  • Test track of the Advanced EMU system will be developed and organically combined with technologies of power supply system, signal communication system and track structure. The purpose of the test track is a acquirement of reliability and stability through a sufficient performance test.   • 본 논문에서는 전력망 연계형 마이크로그리드의 분산에너지자원을 위한 에너지관리시스템의 구조에 대해 서술한다. 전력망 연계형 마이크로그리드의 분산에너지자원 에너지관리시스템은 분산에너지자원들의 상태나 시간대별 차등요금제와 같은 마이크로그리드 내외의 각종 정보들을 다양한 프로토콜들을 통해 수집한다. 에너지관리시스템은 수집한 정보들을 바탕으로 예측과 최적화 계산을 수행하고, 전기요금 절감이라는 마이크로그리드 최적운영 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 분산에너지자원들의 운전 스케줄을 도출한다. 최적운영 달성을 위하여 에너지관리시스템은 내부적으로 효과적 스케줄 도출을 위한 알고리즘을 포함하고 있어야하며, 도출한 스케줄을 외부의 분산에너지자원에 전달할 수 있는 프로토콜을 갖추어야 한다. 예측 과정에서 발생하는 실제와의 오차를 줄이기 위하여 에너지관리시스템은 rolling horizon controller로 작동한다. 도출된 운전 스케줄은 국제표준프로토콜을 통하여 실시간으로 분산에너지자원에 전달되어 마이크로그리드 최적운영을 가능하도록 한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 심지구조 유무에 따른 자동차에 적용된 써모사이폰의 저온 작동영역에서의 성능 특성을 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 작동유체로 물을 사용하는 써모사이폰을 제작하였고, 작동유체의 충진량, 심지 적용 유무, 외기온도 변화 그리고 증발부에 열부량 변화에 따른 성능 특성을 파악하였다, 결과적으로 작동유체의 충진량 40%에서 최적의 열전달 성능을 나타내고, 외기온도 증가에 따라 써모사이폰의 열전달 성능이 증가하였다.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to find that Factors in the practical application of LISMB(Logistics Information System Practice Based) on S.P(Smartphone)' Characters. and take in the whole situation of LISMB on S.P' Characters by this research and it is clear from the findings that LISMB on S.P' Characters situations and distinctiveness. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review and working-level interview The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling, examining the hypothesized relationships and mediating effect. Result : The results of research are as follows, First, LISMB on S.P' Characters has a positive effect on a precariousness of operation management. but That has no effect on a precariousness of general management. Second, Consign management and User non-cooperation has a mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and general management. Third, Old version system, User non-cooperation and Unskilled in equipment new system has a partly mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and operation management. Conclusion : Smart-phon Prevalence rates keeps increasing. Nevertheless, LISMB on S.P' Characters may no be used in Container transportation market. This problem are being blamed for hampering corporate activities and harbor logistics industry development. so we need new way to solve that problem.

  • The railway system consists of many items such as sub-systems, equipments and parts to accomplish the required function. Also the railway system is very complex system that these items are connected with interface among items. According with this complexity, the process of system engineering is applied to the construction of new railway project to manage systematically. In addition, the research about system engineering is progressing in recent. The RAMS management is one part of system engineering, and is to assure the required safety and performance. Also, this RAMS should be managed through system life cycle. This paper show the case study of management of RAMS during construction and operation phase in respect of system life cycle. As a result of this research, the best way of RAMS management based on system engineering in operation phase for railway system is suggested.

  • The main objective of this research is to develop an experimental educational facility management information system that will be used for maintaining existing educational facilities in the elementary, junior high, and high schools. The development is based on the nationwide development plan of the education administration information system. The system developed is accomplished by use of Map-application Information System(MAPIS), an applied commercial software that combines Geographic Information System(GIS) with existing Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) such as Database system, Multimedia methodology, and Internet system. In order to figure out the features to be improved in the system developed, the research interviewed the educational facilities management in the Ministry of Education and P Local Education Authority. The authors suggest the functional improvement of the system based on the interview results.

준설공정관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Dredge Process Management System)

  • Accuracy of dredging processes depends on the types of equipment used, the sediments encountered, whether the work to be performed is new or maintenance dredging, pre- and post-hydrographic surveying and so forth. Among those, position surveying accuracy which is directly determined by the control of the dredge's position and depth surveying accuracy being surveyed at the dredging point during dredging work are important factors. The purpose of this study is to develop 'Dredge Management System'for Grab dredge which is composed of 4 sub-system using LADGPS for dredge position determining system and dredging point determining system, tide gauge system and optical sensor for depth determining system and GIS and ENC for total management system. This system is installed on the grab dredge 'EUNJIN G-18'and applied to anchorage dredging work. at Pohang Harbor. The results revealed that this system is easy to operate, achieves good accuracy with only 45cm unevenness, reduces working period by 22 percent and saves cost 16.6 percent.

  • This study developed a ILPMS (intelligent lightning protection management system) to manage and mend SPD module effectively, intelligence style bonding terminal box for transmitting SPD state data, RTU(remote terminal unit) having wireless transmission facility, so that a man in service can confirm SPD state throughout its leakage current level in a central management system.

  • To effective a watershed management, it is necessary to have one or more quantitative measures that can be used to evaluate the relationship between pollutant sources and their impact on water quality. Such measurable quantities are termed indicators. Once an indicator has been selected, a target value for that indicator must be established that seek to distinguish between the impaired and unimpaired state of the waterbody. Various factors will be considered for the selection of an appropriate watershed management indicator. For example, available data, application, management conditions, cost, etc. This paper lists various factors that should be addressed in choosing a watershed management indicators and investigates applicable indicators during watershed management period.

  • Children's play facilities have changed over a decade from the traditional play facilities in the front yard to the new type of commercial play facilities which install more exciting and enjoyable facilities, such as Kids Park. The more diversified in the type of facilities, the more difficult in the safety management by the existing system. The 'Safety Management System of Children's Play Facilities' of MOSPA(Ministry of Security and Public Administration) has provided the safety information uni-directly by government sector to the private communities. Recently, multi-directional information sharing methods, such as community mapping are adopted actively in the social activities which have common purpose for making the better community by information sharing with government and private sector. On the purpose of citizen's participation for safe play facilities and preventing accidents, this study investigated the status of child accidents and safety standards, especially focused on the children's play facilities. And the way for sharing safety information among the communities with the GIS mapping skills is suggested in the respect of more easily monitoring and practically inputting the comments on the status of management of play facilities by real users based on their experiences. It is expected that more activities from the private sector would participate to the safety management of children's play facilities by realizing the suggested system.
