-leave, employee welfare and communication, however, in hygiene factors, education, employee welfare and reward. Conclusion: These results will be used to develop a macro or micro internal marketing strategies to enhance nurse's motivation based on motivation factors and hygiene factors.

This paper is written following an analysis of occurrence trend of industrial disaster in manufacturing industry. One of major reason of industrial accident is unsafe action caused by lack of work supervision. so we have surveyed the understanding level of supervisors for industrial safety and their education of industrial safety which is forced by industrial law. We have got the result that the supervisor's education is necessary to prevent industrial disaster but it's not fit for their own workplace for various reasons from the survey and analysis. I would like to suggest effective solutions. The institute of education should train that they can execute safety and health works themselves by classification of the industrial category, company scale and located region. Also, government should endow supervisors with authority and responsibility for the activation of education system. Finally, government should support the expense of education to medium and small-sized enterprises especially, and they should be interested in the attendance and execution of education. They will achieve the goal to prevent industrial disasters in manufacturing industry through the enforcement of effective supervisor system as per the remark mentioned above.

This study explored the meaning of beginning teachers' first-year experience in an eco child educare center. Participants were 4 teachers at survival stages of teacher development; they had had the same preservice experience. Data were collected by semi-structured in-depth interviews, participant observation, researcher's field notes, and document collection. Five themes emerged as first year teachers' struggles and strategies for survival : (1) caring for children's daily lives vs. responsibility for formal education, (2) planned lessons vs. ease in teaching, (3) agreement or disagreement on philosophy of running the education program, (4) paradox of teacher empowerment, (5) overcoming struggle through voluntary peer supervision. These results indicated that beginning teacher' experiences at the survival stage varied by contextual and personal factors.
