플라즈마 살균용 전원장치에 관한 연구 (A study on power system for plasma sterilization)

  • A resonant type voltage source and power device and a control method using Pulse Density Modulation(PDM) power control and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) voltage control for plasma sterilization are described, For the stability of discharge in the generating tube, it is desirable that the peak apply voltage is constant. The PDM power control is employed for sustaining the voltage constant at any generating tube input power. Moreover, to avoid the influence of input AC voltage fluctuation etc.. PWM voltage control with generating tube peak voltage feedback is used. Both functions were confirmed by the experiment with 6.5[kHz], 1.8[kW] inverter and generating tube. The effect of input synchronous PDM method for input current stabilizing is confirmed also.

  • In this paper a cycloconverter-type high frequency transformer link inverter with a reduced switch count is analyzed and designed. The proposed topology consists of an H-bridge inverter at the transformer's primary side and a cycloconverter with three bidirectional switches at the secondary. All of the switches of the cycloconverter operate in non-resonant zero voltage and zero current switching modes. To overcome a high voltage surge problem resulting from the transformer leakage inductance, phase angle control based on natural commutation is employed. The effectiveness of the proposed inverter is verified by constructing s 750W prototype. Experimentally, the inverter is able to supply a near sinusoidal output voltage with a total harmonic distortion of less than 1%. For comparison, a PSpice simulation of the inverter is also carried out. It was found that the experimental results are in very close agreement with the simulation.

  • This paper presents the interleaved active-clamping ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) forward converter, which is mainly composed of two active-clamping forward converters. Only two switches are required, and each one is the auxiliary switch for the other. The circuit complexity and cost are thus reduced. The leakage inductance of the transformer or an additional resonant inductance is employed to achieve ZVS during the dead times. The duty cycles are not limited to be equal and within 50%. The complementary switching and the resulted interleaved output inductor currents diminish the current ripple in output capacitors. Accordingly, the smaller output chokes and capacitors lower the converter volume and increase the power density. Detailed analysis and design of this new interleaved active-clamping forward converter are described.

  • This paper is indicating the problems, which are the conduction loss on the high frequency transformer, the protection of rectification diode as the snubber loss and the stress of switching main devices, as be made high current and high speed in the phase-shift switching full-bridge DC-DC converter is used the power supply's main circuit of high capacity. In this paper, to improve those problems, it is proposed that is the resonant circuit auxiliary can be reduced conduction losses and stabilized output control. And, it is constructed prototype of the power supply as the result of computer simulations.

  • A contact-less power supply system (CPS) allows electrical energy to supply to mobile consumers without any electrical or mechanical contact. CPS works in the same principle as a transformer, with the track litz cable forming the primary circuit and the pickup as the secondary. The track power supply generates the high frequency alternating current in the track cable. The captured AC magnetic field generated by the track conductors produces electrical energy in the pickup coil and the pickup rectifier converts the high frequency AC power to DC while regulating the power to the load. This paper presents the theoretical analysis, simulation and experiment리 results of the series-parallel resonant converter working as contact-less power supply system.

  • In this paper, a new design using a simulation method was proposed. And to estimate its validity, various electronic and optical data were measured after making a 150[W] electronic ballast for high pressure sodium lamps. Using PSpice 9.1, the best solutions of various parameters such as the resonant frequency, the lamp output voltage, and the current of the electronic ballast were obtained. The power factor of the system was 99.8[%], the crest factor 1.44, the THD 4.99[%], and the weight 0.5[kg]. These are very good characteristics compared with a conventional HPS Lamp ballast.

  • 본 논문에서는 전력변환장치의 고효율화 시대에 맞추어 AC-DC단에는 브릿지리스 PFC, DC-DC단에는 Full-Bridge LLC 공진형 컨버터를 적용하여 전부하 ZVS 동작영역 확보를 통한 고효율의 저전압, 대전류 AC-DC 정류기를 제안하였다. 제안된 AC-DC 정류기는 그린 PC용 전력변환 장치로써 단말형 중앙 집중식 PC rack 시스템에 사용된다. 따라서 19 [V], 105 [A] (2KW) Full-bridge LLC 공진형 컨버터를 설계 및 제작하여 실험을 통해 제안된 토폴로지의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • This paper presents a new control strategy to improve voltage performance of distributed generation (DG) under nonlinear loads. The proposed voltage controller consists of a proportional-integral and a repetitive controller where the repetitive controller behaves as a bank of resonant controllers to compensate harmonic voltage drop on system impedance due to nonlinear load current. As a result, the voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC) of the DG is regulated to be sinusoidal waveform regardless of the presence of nonlinear loads. In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed voltage controller, simulations are carried out using PSIM software and results are compared with those with the conventional PI controller.
