  • Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. • The myth about BPO is: since firms do not want to continue to control the business process, they outsourced it to the external provider. Therefore, there is no need for controlling the outsourced process. Based on resource dependency theory, this study explores control mechanism used in BPO context. The overall approach of this study is qualitative, inductive and exploratory. First, a generic framework on the control structure is derived from extant literature, which includes outcome/process control, IS and social control. This framework is applied to a Korean BPO case. This study has found that the hybrid control structure consisting of behavior, outcome and social control mechanisms are effective for BPO success. As outsourcing grows rapidly and IS functions become smaller, the business struggles to redefine its IS capability. This research proposes setting up proper control mechanism between user and BPO service provider as new IS capability that business should focus on; and provides guidelines for managers in development of new IS capability.

  • This paper presents the method of antenna polarization isolation and resource control for frequency interference reduction due to the frequency reuse between opposite sectors. We have examined the frequency interference between opposite sectors which is occurred by operating base station for reducing frequency interference. The base station has a frequency reusing structure in opposite sector. So, the base station can make a in-band frequency interference. In order to minimize frequency interference, we proposed two methods. The first is the antenna polarization isolation method. The CINR was improved to 27dB from 17dB when using the antenna polarization isolation. The second is resource control which is the method for lining up the RF power and limiting RF power control range of each link. In this paper, by using the proposed two methods, presents a scheme that reduces frequency interference in the frequency reusing structure.

  • Continuous multimedia applications require a guaranteed retricval and transfer rate of streaming data, which conventional file server mechanism generally does not provide. In this paper we describe a dynamic negotiated admission control and dick bandwidth scheduling framework for Continuous Media (CM : e.g., video) servers. The framework consists of two parts. One is a reserve-based admission control mechanism and the other part is a scheduler for continuous media streams with dynamic resource allocation to achieve higher utilization than non-dynamic scheduler by effectively sharing available resources among contending streams to improve overall QoS. Using our policy, we could increase the number of simultaneously running: clients that coo]d be supported and cot]d ensure a good response ratio and better resource utilization under heavy traffic requirements.

  • This study seeks to determine the effect of the application of accounting information system (AIS), internal control system, and human resource (HR) competency on the quality of local government financial statements (FS). This study uses agency theory and compliance theory. Agency theory is used to explain that there is a link between the society as the principal and the government as the agent. Compliance theory is a theory, which states that every agency is obliged to comply with regulations because the law-drafting authority has the right to dictate behavior. The population in this study were employees of the financial division of local government organizations in one of the districts in Central Java, Indonesia. The total samples in this study was 106 respondents. The data used are primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method of analysis used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that HR competency has an effect on the quality of FS; however, the application of AIS and internal control system has no effect on the quality of FS. The implication of this research underlines the importance of HR competency to improve the quality of local government FS.

  • The aim of the present study was to investigate the influences of Curcuma aromatica or inositol monophosphate supplementation on body weight of sows at different stages, feed intake, backfat thickness of sows at different stages, body weight of piglets at different stages, and immunoglobulin G (IgG) concentration in sow blood and milk. Eighteen crossbred (Landrace × Yorkshire) sows (249.9 ± 3.2 kg) and their litters were used in a 28-day feeding trial to observe the effects of Curcuma aromatica or inositol monophosphate as dietary supplements on performance and IgG concentration of blood and milk in lactating sows and piglets. The dietary treatments comprised a control corn-soybean-based basal diet (CON); control diet + Curcuma aromatica at 0.5% (CA), and control diet + inositol monophosphate at 0.10% (IMP). Sow body weight at different stages, average daily feed intake, and sow backfat thickness at different stages were not affected in all three treatment groups. The body weight of piglets at weaning and average daily gain of piglets born to sows from the IMP group showed significant improvement compared to piglets of sows from the CA treatment group. Treatment had no effect on the IgG levels in blood and milk. In conclusion, supplementation of 0.5% CA or 0.10% IMP in sows has no effect on growth performance and IgG in sows and piglets compared with the control diet.

  • Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of Animunin Powder${\circledR}$ supplementation on the growth perfonnance and blood components in nursery and growing pigs. In Exp. 1, ninety six pigs(initial mean live weights 27,6 ${\pm}$ 2.63kg) were randomly allocated into four treatments with six replications per each treatment. Four treatments were control(CON), control + 0.1% Antibiotics(AB), control + 0.1% Animunin Powder${\circledR}$(AM), and control + 0.1% Antibiotics + 0.1% Animunin Powder${\circledR}$(ABM). During 4 weeks experiment, ADG of pigs was significantly(p < 0.05) higher in ABM treatment compared with CON and AB treatments, Serum IgG concentration was higher(P < 0.05) in AM and ABM treatments than CON. Serum from treated pigs ABM had higher(P < 0.05) albumin concentration in comparison to CON and AB treatments. In addition, higher (p < 0.05) serum lymphocyte concentration was found in ABM treatment compared with CON and AM treatments. Digestibility of dry matter was higher(P < 0.05) in ABM treatment compared with AB and AM treatments. However, no statistical differences(P > 0.05) were found in total protein content of serum and crude protein digestibility of diets. In Exp. 2, seventy five pigs(initial mean live weights 40.22 ${\pm}$ 2.82kg) were randomly allocated into three treatments with 5 replicates per each treatment for 29 days. Three treatments were control(CON), control + 0.1% Animunin Powder${\circledR}$(AM1) and control + 0.2% Animunin Powder${\circledR}$(AM2). During the whole experiment, pigs fed AM1 and AM2 diets were shown higher ADG than pigs fed CON diet. The ADFI of AM1 diet is higher(P < 0.05) compared to that of CON diet. Serum IgG and albumin concentration of AM1 and AM2 treatments were greater than those of CON treatment(p < 0.05). Lymphocyte was highest for AM1 and lowest for CON, with intermediate for AM2(P < 0.05). In conclusion, Animunin Powder${\circledR}$ was effective for improving growth performance and to increase the concentrations of blood IgG, albumin, total protein and lymphocyte in nursery and growing pigs.
