연구자율성 구성요인에 따른 조직효과성 연구 : 공공연구기관 연구자를 중심으로 (The Effect of Research Autonomy's Factors on the Organizational Effectiveness : Focusing on Researcher of the Government-supported Research Institutes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공공연구기관 연구자의 연구자율성 구성요소를 새로운 관점에서 정의함과 동시에 그러한 구성요소들이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 궁극적으로 조직효과성 제고를 위해 공공연구기관 연구자에게 보장되어야 할 연구자율성 요소는 무엇인지를 확인하고 정책적인 지원 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위한 기초 작업으로 연구자율성 수준을 구성 형태에 따라 개인 및 조직 수준으로, 연구자율성 유형을 본질적 및 비본질적 자율성으로 구분하였으며, 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 조직몰입도와 직무만족도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 본질적 자율성이 비본질적 자율성에 비해 조직효과성에 미치는 영향이 매우 높게 나타났다. 이는 연구자의 연구수행을 위한 간접적인 지원환경도 중요하지만 연구과제 선정, 자유로운 의견 교환, 연구방법론 선택, 연구결과 활용 등 연구 본연의 활동에 있어서 연구자들의 의사결정 및 재량권이 월등히 중요하다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

프리셉터의 업무수행, 자율성, 임파워먼트, 조직몰입에 대한 연구 (The Performance, Autonomy, Empowerment and Organizational Commitment of the Preceptors)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the performance, autonomy, and organizational commitment of the preceptors. Methods : The sample consisted of 29 nurses in one university hospital. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of performance, autonomy, empowerment, and organizational commitment conducted from May through August. 30, 2003. The subjects accepted preceptor training for 26 hours, which was conducted by a researcher. The contents of the training program consisted of an introduction to preceptorship, nursing organization, teaching and learning methods, interpersonal relationships, organizational management, self management, and basic nursing practice. Analysis was performed by SPSS for percentile, mean, standard deviation, and correlation using the paired t-test. Results : Our study results showed that performance, autonomy, empowerment, and organizational commitment were significantly altered by training. After education for preceptors, performance, autonomy, empowerment, and organizational commitment were all enhanced. Performance was related with empowerment, and not with autonomy. Conclusion : This study suggests that the application of preceptorship as a nursing management intervention can benefit organizational efficiency.

치과기공사의 사기 요인 분석과 관리 방안에 대한 연구 (Study on Analyzing Main Cause of Dental Technicians' Moraleand Management to Promote their Morale)

  • The organization to which we belong is the place where we make social relationships, satisfy our desires of self-realization, and accomplish our common object. The emotional and psychological state of individual as well as the whole organization is able to be explained in the concept of morale. The researcher selected a total 238 dental technicians living in seoul, and conducted a research in a period ranging from April 1, 2004, to April1 10, 2004. The researcher analyzed the findings with the aid of SPSS (Statistical package for social sciences). The researcher came to reach the following conclusions on the basis of frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test, and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows: First, there is a significant difference in recognizing morale due to their age, academic background, their work places, position, part of objective, and working hours(p<.05). Secondly, The researcher there is a significant difference in recognizing due to their social welfare, payment, fair and objective personnel management, enough opportunities of self development, and autonomy(p<.05). Lastly, this study is very limited in generalization because it deals with a small part of morale management plans and objectifies very limited organization. But, it is very meaningful in trying to approach morale management plans with an object of dental technicians. It is necessary that dental technicians should make efforts to control themselves.

연구자의 자율성, 지식공유, 자기효능감이 직무만족과 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Researcher's Autonomy, Knowledge Sharing, and Self-Efficacy on Job Satisfaction and Creativity)

  • 본 연구는 이공계 연구자의 연구자율성, 자기효능감, 지식공유와 직무만족 및 창의성 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 연구가설을 수립하고 실증분석을 추진하였다. 200건의 설문 결과를 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 연구자율성과 자기효능감은 직접적으로 창의성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 직무만족을 매개로 하여 창의성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 자기효능감이 직무만족과 창의성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 지식공유는 직무만족에는 긍정적 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 창의성에는 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 없었다. 이를 통해 창의성 제고를 위해서는 연구자율성, 자기효능감, 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안 마련과 지식공유를 통한 창의적 성과창출 가능성에 대한 인식 제고가 필요하다는 것을 제안할 수 있을 것이다.

Effects of Ongoing Feedback on Students' Attitudes towards Writing

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of ongoing feedback from the professor in students' processes of learning and developing writing skills. Specifically, the researcher was concerned with how ongoing feedback affected students' attitudes towards writing because in EFL contexts, motivating students to write is a first step to engage them in a challenging journey of academic writing. 20 freshmen taking a writing course, "Paragraph & Essay Writing", at A university participated in this study and they were asked to complete the questionnaire at the end of the spring semester 2009. The results revealed that receiving ongoing feedback from the professor had a positive influence on affective domain, was helpful to develop learning strategies, and was valuable in learning outcomes. However, they also expressed negative opinions: feeling a burden, focusing on forms, and feeling confused. To reflect their opinions, the following four suggestions were made to create a more effective learning environment: promoting learner autonomy, facilitating individual writing conferences, giving balanced feedback in between form and content, and using judicious feedback through careful streaming.

건강마을의 건축적 치유요소 연구 (A Study on the Healing Architecture of Health Promotion Villages)

  • This study aimed to analyze health promotion villages from the perspective of therapeutic architecture, and to provide basic information for planning relevant health facilities. On the basis of a review of previous literature, the characteristics of therapeutic architecture were classified into eight categories: safety, comfort, sociality, autonomy, openness, diversity, privacy, and natural environment. Field study and observation were performed in four health promotion villages that conduct programs for lifestyle improvement, physical fitness, and treatment; these villages were also considered to have a healthy residential environment. The researcher and three assistants visited the facilities and checked utilization of space through interviews with the staff and guided tours. Basic information about the subject facilities, such as the purpose of establishment, was gathered from websites before visits. Two of the villages examined in this study had a traditional Korean wooden structure, while the other two were reinforced concrete and masonry block structures. All the facilities emphasized the use of environmentally friendly material and harmony with nature. Each site was divided into the following areas: office, residence, health/treatment, public/rest, and outdoor. The safety standards of the healing architecture were not completely satisfactory at all facilities. In particular, it was found that they lacked adequate universal design equipment. However, the healing characteristics of autonomy and diversity were strong. With regard to autonomy, the facilities allowed visitors to select indoor-outdoor moving lines and the use of front- and backyards constructed on slopes. In addition, they were equipped with many entries, staircases, void, terraces, and crossroads. The architecture was aesthetically designed using feng shui symbolism, and visitors found the scenes depicted in various spaces in the villages to be stimulating. Besides, the facilities were constructed using natural materials, had a natural indoor environment, and provided a sense of spaciousness and flexibility.

A Study on the Researcher's Perception Survey for Facilitating International Joint Research

  • In this study, we wanted to investigate and analyze the current status of international joint research conducted on researchers who have actually conducted or are doing international joint research and to identify difficulties in promoting international joint research based on this study and propose ways to promote future international joint research. As a result, autonomy of research subjects needs to be guaranteed for the revitalization of international joint research, establishment of international joint research guidelines and contract legal infrastructure, simplification and unification of administrative work system and supplementation of performance-related regulations will be necessary.

임상 전문간호사 역할 기대 조사;A 병원을 중심으로 (A Investigative Study of Role Expectation on the Clinical Nurse Specialist)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the role expectation of Clinical Nurse Specialist(CNS) in A tertiary-affiliated hospital in Seoul. Data were surveyed from Jul. 8, to Jul. 20, 1996. 74 medical doctors and 119 nurses participated in this survey. For data analysis, SPSS/PC+ program was used: ${\chi}2-test$, t-test, ANOVA. The difference was analyzed by the subjects' position and department. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The perception about the CNS system : Most of the subjects of study perceived that the introduction of CNS system was needed. And the introduction time of CNS system was demanded as fast as possible, or after special preparation. 2. The comparison of the need for the subroles of the CNS in A tertiary-affiliated hospital : The need for the subroles(0=not known, 1=not needed to 4=absolutely essential) was significantly different between medical doctors and nurses. The total mean scores for degree of need for each subole were as follows: Education 3.37, Consultant 3.34, Researcher 3.29, Direct care provider 2.86. 3. The comparison of the percent of time spent in A tertiary-affiliated hospital : The percent of time spent was significantly different between medical doctors and nurses. The total mean percent of time spent in the five subroles was as follows: Direct care provider 34.9%, Educator 23.9%, Researcher 18.9%, Consultant 12.8%, and Management/Change agent 9.5% According to the study results, suggestions were made: 1. Further study for the need of the CNS role as direct care provider is needed, after correcting the items within the narrow scope in some clinical department. 2. Development of the detail roles for the extent of autonomy is needed, and validity should be tested. And then they will be used for the basic data of the role development of the CNS.

초등수학교육에서 스토리텔링의 의미와 적용 방안 -초등수학교과서를 중심으로- (The Meaning and Applications of Storytelling in Elementary Mathematics Education-Focused on Elementary Mathematics Textbooks)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등수학교육에서 스토리텔링의 의미와 수학 수업에서의 적용 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 최근에 수학교육에 도입한 스토리텔링의 의미에 대한 이론적 고찰과 2009 개정 초등수학과 교육과정에 의해 개발한 초등수학교과서의 스토리텔링 적용 단원에 대한 분석을 통하여 수학교육에서 스토리텔링의 의미와 적용 방안을 제시하였다. 스토리텔링을 적용하여 개발한 초등수학교과서의 특징을 알아보기 위하여 1~2학년군 수학(3) 4단원 길이재기 단원에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석의 관점은 교과서에서 제시하고 있는 스토리텔링 방식이 학습자의 지적 자율성의 고려, 학습자의 수학 개념의 이해 및 기능 숙달, 그리고 학습자의 흥미 및 인성교육을 어떻게 고려하고 있는지에 대한 것이었다. 연구 결과 분석 단원은 전반적으로 3가지 관점에서 이들을 비교적 잘 반영하고 있었으나 수업에서 활용해야 하는 교과서의 한계로 인하여 보다 개선된 수학 스토리텔링이 필요함을 지적하였다. 초등수학교육에서 의미있는 스토리텔링의 적용 방안으로 스토리의 구성 및 흥미와 수학개념 이해를 위한 구성이 조화를 이루어야 함을 제안하였다. 또한 지속적인 연구로 스토리텔링에서 학생들에게 보다 세련된 스토리로 제시할 것과 대안적인 수학 스토리텔링으로 디지털스토리텔링 등을 제안하였다.

기혼여성의 피임행위에 관한 설명모형 (A Structural Equation Model Explaining Contraception Behaviors of Married Korean Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and test the structural model of a contraceptive behavior in Married Korean women. A hypothesis model was constructed on the basis of the health belief model, the theory of planned behavior and extensive literature review of contraception. The model was built by seven constructs. Four exogeneous variables included in the model were consisted of the contraceptive knowledges, the perceived threats, the sexual autonomy and the communication within a couple. Four endogenous variables were consisted of the attitudes toward contraception, the perceived control, the ability to plan a intercourse and the contraceptive behaviors. Empirical data for testing the hypothetical model were collected by the self report questionnaires from 243 Korean married women. The questionnaires used in this study were developed by this researcher and their Cronbach's alpha scores were ranged from .60 to .88. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program(ver. 8.0) for descriptive statistical analysis and LISREL program(ver. 8.12a) for covariance structural analysis. On the basis of this results, it could be suggested that contraceptive behaviors be greatly affected by the perceived threats, the communications within couple, the attitudes toward contraception and the perceived control. Finally this model would be useful for the practice, theory and research of nursing.
