숙녀복 치수표기법에 대한 소비자의 선호도 조사연구

  • This study investigated whether consumer's characteristics affect their preference of size labeling systems. The survey included 443 women 20 to 64 years of age. The results show that the consumers' preferences of five size labeling systems were different significantly. Subjects strongly prefered the size label in use for many years at the marker. The consumers' preference for various systems was different by resident area, educational level, and body types of the subjects. The system with information on body measrements was prefered by the resident in the metro city area than the resident in the small city. The simplest system was strongly prefered by the subjects having no difficulties on purchasing ready-to-wear garments that reasonably fit their bodies. The subjects belonged to the low educational level strongly prefered the simplest system.

어촌관광에 대한도시민의 선호분석 (An Analysis of Urban Residents' Preference on Blue Tourism)

  • This paper analyzes urban residents' preference on blue tourism using a survey data. The result show that even thought urban resident are unaware of blue tourism, people who have experienced blue tourism set a high value on it. Urban Resident tend to buy services of lodging, fisheries goods purchase about blue tourism, when they hope to blue tourism. These results indicate that there is a lot of potential demand for blue tourism. The results of this paper could be an important information to develop the blue tourism.

  • 주거공간의 질적 만족도 향상과 거주자의 다양하고 개성있는 요구에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 방안으로서 계획된 이 연구는 개인주택과는 달리 다수의 불 특정인을 대상으로 디자인되어야 하므로 다양한 평면계획을 세리 건설하기보다는 보편적인 디자인으로 계획할 수밖에 없는 공동주택(아파트)의 한계점을 극복해 보고자 하는 시도이다. 이를 위하여 조사대상자 360명을 선정하였고, 실 거주자의 선호도를 파악했던 선행연구에 의해 검증된 아파트 실내이미지 유형과 MBTI라고 하는 성격유형검사와 연계하여, 조사대상자의 성격유형에 따라 실내이미지 선호가 달라지는가를 알아보았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 거주자가 요구하는 실내공간의 이미지 특성 및 이에 따른 각종제품에 대한 선호를 예측, 공급할 수 있게 하여, 아파트에서 살기를 원하는 거주자의 만족도를 높이는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

Residents' Preference for Spatial Features in Sitting Areas at Assisted Living Facilities - Focused on direct or indirect social interaction for older adults -

  • This study investigated residents' preferences for spatial features of sitting areas in assisted living facilities, and provides recommendations for planning sitting areas to support residents' spatial preferences and social interaction. The study participants were 69 residents of eight assisted living facilities (30+ resident capacity), located in south central Texas. A photographic comparison method was used, in which residents were shown 20 matched pairs of photos, with a single feature digitally modified in each pair, and asked to select which environmental representation they preferred. The hypothesized spatial characteristics were identified in practice based literature as those that may encourage usage of sitting areas: viewability, variety, homelikeness, and privacy. Most of the hypothesized features were preferred by participants, with the highest preference found for non-institutional furniture arrangements and naturalness, followed by increasing enclosure and variety of seating. Preference was less significant for domestic cues such as carpeted floors, divided light windows, and boundaries defined by different colored material or columns, possibly due to their physical impairments or preference for visual openness. Participants' level of mobility assistance was significantly related to their preference for some features, such as seating with people-watching capability, and carpeted floors. The findings have implications for facility architects and administrators engaged in resident-oriented spatial planning.

아파트 단지내 공동생활공간의 구성선호에 관한 연구 (Users' preference of the Shared Community Space for the Community Design of Multi-family Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out users' preference of the shares community space(SCS) for the Community Design. For this, it was analyzed the residents' behavior characteristics of the current multi-family housing and the residents' needs of the SCS. This study focused on seeking out the user-oriented design criteria for the planning of the SCS. The survey was carried out with a structured questionnaire including sketch map from Aug. 13, 2001 to Sept. 14, 2001. The subjects were housewives who's living in Haeuondae of Busan, Korea. Total number of 650 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Especially 439 cases among them were used for analysis of mental map. The SPSS PC+ was used for the analysis of data. The results of this study are as follows : First, as to the users' behavior for the SCSs, there is a difference in the location of residents' activities by contents of them. And, the range of these locations categorized according to levels of spacial cognition for neighborhoods. Second, as to the analysis of the SCS through a mental maps, it was shown that the residents' pathway and the residents' location are main variables to be considered in the SCS planning. The preferred location of SCS is organized according to the character of the SCS; the one for most residents, is located the surrounding of main enterance or the center of the housing complex, and the one the neighbors living in the same or the near building is located in area of the block of resident buildings. Third, as the results of residents' needs analysis, the SCS has the meaning of community facilities. And there is a difference in the degree of necessity and in the preferred location according to character of the SCS. In detal, for the indoor SCS of a resident building, there is a difference in the preferred location according to the kinds of each SCS. And for the outdoor SCS, it is necessary to divide the planning zone of the SCS into 3 steps(the resident building, the block of resident buildings, and the housing complex).

생활영역별 농촌결혼이민여성 통합정책의 선호 정향성 및 효과성에 관한 연구 (Study on Preference Orientation and Effectiveness of an Integration Policy for the Rural married immigrant women according to life areas)

  • This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness and preference orientation of an social integration policy for rural married immigrant women according to eight life areas. For this purpose was surveyed non-multicultural residents and multicultural couples. By analysis, frist, the assimilation orientation as an model of integration policy for the women was preferred most highly at the life language area by every respondent. The multiculturalism orientation was preferred most highly at the private area such as dietary-life culture. Second, ANOVA analysis showed that the positive effectiveness on the language policy are evaluated most highly by the respondent having assimilation preference orientation. And the positive effectiveness on dietary-life culture policy are evaluated most highly by the respondent having multiculturalism orientation. Third, positive effectiveness level of the policy estimated by the resident was lower than it of multicultural couple significantly. In conclusion, based on results of this study, it can be seen as on that point preference orientation of integration policy for the women, the domain specificity is present in the attitude of the multicultural couple and resident. Therefore it suspect that integration policy for the women should be considered differently according to life sphere.

공동주택 주민교육문화시설 이용행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Using Behavior of Educational and Cultural Community Facilities in Apartment Housing)

  • The trend toward more welfare living because of more leisure time has influenced the popularity of the community facilities in apartment housing. According to the residents' increasing interests for well-being life the changes and developments of the community facilities have been required in these days. The purpose of this research is to study these required changes and developments by analyzing the resident's using behavior of community facilities in apartment housing focusing on the educational and cultural facilities. For this purpose, this research intends to examine the existing conditions and problems of educational and cultural community facilities in apartment housing and to analyze the residents' using patterns such as frequency, preference and to comprehend the additional needs and requirements of the residents. The conclusions and suggestions of this research can be a basic data for the architects to design a resident-oriented educational and cultural community facilities.

  • The study has effected checking the traditional Korean-style house condition in Farm village and the resident preference test in jeonnam area for examination propriety of development a traditional Korean-style house. Also, it was checked over the problem and improvement direction of new building the Korean style house. The resident wanted living in the traditional Korean-style house if it is compromised problem of living equipment and cost of building. First. Jeonnam area Korean style house must keep the 'ㅡ' type plan. Second, the plan must construct compact and effective plan with the main floored room as the center for prevention against an indiscreet plan space extend of outside. Third, it has must need suitable material and construction for applying traditional exterior with effect. Fourth, it has must need actualization plan for the cost of construction is 3,500,000/py for construction.

공공도서관 상주작가 문화프로그램 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cultural Program Improvement for Resident Writers in Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 상주작가 지원사업 문화프로그램 운영현황을 파악하고 프로그램에 대한 이용자의 인식과 선호, 사서의 인식을 조사하여 도서관 상주작가 문화프로그램의 운영개선 및 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위한 연구방법은 이론적 연구와 상주작가 문화프로그램 운영 현황조사, 도서관 이용자의 인식 및 선호에 대한 설문조사, 사서의 인식에 대한 인터뷰조사를 통한 실증적 연구를 병행하였다. 현황조사·설문조사·인터뷰조사는 2021년 5월부터 11월까지의 상주작가 지원사업 문화프로그램을 실시하고 있는 도서관을 대상으로 하였다. 문화프로그램의 어려움은 상주작가의 역량과 코로나로 인한 휴·재개관의 반복과 비대면 수업으로 나타났다. 프로그램 개선방안으로 상주작가와 다른 분야의 문인 초청과 문학프로그램 운영, 온라인 홍보에서 오프라인 홍보의 강화, 문화프로그램 운영의 사전교육, 사업 시작 시기 조정, 작가의 특성을 위한 교육, 이용자 연령을 고려한 진행방식, 이용자 선호프로그램, 프로그램 운영시간, 정기문화프로그램 운영, 지역특성과 프로그램의 다양성 등을 고려해야 할 것이다.

거주자 선호도 조사를 통한 미래 주거 환경의 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the propensity to Future Residential Environment Based on the Research of Resident Preferences)

  • Like other artificial architectures, the residence is also hard to be changed after once it has ever been built because its life is approximately estimated up to 20years. Furthermore, it may give big effect to residents as the life Quality. Because of these specificities, it seems to be important to forecast how demand of residential market will be changed and what kind of residential environment should be built in the future. First of all, we should consider about what is a current situation of residential environment in this country before beginning researching resident preferences. In addition, we will also research current and new residential style in other country, which should be concerned in. Finally, this study is researched by domestic male and female residents in their twenties and four ties on purpose to gain information what type of resident style they want and to suggest new ways of future residential environment.
