From a practical viewpoint, the topic of electrical stability in oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) has attracted strong interest from researchers. Positive bias stress and constant current stress tests on indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (IGZO)-TFTs have revealed that an IGZO-TFT with a larger Ga portion has stronger stability, which is closely related with the strong binding of O atoms, as determined from an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis.

While research projects and reports on values in mathematics education increased in the international community over the years, little has been known about the topic and research findings in South Korea. The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends of value research in mathematics education focused on the "mathematical values" and "mathematics educational values" as defined by Bishop (1996) through a systematic review of the literature. A total of 66 research papers related to value research were analyzed in terms of the following four areas: research period, projects, target research population, and research method. The results of this study showed that the value research that was carried out was project-driven. There was an increase in both the number of papers published and countries that were studied, which encouraged the continuous expansion of the field. Furthermore, the topic of mathematics educational values was studied more than mathematical values. It was also observed that the survey method, among others, was frequently used to explore mathematics educational values of middle school teachers. Finally, research methods related to the measurement of value were gradually refined over time. Based on these results, this paper describes implications to conduct and advance value research in South Korea in various aspects, including in the field of mathematics education.

To understand the research trends of English education in Korea for the last 20 years from 2000 to 2019, 12 major academic journals in Korea in the field of English education were selected, and bibliographic information of 7,329 articles published in these journals were collected and analyzed. The total number of articles increased from the 2000s to the first half of the 2010s, but decreased somewhat in the late 2010s and the number of publications by journal has become similar. These results show that the overall influence of English education journals has decreased and then leveled in terms of quantity. Next, 34 topics were extracted by applying latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic modeling using the English abstract of the articles. Teacher, word, culture/media, and grammar appeared as topics that were highly studied. Topics such as word, vocabulary, and testing and evaluation appeared through unique keywords, and various topics related to learner factors emerged, becoming topics of interest in English education research. Then, topics were analyzed to determine which ones were rising or falling in frequency. As a result of this analysis, qualitative research, vocabulary, learner factor, and testing were found to be rising topics, while falling topics included CALL, language, teaching, and grammar. This change in research topics shows that research interests in the field of English education are shifting from static research topics to data-driven and dynamic research topics.

Computational techniques for topic classification can support qualitative research by automatically applying labels in preparation for qualitative analyses. This paper presents an evaluation of supervised learning techniques applied to one such use case, namely, that of labeling emotions, instructions and information in suicide notes. We train a collection of one-versus-all binary support vector machine classifiers, using cost-sensitive learning to deal with class imbalance. The features investigated range from a simple bag-of-words and n-grams over stems, to information drawn from syntactic dependency analysis and WordNet synonym sets. The experimental results are complemented by an analysis of systematic errors in both the output of our system and the gold-standard annotations.

With the development of web, amount of information are generated in social web. Then many researchers are focused on the extracting and analyzing social issues from various social data. The proposed approach performed gathering the science data and analyzing with LDA algorithm. It generated the clusters which represent the social topics related to 'health'. As a result, we could deduce the relationship between science data and social issues.

Cesium and strontium are two important fission products and the removal/speciation of these two cations with several inorganic/bio-materials is an interesting topic to discuss. It is to be noted that inorganic materials are found to be fairly effective and efficient in the removal/speciation of these cations. Moreover, these solids are to be found promising as they show fairly good radiation and temperature stability. Hence, they play an important role in the radioactive waste management studies. However, various studies reveal that in addition to inorganic materials various biosorbents can also be employed in the removal/speciation of these ions. But the radiation and temperature stability of these bio-sorbents and dead biomasses are still the topic lying among the researchers to be investigated.

Since its first appearance in the late 1970s and early 1980s, executive information system (EIS) has been reported to improve executives' productivity in line with the rapid growth of the EIS market. In this paper, we aim to provide both researchers and practitioners with a comprehensive bibliography on EIS. this bibliography consists of papers which were extracted from (1) INSPECT commercial database service, (2) previous surveys in books and journals, and (3) major conference proceedings. A total of 227 papers, published between 1983 and 1992, were identified and categorized by topic, and journal or conference. The major findings indicate that EIS has been widely used in both profit oriented organizations and non-profit oriented organizations and that the nature of system has been the most active topic among the researchers and practitioners. However, the survey suggests that further research should be focused on development and implementation methodologies of EIS, especially requirement analysis and EIS planning.

The purposes of this research were to investigate the conditions of family life education and to develop an effective program for single-mother families. to study these objectives, two kinds of questionnaire were used and the data were obtained through 60 officials and 173 single mothers. the most frequently educated topic by organizations was counseling and mental hygiene. Family relationships and women's activity were following important topics, but family relationships was most needed topic by officials and single mothers. Concurrent education type for mother and children was more preferred and its appraisal was relatively high. for effectiveness in education, single mothers and officials both demanded more practical and easy understandable contents. According to above results, the concurrent-type program for strong mother-children relationships that emphasized communication skills, psychological strategies, and the importance of social support system was proposed.

제품개발과정에서 생성된 제품정보모델은 시간에 따라 계속 변하고 미확정적인 정보가 포함된 UDM(Under Defined Model)이다. 정보모델에서 관점(viewpoint)은 UDM을 표현하고 관리하는 중요한 요소이다. 토픽맵(Topic Map) 이용한 정보모델은 관점의 표현이 용이하며, 관점에 따라 인간이 정보를 이해하고 조작하는 것을 돕는다. 그러나 토픽맵은 제품개발과정의 정보모델과 같은 UDM의 표현은 가능하나, 적합하지는 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 토픽맵이 UDM에 적합하도록 토픽맵의 문법을 확장하였다. 그리고 UDM으로부터 전자상거래에 적용 가능만 FDM(Fully Defined Model)으로 변화하는 과정에 대하여 논하였다. 관점이 적용된 UDM으로는 제품을 개발하는 과정 중에 생성되는 제품 모델을 적용하였으며, 대량생산이 된 이후의 제품 모델이나 제품개발단계에서 결정이 이루어진 후의 제품모델을 FDM 또는 UDM보다 모델의 의미가 보다 확정적인 확정적UDM을 사용하였다. 그리고 세탁기의 제품정보모델을 구현 예로 사용하여, UDM이 FDM 또는 확정적UDM으로 변화하는 과정을 설명하였다.

As volume of international trade is growing importance for service business and service trade are also increasing. Increasing importance of service trade in Korea is also a reflection of such international trading. In this treatise this writer did not address various topics in relation to international trade arising from service trade. But confined the topic to study of concept of service and concept and patterns of service trade. Depending on scholars concept of service may be varied and this holds true also with concept of service trade which also lends itself to various classification. Among them if the focus is concentrated to tax standard in international trade then it can be classified into service transaction. In other words classification can be made according to service trade separated from commodities transaction with embodiment of service and service trade accompanying commodities transaction. In this treatise this writer confined the topic to introduction of international service trade but issues arising in relation to such trade internationally are varied. For this reason more study on such topics will be required in future.
