이 논문은 기록관리법의 개정과 관련하여, 우리나라 기록관리의 현황에서 개선되어야 할 방안을 크게 세 가지로 구분하여 논술하였다. 그 세 가지 사항은 바로 1)중앙기록물관리기관으로서의 <국가기록원(National Archives & Records Service of Korea)>의 위상 문제, 2)기록관리 전문인력의 제도 및 양성 문제, 3)기록박물전시관의 설치 문제이다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재의 <국가기록원>은 국가 중앙기록물관리기관으로서, 행정자치부 내에서 최소한 차관급 이상의 청(廳) 단위인 <국가기록청>으로 그 위상이 반드시 승격되어야 함을 주장하였다. 둘째, 기록관리법에서 현재 '기록관리학 석사학위 이상 등'으로 규정된 학력제한 사항을 '기록관리학 학사학위 이상 등'으로 하향조정하여, 기록관리 전문인력의 저변확대를 꾀하여야 한다. 그리고 기록관리 전문인력의 공무원 채용을 위하여 '연구직종/기록관리직군'을 신설하거나, 현재의 '학예직' 및 '사서직' 및 '기록관리직'을 통합하여 새로운 '기록문화직군'을 독립직군으로 신설하는 방안도 검토되어야 함을 주장하였다. 셋째, 각 지방자치단체 기록관 사업에서는 각 지방자치단체 특유의 전통문화와 기록유산을 계승 발전시키는 것이 최우선 과제로 선정되어야 가장 중요한 사명이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 향후 개정될 기록관리법에는, 현행 기록관리법에 명시되지 못한 각 지방자치단체에 <기록관>의 설립을 의무화함과 동시에, 이 기록관 내에 이른바 <기록박물전시관>의 설치를 의무화하도록 제안하였다. 또한 해당 지방자치단체에서만 독특하게 형성된 유구한 문화와 역사를 그 지방자치단체의 기록관에서 특성화시킴으로써, 여타 지자체의 기록관과는 차별화하는 것이 매우 중요하기 때문에, 각 지자체별로 특성화된 기록관의 명칭을 부여하는 방안도 아울러 제시하였다.

We report two new records Korean marine bivalves. The new record species are Siliqua albida (Adams & Reeve, 1850) and Macoma (Macoma) middendorffi Dall, 1884. As a result, the family Pharidae in Korea turned out to be 8 species of 4 genera and Tellinidae are 37 species of 15 genera.

The study introduces the genus Mycobilimbia, from South Korea. M. philippina is reported here as being new to the country. Characteristic features of the species are crustose thallus, globose apothecia, K-proper exciple and hypothecium, Biatora-type asci, 3-septate fusiform ascospores, and a lack of secondary compounds.

We report three new records Korean marine gastropods. The new record species are Hipponix acuta, Lyncina (Ponda) carneola, and Velutina (Velutella) plicatilis cryptospira. As a result, the family Hipponicidae in Korea turned out to be 5 species of 4 genera, Cypraeidae are 14 species of 8 genera, and Velutinidae are 7 species of 3 genera, respectively.

A pagurid hermit crab Catapaguroides fragilis was collected in Jeju Island, and described as new to the Korean fauna. It is the first member of the genus Catapaguroides known from Korea. Morphological descriptions of C. fragilis are presented with illustrations.

Three Ovulid species collected from Jeju Island were identified as Habuprionovolva aenigma (Azuma & Cate, 1971), Habuprionovolva basilia (Cate, 1978) and Diminovula kosugei (Cate, 1973). This is the first record from the Korean waters, providing a description of the species with illustration for the shell morphology.

This study intends to analyze the projection factors' difference on each record of women's javelin throwing. For this purpose, the research analyzed the best record and the lowest one of athletes in top 1~7 ranks respectively, who participated in 2009 Daegu Pre-Championship Meeting. For analyze kinematic factors, we analyzed their game photos mainly shot by 3 cameras installed in side places. The used analysis program was Kwon3D 3.1. Analysis variables were the projection velocity, angle, height, trunk lean angle, and supporting leg's knee angle. The results concluded as follows: Different record showed statistically significant differences(p<.05) in terms of horizontal velocity and resultant velocity. There were no statistically significant differences in the variables of projection angle, its height, trunk lean angle and knee angle of support leg. But for the analyzed results to each individual characteristics, the horizontal velocity, projection height, knee angle of support leg and trunk lean angle of release event appeared to have influence on record.

농업경영기록은 체계적인 경영 분석을 위한 출발점이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현실에서는 다양한 요인들로 인해 농가에서 농업경영기록이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그 결과 경영 실태의 파악이 어려우며, 이를 기초로 경영진단과 장래의 경영 계획 또한 어렵게 된다. 경영 기록의 중요성이 이와 같이 명백한 반면 학계에서의 관련 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 그러므로 경영기록과 관련된 현재 농업인의 실태를 파악하고, 기록 관련 실태에 영향을 미치는 농업인의 특성을 규명하는 것은 매우 시급한 과제이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 개별 농업인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 농업경영 기록 실태를 파악하였으며, 빈도분석, 교차분석, 로짓(Logit) 분석, 순위프로빗(Ordered Probit) 분석 등 통계적 분석을 이용하여 기록 실태와 이에 영향을 미치는 농업인의 특성간의 관계를 규명하였다. 분석 결과 다수의 농업인들이 경영기록의 필요성을 느끼고 있으나 회계 지식이 다소부족하고 적절한 기록 매체가 부족하여 농업경영기록이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있었으며, 관련 교육 또한 매우 부족하였다. 따라서 농업인들이 사용하기 쉬운 농업경영기록장을 개발하고 농업경영에 대한 적절한 교육이 시행될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 농업경영기록의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

A total of six specimens (57.03-100.72 mm in standard length) belonging to the family Diodontidae were collected around Jeju Island, Korea between July and August 2013. On the Basis of morphological and molecular analyses, we identified the specimens as Cyclichthys orbicularis (Bloch, 1785), a new record to the Korean fish fauna. Morphologically, the species is characterized by nine caudal fin rays, immovable spines on the head and body except the caudal peduncle, and small black spots dorsally. Some morphometric characters changed disproportionately with growth, which was a new finding. Caudal peduncle length, body width and preanus length to standard length tend to grow at a rate different from that of overall growth. When the 601 base pairs of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit I sequences of our specimens were compared with those of other diodontid fishes, our specimens clustered tightly around C. orbicularis (d = 0.000-0.002) in an NJ tree, with a high bootstrap value (99%). We herein describe the morphological and molecular traits of the specimens, and propose a new Korean name, "gud-ga-si-bok-sok" for the genus Cyclichthys, and "dung-geun-gud-ga-si-bok" for C. orbicularis.
