최근 기록학계의 화두는 '패러다임 변화'라 할 만 하다. 따라서 본 연구는 기록학 패러다임 변화와 관련하여 '사회적 기억' 기록화 개념을 통해 구술기록과 기록학의 적연성있는 관계설정을 이루고자 한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 구술기록의 특성을 반영한 기록학적 구술기록 관리의 주체로서의 아키비스트의 적극적 역할론을 뒷받침할 것이다. 특히 기존 연구를 통해 이미 다뤄진 내용이라 할지라도 나름의 관점을 적용하여 새로운 의미를 도출하는데 초점을 맞출 것이다. 본 연구의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, '사회적 기억' 기록화 개념을 설정하여 논의하고자 한다. 이는 최근 기록학계의 '패러다임 변화'라는 화두와 관련 된다. 주로 국외 기록학자들 사이에서 활발히 이루어졌음에도 국내에서는 아직 본격적으로 다루어지지 않았기에 본 연구에서는 이 부분을 정리하는 것을 세부 목표로 할 것이다. 둘째, 기록관리의 제 단계 중 특히 수집 및 기획 단계에 초점을 맞추어 논지를 전개한다. 기록학적 관점은 생산 시점 이전 기록의 수집 및 기획 단계에서 시작하여 그 이후 단계를 통합적으로 인식하기 위하여 반드시 반영되어야 한다. 따라서 가장 중요한 것은 수집 및 기획단계이며, 이는 생산이 곧 수집을 의미하는 구술기록의 특성과도 밀접하게 연관된다. 셋째, 기록학적 관점에서 '구술기록'의 개념의 설정이다. 많은 구술사 연구자들에게 '구술자료'라고 통칭되는 구술면담을 통해 생산된 각종 자료들을 기록학적 관점에서 '구술기록'으로서 개념화한다. 넷째, 기록학에서 왜 구술사를 다루어야 하는지에 대한 의미 설정이다. 기록학에서 구술사를 다루는 목적과 그 당위성을 학문적으로 정당화시킬 필요가 있다. 왜 기록학에서 구술사가 중요한 것인지, 그것이 어떤 의미가 있는지 스스로 명확히 해야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 '구술기록'의 기록화는 어떤 의미를 지니는가에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 기록화를 통하여 구술기록은 그 자체의 특성을 효과적으로 드러낼 수 있으며 궁극적으로 구술사와 구술기록의 가치를 재조명할 수 있음을 말하고자 하는 것이다. 마지막으로 구술사에서 아키비스트의 역할을 정립하는 것이다. 구술사에서 아키비스트는 단지 연구자들이 수집해온 구술기록을 정리하고 보관하는 보조자가 아니라는 점을 강조하고 설득할 것이다. 본 연구에서 다루는 위와 같은 이론적 논의를 통해 당위성을 얻은 기록학계에서의 구술사 연구는 단순히 기록학에서 구술사를 점유하겠다는 것이 아닌 다른 학문과의 연계 속에서 한국 구술사 연구의 도약이라는 방향에서 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이것이 가능하다면, 기록학계의 발전과 연구범위의 확장, 그리고 아키비스트의 역할 신장과 가능성 제고에 기여할 것이며 동시에 구술사 연구에 궁극적으로 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이다.

Objectives : This article aims to describe the development of smartphone application for the case management of patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Gwangju Bukgu-Community Mental Health Center developed and launched a smartphone application (HYM) for cognitive-behavioral case management and symptom monitoring. The development of the application involved psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and software technicians from a software development company (Goosl Corp.). Results : The HYM application for clients includes six main modules including Thought record, Symptom record, Daily life record, Official notices, Communication, and Scales. The key module is the 'Thought Record' for self-directed cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT). When the client writes and sends the self-CBT sheet to the case manager, the latter receives a notification and can provide feedback in real time. 'Communication' and 'Official notices' are useful for promoting communication between case managers and clients with schizophrenia. Ratings in 'Symptom record', 'Daily life record', and 'Scales' modules are stored in graphic or table form representing changes in them and shared with case managers. Conclusion : The interactive function of this application is the key characteristics that distinguishes it from other mobile self-treatment tools. This smartphone application may contribute to the development of a youth- and customer-friendly case management system for individuals with early psychosis.

Bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops sp.) commonly inhabit Korean waters, including the coastal waters of Jeju Island. However, their taxonomic position was unclear because of the validity of this genus. The genus Tursiops has recently been determined to comprise two species: the common bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) and the Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops aduncus). To confirm the taxonomic position of bottlenose dolphins frequenting the coastal waters of Jeju Island, the external morphology and osteology of specimens from Jeju Island were examined. Photographs of free-swimming individuals were also used for determining external morphological characters. The cranial and meristic measurements fell within the ranges of T. aduncus. Osteological ratios were also consistent with those of T. aduncus. The presence of a prominent ventral spot was observed among some individuals. As a result, the dolphins mainly distributed in the coastal waters of Jeju Island were identified as Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins (T. aduncus) in terms of their cranial characters and ventral spotting. We propose a new Korean name, 'Nambang-keun-dol-go-rae'.

The accurate national trade statistics can show the real nation's trade situation, and contribute to setting up the national's trade plans and corporate's strategies. This study researches the differences between trade statistics and actual trade record among the national and international statistics and suggests improvement plans to solve the problems. There are 4 types' differences among the trade statistics as follows; First, a statistical differences between Korea Customs Service and Bank of Korea by yearly US$9.6billions because of standard and boundary of trade statistics. Second, a statistical differences between Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Korea Customs Service because of the time and purpose of trade statistics release. Third, a statistical differences between Korea and counterpart countries because of standard of trade statistics, intermediate countries and rules of origin. Lastly, a statistical differences between nation's statistics and corporate record because of typing errors and indirect export record. The fundamental improvement plans are Korea statistics rules like Korea Foreign Trade Rules and Korea Custom Rules, need to coincide with the international rules like IMTS, MSITS, BPM6 etc. Especially the rules of statistics related to intermediary trade, processing trade and transit trade have to revise with new BPM6 rules. In addition, a reasonable care of trade statistics from accumulation to utilization of trade information is more important than statistical regulation or system, so all persons concerned including exporters, importers, government official pay attention the statistics and cooperate together.

The purpose of this research which was conducted by surveying the transfer consultation records from 360 medical institutions such as general hospitals, hospitals, clinics to the Emergency Medical Center at E University Hospital for six months(Jan. 1, 2000 - Jun. 30, 2000) are to standardize & complete transfer consultation record of hospitals at the 1st & 2nd referral level and to give patients transferred emergency medical center medical information services on a better quality. The conclusions and suggestions from this study were summarized as follows; (1) Examing the distribution of the referral medical consultation(transfer) sheet type, surgery part local clinic sheet types were 34.4%, medical part local clinic sheet types were 26.7%, undifferentiated local clinic sheet types were 23.9% and hospital level sheet types were 15.0%. (2) The items of the transfer consultation records had been standardized more than 75% in the order of patient's name, date, doctor's name, diagnosis, patient's status, impressions. (3) That the degree of recording completion on these items is in the order of patient's name, date, diagnosis, impressions was revealed. (4) Because the standardization and the degree of recording completion are very low in the patient's gender, age, address, electronic recording system was needed for more perfect input of initial patient informations. (5) This standardizing & complete recording on examination and medication will prevent re-examination and abuse of medication for patients transferred emergency medical center. (6) EMT Transfer System should be fixed in all medical institute for the standardizing & complete recording on care period and departure time will give many emergency patients the proper treatments at the proper time. (7) It was revealed that developing new standardized transfer consultation record & using electronic recording system are needed. (8) The complete recording & Fast Track System were needed for higher rate of bed operation at emergency medical center and more hospital profit.

활용 가치가 높은 아트 아카이브즈의 구축을 위해서는 무엇보다 작품의 생산자인 시각예술 작가의 기록관리가 선행되어야 한다. 시각예술 작가 개인의 기록이 정리가 된 후 하나의 작가 컬렉션이 완성이 되어 그 결과가 모이면 장르, 시기가 다양한 작가 아카이브즈는 물론 아트 아카이브즈의 기본이 되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 기록관리의 대상인 작가 개개인의 예술적 특성을 반영한 관리 방법론을 통해, 작가의 기록물을 효과적으로 수집하기 위한 수집전략과 작가의 기록이 문화자원으로서 활용의 가치가 있도록 기록을 관리하는 것을 목적으로 시각예술 작가의 기록물 및 기록정보 관리 방안을 제시했다. 또한 체계적으로 관리된 작가의 기록물 및 기록정보를 바탕으로 다양한 문화자원으로 활용함으로써 시각예술 작가 기록의 가치와 중요성에 대한 인식의 확장을 위한 연구도 포함했다.

드론 범죄가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서 드론에 대한 사고 예방 및 대응을 위한 드론 포렌식 연구가 매우 중요해지고 있다. 불법적인 범죄 행위를 수사하기 위해서는 드론 내부 저장소에 생성되는 비행기록 파일에 대한 포렌식 분석이 필수적이다. 하지만 독점 DUML 프로토콜로 생성되는 비행기록 파일을 분석하기 위해서는 프로토콜의 구조와 특징에 대한 개념이 반드시 필요하며 암호화되는 Payload에 대응하고 다양한 드론 모델에 대한 분석이 가능한 포렌식 분석 도구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 먼저 드론에서 생성되는 비행기록 파일의 획득 방법과 특징을 제시하고 비행기록 파일을 이루고 있는 구조와 DUML 패킷의 특징을 설명한다. 최종적으로 제시한 DUML 패킷의 구조에 따른 포렌식 분석을 수행하고 기존 도구보다 범용적으로 동작하며 확장된 구문 분석을 수행하는 확장 포렌식 분석 시스템을 제안한다.

물푸레나무과의 Jasminum albicalyx Kobuski 를 베트남의 미기록종으로 보고한다. 본 종은 형태적으로 J. pedunculatum Gagnep.과 유사하지만 잎과 꽃의 형질에서 유사종과 비교할 때 측맥의 수가 적고 잎의 배면 엽맥에 돌출된 충낭(domatium)들이 있으며, 포의 크기가 작고, 흰색인 악열편의 수가 많으며, 화관열편의 수는 적은 점이 다르다. 형태학적 기재, 도해, 그리고 원색사진과 아울러 본종과 유사한 베트남의 Jasminum 속 식물의 검색표을 제시하였다.
