국가적 학술정보공동활용의 활성화를 위한 대학도서관의 주제별 특성화 정책에 관한 연구 (A Policy Study on Subject-oriented Specialization of University Libraries to Facilitate Sharing of National Academic Information Resources)

  • 대학도서관 자료의 전문화, 세분화된 학술정보자료의 공동수집 및 공동이용은 대학 내 연구의 활성화와 대학간 다양화, 특성화, 지역화를 추진하게 할 것이다. 이것은 국가 및 대학 차원에서 대학도서관의 특성화, 차별화 정책을 기반으로 할 때 가능할 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 주제별 특성화를 기반으로 한 국가적 학술정보공동활용체계를 제안했으며, 구체적으로 두 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째 한국교육학술정보원을 중심으로 형성된 협력망을 이용하는 방법과 둘째. 주제 또는 지역별로 형성된 각종 협의회를 중심으로 주제별 특성화를 유도하고 이를 활용하는 방법이다.

User Information Collection of Weibo Network Public Opinion under Python

  • Although the network environment is gradually improving, the virtual nature of the network is still the same fact, which has brought a great influence on the supervision of Weibo network public opinion dissemination. In order to reduce this influence, the user information of Weibo network public opinion dissemination is studied by using Python technology. Specifically, the 2019 "Ethiopian air crash" event was taken as the research subject, the relevant data were collected by using Python technology, and the data from March 10, 2019 to June 20, 2019 were constructed by using the implicit Dirichlet distribution topic model and the naive Bayes classifier. The Weibo network public opinion user identity graph model under the "Ethiopian air crash" on June 20 found that the public opinion users of ordinary netizens accounted for the highest proportion and were easily influenced by media public opinion users. This influence is not limited to ordinary netizens. Public opinion users have an influence on other types of public opinion users. That is to say, in the network public opinion space of the "Ethiopian air crash," media public opinion users play an important role in the dissemination of network public opinion information. This research can lay a foundation for the classification and identification of user identity information types under different public opinion life cycles. Future research can start from the supervision of public opinion and the type of user identity to improve the scientific management and control of user information dissemination through Weibo network public opinion.

주체, 구조, 담론, 그리고 수학 학습 (Subject, Structure, Discourse, and the Learning of Mathematics)

  • 인식의 주체와 대상만을 고려하는 인식론은 그들을 둘러싸고 있는 사회의 역할에 대해 만족할 만한 설명을 주지 못한다. 이 논문에서는 인식의 주체를 가능하게 하는 언어적, 사회적 조건을 논의하는 구조주의와 기호학적 인식론의 철학적 기초를, 주체, 구조, 담론이라는 세 가지의 키워드를 중심으로 하여 분석한다. 기호의 의미란 인식의 대상으로부터 비롯되거나 주체가 스스로 구성하는 것이 아니라 기호들의 망 속에서 기호들 사이의 관계에 의한 의미작용으로부터 주어지는 것이다. 그 구조는 주체 이전에 존재하는 것이며, 오히려 그러한 구조적 질서 안으로 들어감으로써 주체는 형성된다. 수학 학습을 이해하고 분석하는 경우에도 이러한 관점은 주체에 의한 지식의 구성 이외의 다른 많은 논점들을 생각하게 하는 출발점이 된다.

도서관 네트워크의 구조적 분석 (A STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF INTER-LIBRARY NETWORKS: A REGIONAL ILL NETWORK IN THE WESTERN NEW YORK 3Rs REGION)

  • This study is a structural analysis of a multi-type and multi-level library network within the framework of a regional interlibrary loan (ILL) system. The study monitored to information network structure for resource sharing of academic and research library materials transmitted through the ILL. The local flow of academic and research information was measured by a survey of the filled ILL transactions by individual libraries in the Western 3Rs region. The major findings were as follows: 1) the regional ILL network showed less than half of participation of the total subject libraries, 2) existing structure surveyed was identified as a composite centralized network with three communication groups, 3) depending on the types of materials transacted, the structure were changed, 4) statewide and multi-state library cooperatives had direct interactions with some of the local libraries, 5) individual libraries participated in the ILL network more for periodicals than book materials, 6) academic libraries throughout the total six structure analyzed showed the highest percentage of participation.

Optimal Resource Allocation for Fleet Availability Management in Closed Queueing Network

  • Interactions of major activities participating in fleet operations are investigated in the framework of a closed queueing network system with finite aircrafts assigned to it. An implementable algorithm is developed, which is useful for computing the distributions needed to evaluate the effects of the interactions on the fleet operations. The availability management program is focused on seeking an optimal resource allocation to multiple repair-shops to maximize the fleet availability subject to the budget constraint.

  • To have a complete and comprehensive understanding of the research subject and to form an integrated legal framework for it, I have sought comprehensively to cover the major written literature on the issue under consideration. I also benefitted from a wide range of research and academic studies pertaining to the same topic, although that literature did not specifically address the issue of consumer rights in electronic contracting in the Saudi e-commerce system. Rather, it addressed only the civil and criminal protection of the consumer in e-commerce.

Systems Biology - A Pivotal Research Methodology for Understanding the Mechanisms of Traditional Medicine

  • Objectives: Systems biology is a novel subject in the field of life science that aims at a systems' level understanding of biological systems. Because of the significant progress in high-throughput technologies and molecular biology, systems biology occupies an important place in research during the post-genome era. Methods: The characteristics of systems biology and its applicability to traditional medicine research have been discussed from three points of view: data and databases, network analysis and inference, and modeling and systems prediction. Results: The existing databases are mostly associated with medicinal herbs and their activities, but new databases reflecting clinical situations and platforms to extract, visualize and analyze data easily need to be constructed. Network pharmacology is a key element of systems biology, so addressing the multi-component, multi-target aspect of pharmacology is important. Studies of network pharmacology highlight the drug target network and network target. Mathematical modeling and simulation are just in their infancy, but mathematical modeling of dynamic biological processes is a central aspect of systems biology. Computational simulations allow structured systems and their functional properties to be understood and the effects of herbal medicines in clinical situations to be predicted. Conclusion: Systems biology based on a holistic approach is a pivotal research methodology for understanding the mechanisms of traditional medicine. If systems biology is to be incorporated into traditional medicine, computational technologies and holistic insights need to be integrated.

기록관리학 분야 국내 학술지의 연구동향에 관한 연구: 「한국기록관리학회」와 「기록학연구」를 중심으로 (A Study on the Research Trends of Archives Management in Korea: Focused on the Journal of Records Management & Archives Society of Korea and The Korean Journal of Archival Studies)

  • 기록관리학은 전통적인 기록학과 문서관리, 디지털 데이터의 처리에 이르기까지 복합학적인 학문으로 재정립 하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기록관리학 대표 학술지인 "한국기록관리학회지"와 "기록학연구"에 2000년부터 2015년까지 게재된 681편의 논문을 조사하여 기록관리 분야의 학제성과 주제 변화 추이에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 두 학술지에 발표된 모든 논문으로부터 저자의 소속기관, 직업, 학문분야, 공저자, 그리고 주제 분야를 추출하였다. 분석방법으로 빈도분석과 네트워크 분석을 사용하였다. 분석 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두 학회지는 연구자 배경(소속 기관, 직업, 학문문야)에서 분명한 차이를 보인다. 둘째, 공동연구는 점차 증가하는 추세이며, 대학이 중심이 되어 연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 각 학회지별 주제 변화 추이를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 각 기관별로 중심이 되는 주제 영역에 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

개인차 보상을 고려한 팔운동감의 정량화 방법 (Quantification Method of Kinesthetic Sense of Arm with Compensation for Individual Difference)

  • The human sensibility caused by the motion of an object grasped by a human operator is defined as kinesthetic sense of arm. Due to nonlinearity and ambiguity of human sense, there is no absolute standard for quantification of kinesthetic sense. In this research, a so-called 2-dimensional arm motion generator is developed to present various mechanical impedance (i.e., stiffness or damping) characteristics to a human arm. The kinesthetic words representing arm kinesthetic sense are selected and then the subject's satisfaction levels on these words for given impedance values are measured and processed by the SD method and factor analysis. In addition, the quantification method using neural network is proposed to take into account the individual difference between the mean sensibility and each subject's sensibility. Through this proposed algorithm, the sensibility of human motion described qualitatively can be converted into engineering data ensuring objectivity, reproducibility, and universality.
