전주시 단독주택 지역에 위치한 경로당의 실내 환경의 특성과 이용자 만족도에 대한 분석 (Analysis on Characteristics of Indoor Environment and Satisfaction Level ofUsers of Senior Centers in Jeonju Residential Areas)

  • The purpose of this paper is to gather information and opinions to better guide the direction for implementing improvements of the senior centers' indoor environments located in Jeonju residential areas, by surveying the users about the level of satisfaction and analyzing the result in relation to the current situation. Senior centers located in Jeonju residential areas were operating the facilities with low financial support from the local autonomous entity. According to the results of the survey, most of the users tend to use the facilities between 12p.m. to 6p.m., and the majority have lunch at the senior centers. Most of the senior centers already have cooking facilities, without a dining room, except one place, and even the facilities they have are very poor. In a thermal environment area, the temperature is mostly above in summer or below in winter the appropriate temperature, especially the temperature of the restroom of all senior centers are below $20^{\circ}C$ in winter. The density of carbon dioxide is above average in most indoor areas. However, the users' level of facilities' satisfaction was positive. To improve the seniors' quality of life, the local autonomous entity has to start regular check-ups and repair of the poor indoor environment and facilities, with more financial support and active supervision by senior center the management.

폐광지역 노인의 삶의 질이 생활만족도에 미치는 요인 (Factors of the Quality of Life on the Life Satisfaction of Elderly People Living in Abandoned Mine Regions)

  • 본 연구는 폐광지역의 노인의 생활만족도와 삶의 질 정도를 파악하고, 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 삶의 질의 요인에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 구조화된 설문조사를 사용하여 폐광지역 노인의 생활만족도와 삶의 질을 알아보았다. 조사대상은 강원도 폐광지역에 거주하는 60세 이상의 노인 167명이었다. 폐광지역의 노인들이 삶의 질과 생활만족도는 중간 정도였고, 탄광에서 장기 근속한 경우에 현재 생활만족도가 높았다. 또한, 종교가 생활만족도에 영향을 주고 있었고, 주거환경과 쾌적한 환경이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향이 높게 나타났다. 따라서, 폐광지역의 노인들에게 생활만족도를 증진시키기 위하여서는 주거지의 정비와 환경의 개선를 통해 공동화된 지역을 복원하고 쾌적한 환경을 만드는 것이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • Townhouse have been developed as alternative housing types for combining the characteristics of detached houses and high-rise apartments, Much research on townhouse have investigated physical environments of townhouse and provide a number of planning factors to be considered. However, these factors do not reflect the residents' experiences of the environments sufficiently. The aim of this research is to investigate residents' satisfactions in townhouse as an exploratory study which can be a basis for the improvement of residential environments in townhouse. First of all, we selected a target townhouse and conducted a field study to examine the existing state of the townhouse. Then a customized questionnaire was developed and distributed to residents in the townhouse for investigating their satisfactions on the residential environment. The questions included are divided into four categories; site environment, unit space, community area and housing management. Through the statistic analyses of the residents' responses, the residents' satisfactions of the residential environment were identified. Especially the residents' satisfaction on the community area, which revitalizes neighborhood relationships, is very high. They were also satisfied with the conditions of the sub-categories, 'a distinctive exterior' 'a private planning', 'outdoors' and 'landscapes', in townhouse. In conclusion, we suggested considerations for the improvement of the residential environments and the quality of life in townhouse.

대구시민의 주거이동 요인과 주택선호성향 분석 (Residential Mobility and Housing Preference of Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • The purpose of this study, analyzing the primary factors for residential mobility and housing preference of Daegu citizens, is to provide a basic data for future housing policies. The results are as follows: First, 32.1% of Daegu citizens have intention of residential mobility. Especially the residents in central (50.0%), southern (59.0%) and western Daegu showed more intention than those in other districts. Second, we used the GLMM (Generalized Linear Mixed Models) to analyze the main factors for residential mobility. The results are as follows; 1) the residents who have lower housing satisfaction with the type of housing, parking, and educational environment, 2) those who are male and younger, 3) those who live in rented house have more intention of housing mobility. Third, based on the analysis on the preference change of the type of housing, the preference of the apartments is getting higher, while that of the detached houses is getting lower (past: 40.1%${\rightarrow}$present: 54.8%${\rightarrow}$future: 66.7%). 28.8% of the respondents (444) expressed intention to live in the public rental houses, in case they are provided in the areas they are moving to. Fourth, when we analyzed the size of the houses they actually lived in and that of the houses they prefer to live in case of moving, we found that in general they tend to move in smaller housing than in the past. The results of the analysis showed that in order to minimize the possible moving away from the current residential areas due to the dissatisfaction with the housing environment, in the first place the improvement in the quality of the houses, parking and education environment is needed.

고령자의 청력손실을 배려한 재가보호 주거시설의 음향설계 (Listening environment design of houses for the seniors aging at home)

  • 고령자 청력손실은 노령화에 따른 대표적 현상이다. 그러나 고령자를 위한 홈케어, 노인복지주택 등의 설계는 고령자의 이동성 확보 및 안전에 초점을 맞춰 시행되고 있어 청력상실 문제를 간과하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 주거공간 내 청취환경을 개선하여 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 노인들의 청취 환경 개선을 위해 잔향 감소, 소음 최소화, 음질 향상에 중점을 둔 기술을 제안하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 바탕으로 고령자의 청력 손실을 배려한 재가보호 주거시설의 음향 설계 모델을 제안하고자 하였다.

토양측정망 운영 결과 분석 연구 (Analysis on Monitoring Results of Korean Soil Monitoring Network)

  • Usability of soil quality monitoring network for ascertaining soil quality changes was evaluated by analysing soil quality monitoring results. Tolerance limits of soil quality monitoring results from 1997 to 2007 were calculated and compared with Korean soil quality standards. This study determined that soil quality was changed if the upper 95% tolerance limit value was greater than the soil quality standard. Fluoride most frequently exceeded the soil quality standard and nickel, zinc, arsenic, copper, lead and cadmium were followed. Analysis on land use showed that tolerance limits of industrial land use most frequently exceeded the soil quality standards and residential, road and various land uses then frequently exceeded. Tolerance limits of land uses expecting high contaminant loads frequently exceeded the soil quality standards. This fact imply that the soil quality monitoring network generates reasonable data to represent change in Korean soil quality. This study also suggested that representative sampling from well identified points should be done to improve data reliability and accurately ascertain soil quality changes.

장애인을 위한 주거환경개선 기초조사 (Basic Investigation for Publicity of Korean Occupational Therapy)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 주거환경 인식도 및 중요도에 관하여 알아보고 주거환경개선의 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2015년 4월부터 2015년 5월까지 일반인 165명을 직접 만나 설문조사 하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, t검정, 분산분석, 사후검정을 사용하였다. 결과 : 주거환경개선의 인식도를 살펴보면 44.8%가 집안 구조변경, 26.7%가 치료방법이라고 응답하였으며 건축사가 할 것 같다는 응답이 28.5%인 것에 반하여 작업치료사가 할 것 같다는 응답은 9.1%로 보여 졌다. 주거환경개선의 중요성에 관하여 대부분 중요하다고 생각하지만 성별, 연령별 차이는 없었다(p>.05). 주거환경개선이 삶의 질을 높여줄 것 같다는 응답은 45.9%인 것에 반해 독립성이 증가될 것 같다는 응답은 7.6%로 보여 졌고, 주거환경개선은 돈이 많이 들어가기(81.1%) 때문에 중요하지 않다고 응답하였다. 결론 : 주거환경개선의 인식은 부족하였으나 중요도가 높은 것으로 보아 추후 주거환경개선의 필요성은 공감하고 있었다. 장애인을 위한 주거환경개선에서 경제적 지원 및 작업치료사의 진출 및 제도적 지원이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

주거단지 조성에 있어서의 공공녹지계획의 특징에 관한 기초연구 -일본 타마 뉴타운의 공공녹지체계를 사례로- (A Basic Study on the Features of Public Open Space Plan in Establishing Residential Complexes -A Case Study of the Public Open Space Plan in Tama New Town, Japan-)

  • In order to address housing issues, alleviate the concentration of urban populations, and resolve other issues regarding residential spaces, large residential complexes have been developed in Korea since the 1970s. The changes to the residential culture due to such development projects propagated rapidly, making the apartment complexes the most representative form of housing in Korea. In developing such large-scale complexes, plans for public open spaces, which play an important role in formulating the quality of residential environment, have been mostly the same, only utilizing the spaces remaining after planning other types of spaces. The current study looks at the case of Tama New Town development project, a Japanese new town development project that has a similar public open space system in large scale residential complex development projects in Korea. In doing so, the current study aims to identify the features of public open space plans. In the conclusion, the study first finds that various public open spaces must be reviewed and introduced in term of predicting social demands. Second, the study suggests the policy-makers should actively introduce pedestrian paths as a public open space. Third, the study deduces the planning implications of applying the principle of original landscape preservation.

프랑스 노후주거지 재생을 위한 근린재생 프로그램 연구 (A Study on the Rehabilitation of Deteriorated Residential Blocks by the PNRU and PNRQAD in France)

  • There is a growing tendency within old towns to analyze spatial characteristics to initiate various sustainable development programs and systems to make high-quality small-medium local cities. Professional research institutions in Korea are looking for new guidance into making housing regeneration policies and for trying to merge different functions. But there is a lack of research on support indicators and legal systems for residents. The purpose of this study will analyze the support systems and indicators of France for declined residential blocks in urban. Because the government of France have developed the policy for declined housing blocks. And they are establishing support systems to improve the quality of the residential environment and the resettlement of existing residents. First, this research study the condition of declined housing blocks in Paris. Secondly, support systems and policies of PNRU and PNRQAD are investigated and analyzed. Finally, cases by PNRU and PNRQAD are analyzed to derive the strength of this system. As a result, the following implications are derived. 1) the strengthening of social support, 2) the establishment of specialized national institutions and indicators, 3) increasing citizen participation, 4) Sustainable research program for neighborhood regeneration.

  • A person's residence is the primary environment which affects physical and emotional-gratification. Residential environments are very important to a person's quality of life. Because the age of society has rapidly increased, we must take a profound interest in the welfare and residences of the aged. While the government has begun to prepare for an aging society, the residential environments of the aged has not been fully considered. Because the welfare of the aged begins in the house, the term 'residence for the aged' is not limited to the physical space. Because residences for the old aged are included in various social policies such as family relations, social security, health care, safety etc, relevant policies for these residences must be prepared as rapidly as possible. This study-focused on both the importance of residences for the aged and the residential desires of the aged, and aims to propose planning criteria for the residences of the aged.
