Climate change not only has various impacts such as human shoes, economics, the environment, industry, etc. but the damage caused by this is also increasing, it is expected that severe damage will not occur without efforts to respond to climate change ing. Therefore, as the impact of climate change like the extreme weather phenomenon is dailyized and its strength tends to become stronger, as much as the mitigation measures of climate change, as a comparative effort to reduce the negative impact of climate change, adaptation to climate change is necessary. Especially when the damage caused by climate change (intense heat, torrential rain, cold wave and heavy snow etc.) as an institution responsible for the provision of public services such as public institutions, the socio-economic spread to the nation and the people The effect is very large. We confirmed the level of response to climate change for the entire public institution, and selected climate change risk which is relatively important for specific facilities and business establishments of public institutions, climate change adaptation measures We will try to utilize it as basic material of establishment.
This study examined the effects of response-facilitating factors(Food-related Knowledge, Response-Efficacy, and Self-Efficacy) and response-inhibiting factors(Severity, Vulnerability, and Consumer Stress) on the consumer' behavior intention based on protection motivation theory, which explains the behavioral change to protect oneself. This study was conducted to reduce the customers' concerns regarding food safety accidents and introduce ways to make them more interested in food safety. A sample of 225 adults over 19 years of age was collected in February 2018 through a self-administered questionnaire. The results of the cognitive mediation process of protective motivation theory showed that the consumers' knowledge and self-efficacy which are response-facilitating factors, positively influence the behavioral intention. Severity and consumer stress were response-inhibiting factors. On the other hand, response-efficacy, which is a response-facilitating factor, and vulnerability, which is a response-inhibiting factor, did not influence the behavioral intention. Therefore, severity and consumer stress are response-inhibiting factors. The results were analyzed as a result of a behavioral change to protect oneself from food safety accidents. The applicability of the theory of protection motivation on the topic of food safety was also confirmed.

Adaptation to any undesirable change in the environment dictates the survivability of many microorganisms, with such changes generating a quick and suitable response, which guides the physiology of bacteria. During nutritional deprivation, bacteria show a stringent response, as characterized by the accumulation of (p)ppGpp, resulting in the repression of stable RNA species, such as rRNA and tRNA, with a concomitant change in colony morphology. However, genes involved in amino acid biosynthesis become over-expressed to help bacteria survive under such conditions. The survivability of pathogenic bacteria inside a host cell also depends upon the stringent response demonstrated. Therefore, an understanding of the physiology of stringent conditions becomes very interesting in regulation of the growth and persistence of such invading pathogens.
Surface acoustic wave (SAW) device is widely used as a bandpass filter, a chemical or physical sensor, and an actuator. In this paper, we propose the capacitive gap measurement system with high precision through the signal processing using SAW device. The research process is mainly composed of theoretical part and experimental part. In theoretical part, equivalent circuit model was used to simulate the SAW response by the change of capacitance. In experimental part, commercialized capacitor was used to see the SAW response by the change of load capacitance. After that, gap adjustment system was made physically and the SAW response by the change of gap which caused the capacitance change was measured. And resolution and stroke was decided comparing the signal change and basic measurement noise level.

The garlic cultivation area is moved by change of grown environment due to global warming. It is important to predict changes in cultivation area, quantity and quality of each crop. This study was carried out to estimate the yield and response of garlic growth by the rapid temperature changes in the greenhouse with thermostat control system. Seedlings of Namdo garlic were planted on September 27, 2012 and harvested on May 30, 2013. The used treatments for a rapid temperature change in March-April-May were T0 (control): $6.0-10.4-17.2^{\circ}C$, T1: $6.0-5.4(-5)-17.2^{\circ}C$, T2: $6.0-10.4-22.2(+5)^{\circ}C$ and T3: $6.0-5.4(-5)-22.2(+5)^{\circ}C$. Total dried weight per plant of garlic significantly increased by 5.0% for T2, but T1 and T3 decreased by 12.5 and 4.6%, respectively, compared to T0. Total yields of bulb within the temperature change as T2 and T0 increased significantly (p<0.05), as compared to T1. Decreasing temperature significantly (p<0.05) reduced plant height, SPAD reading, crude protein and fiber contents etc., as compared to T0 and T2. ABA contents gradually increased with time but IAA content rapidly decreased. Conclusively, growth and yield of garlic were more affected by decreased temperature than increased temperature at bulb development stage.
The parameter modification of the initial FEM model to match it with the experimental results needs the modal information and the modal sensitivity matrix to the parameter change. There are two cases this methodology is ill-equip to deal with; the deficiency of the necessary modal information and the ill-conditioning of the sensitivity matrix. In this research, a novel concept of the feedback exciter that uses the summation of the white noise and the signals from the measurement sensors multiplied with feedback gains as the reference signal is proposed. There are 2 advantages using this external feedback excitation. First, we can use the change of the system response such as modal data by the active energy Path from the sensor to the exciter. This change of the system response can be additional clues to the system dynamics that we want to know. Secondly, the external energy Path alternates the offset of the Parameter change to the system response. That means the modal sensitivity of the parameters becomes different from the original sensitivities by the feedback excitation. Through the feedback loop, we can change the similar modal sensitivities of some updating parameters and consequently discriminate the parameters using the closed-loop modal data. To demonstrate the discrimination performance, the parameter estimation of an indeterminate structure by use of the feedback method is introduced.
The dynamic response of buried pipelines has gained considerable importance because these pipelines perform vital role in conducting energy, water, communication and transportation. After realizing the magnitude of damage, and hence, the human uncomfort and the economical losses, researchers have paid sincere attention to this problem. A number of papers have appeared in the past which discuss the different aspects of the problem. This paper presents a theoretical analysis of non-axisymmetric dynamic response of buried orthotropic cylindrical shell subjected to a moving load along the axis of the shell. The orthotropic shell has been buried in a homogeneous, isotropic and elastic medium of infinite extent. A thick shell theory including the effects of rotary inertia and shear deformation has been used. A perfect bond between the shell and the surrounding medium has been assumed. Results have been obtained for very hard (rocky), medium hard and soft soil surrounding the shell. The effects of shell orthotropy have been brought out by varying the non-dimensional orthotropic parameters over a long range. Under these conditions the shell response is studied in axisymmetric mode as well as in the flexural mode. It is observed that the shell response is significantly affected by change in orthotropic parameters and also due to change of response mode. It is observed that axial deformation is large in axisymmetric mode as compared to that in flexural mode.
In this study, the dynamic flying characteristics of the worn head sliders are investigated theoretically due to the change in head geometry caused by head and disk contact. The film shapes can be approximated as taper- truncated cycloidal-flat film. Two-dimensional time dependent modified Reynolds equation included molecular slip effect are formulated with neglected the roughness effect. The motion of head slider was assumed to have two degree of freedom in this work. Finite difference approximation with Newton Raphson iterative technique and the fourth order Runge-Kutta method were implemented to obtain the transient response of the slider head with various change in head geometry numerically and compared with the transient response of the IBM3380 type head slider. The simulation results show the film shape has affects significantly on the static and dynamic characteristic of slider head in magnetic storage systems.
