At this point, the universities preparing the 21st century, require a great reform in various ways, especially a renovation of the function of the university library that can provide intellectual and information ability in information society is raised as an imminent task. Information technology, particularly the advanced technology in networking, have already constructed networks for university libraries using the information super-highway and it has enabled formation seekers to get the retrieved results transferred to their personal computers in a second. On the other hand, university libraries playing the most important role as an information center are still not corresponding effectively with the information age since it is tied down to the previous system, policy and tradition. The duty of university library is to distribute the accumulated, processed and stored academic information promptly and accurately to professors, researchers and students who are in need, and thereby to enhance their research capability, However, the present university libraries do not seem to be functioning smoothly due to the lack of an effective administrating system, budget, facilities, and human resources, Accordingly, our university libraries are in urgent need to be of a new and futuristic form appropriate for the 21st century. They must be able to cope with the growth of users' expectation in the future. This study examined several university libraries in the America, the structures of which have been reorganized, and also looked into the network(NACSIS) for the college and research libraries in Japan. In particular, the study focused on the following aspects : 1) changing role of university library, 2) new criteria for evaluating university libraries, 3) urgent need of a network for college and research libraries, 4) administrative support for the university libraries, and 5) case studies of the university libraries in the foreign countries. Finally, this study suggests a model for our university library in the 21st century.

Students can successfully connect with one another thanks to the introduction of Web 2.0 and the tools and technology linked with it. The fact that rising digital tools are systematically influencing the education system is not a secret. The purpose of the research article efficiently evaluates the influence of incorporation of media in the activities of the scientific library of the higher education institution. The research Methodology is the Concepts, techniques, and procedures to effectively inculcate primary and secondary data to conduct the research effortlessly. It's worth noting that in this case, quantitative primary research was provided in the form of a survey. The researchers have proposed a survey in order to successfully instil a comprehensive view on the "incorporation of media in the operations of the scientific library of higher education institutions." As a result, fifty-one higher education institution principals were asked to attend this session. This is necessary to understand that they are both well-educated and cognizant of the impact of technology innovation on schooling. As a result, the researchers were able to gain a comprehensive view of this situation thanks to this survey. The results effectively showed that most of the participants believe that social media plays a vital role in shaping up higher education and at the same time they believe that the libraries of famous educational institutions must adapt as per the new educational trend so that teachers and students both can tap into its benefit.The practical significance of the result is manoeuvred by the efficient survey analysis and at the same time, peer-reviewed journals have been employed to put forward authentic information. Therefore, efficient insight regarding this topic has been gathered by the researchers.

지식관리 프로세스에서 지식공유는 지식의 생성 및 분배에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 특히, 지식기반 정보기술 환경이 트위터와 같은 소셜미디어 정보서비스 등의 라이브러리 2.0 서비스를 중심으로 지식유통이 활성화되고 있다. 지식공유의 영향 요소에 사회연결망 구조 및 특징에 대한 네트워크의 관계 요소가 조직의 지식공유 활성화를 위한 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 자기조직화를 통해 유기체와 같이 성장하고 있는 조직 내부의 사회연결망의 구조 및 특성을 사회연결망 분석도구와 다중회귀분석을 통해 1) 사회연결망의 연결구조와 지식공유와의 관계, 2) 구조적 공백과 중심성의 지식공유 영향도, 3) 개인적인 능력, 정보기술 및 업무 인식과 지식공유 관계를 분석하였다.

Multilayer neural network using a modified beackpropagation learning algorithm was introduced to achieve automatic identification of different types of aircraft in a variety of 3-D orientations. A 3-D shape of an aircraft can be described by a library of 2-D images corresponding to the projected views of an aircraft. From each 2-D binary aircraft image we extracted 2-D invariant (L, Φ) feature vector to be used for training neural network aircraft classifier. Simulations concerning the neural network classification rate was compared using nearest-neighbor classfier (NNC) which has been widely served as a performance benchmark. And we also introduced reliability measure of the designed neural network classifier.

본 연구는 최근 15년간의 연구데이터 관련 연구 현황을 파악하기 위하여 2010년부터 2024년까지의 연구데이터 학술논문의 연구 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 목적을 달성하고자 Scopus DB에 게재된 학술논문 14,921편을 대상으로 키워드 빈도 분석 및 네트워크 중심성 분석을 수행하였다. 학술지 게재 시기에 따라 1기(2010-2014년), 2기(2015-2019년), 3기(2020-2024년)로 구분하여 UCINET을 활용한 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행한 결과, 시기에 상관없이 연구되는 주요 키워드와 기간별로 주목받는 키워드, 시간이 지나면서 관심이 줄어드는 키워드를 도출하였다. 최근 15년간 연구데이터 관련 연구가 가장 활발히 이루어진 주제는 데이터 공유인 것으로 확인되었으며, 연결 중심성이 높은 키워드들이 대부분 매개 중심성 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국내 연구데이터 분야의 연구 방향성을 제시하는 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we designed a software library that produces integrated Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) / Inertial Navigation System (INS) navigation information using the raw measurements provided by the GNSS chipset, gyroscope, accelerometer and magnetometer embedded in android smartphone. Loosely coupled integration method was used to derive information of GNSS /INS integrated navigation. An application built in the designed library was developed and installed on the android smartphone. And we conducted field experiments. GNSS navigation messages were collected in the Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Service (RTCM 3.0) format by the Network Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol (NTRIP). As a result of experiments, it was confirmed that design requirements were satisfied by deriving navigation such as three-dimensional position and speed, course over ground (COG), speed over ground (SOG), heading and protection level (PL) using the designed library. In addition, the results of this experiment are expected to be applicable to maritime navigation applications using smart device.

본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 대학도서관 정보망 환경상에서 구현될 정보시스템의 이론적인 틀을 구성한 다음 정보시스템 모형의 일부 기능을 멀티미디어 저작 도구를 가지고 실제 구현해 보았다. 시스템 모형은 JANUS Virtual Library, The Book House등과 같은 실제 시스템들을 기초로하여 구성하였고 시스템 구현에 사용된 지식베이스는 참고사서들과의 면담을 통해 얻은 데이터를 이용하여 구축하였다. 구현된 시스템은 참고 전문가시스템, 학술지 브라우징, 멀티미디어 데이타베이스, 온라인 열람목록, 외부 데이타베이스, 이용 안내의 6개의 모듈로 구성된다. 결론에서는 멀티미디어 대학도서관 정보망을 구현하기 위해서 해겨해야 할 문제점들을 제시하였다.

대학도서관 자료의 전문화, 세분화된 학술정보자료의 공동수집 및 공동이용은 대학 내 연구의 활성화와 대학간 다양화, 특성화, 지역화를 추진하게 할 것이다. 이것은 국가 및 대학 차원에서 대학도서관의 특성화, 차별화 정책을 기반으로 할 때 가능할 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 주제별 특성화를 기반으로 한 국가적 학술정보공동활용체계를 제안했으며, 구체적으로 두 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째 한국교육학술정보원을 중심으로 형성된 협력망을 이용하는 방법과 둘째. 주제 또는 지역별로 형성된 각종 협의회를 중심으로 주제별 특성화를 유도하고 이를 활용하는 방법이다.

This study examined changes in citation index scores and rankings of thirty-five chemistry faculty members at Seoul National University using different co-authorship credit allocation models. Using 1,436 Web of Science papers published between 2007 and 2013, we applied the inflated, fractional, harmonic, network-based allocation, and harmonic+ models to calculate faculty's h-, R-, and normalization of h- and R- index scores and rankings. The harmonic+ model, which is based on our belief that contribution of primary authors should be the same regardless of collaboration, is designed to minimize the penalty for research collaboration imposed by harmonic and NBA models by boosting the contribution of collaborating primary authors to be on the equal footing with single authors. Although citation rankings by different models are correlated with each other within the same type of citation indicator, rankings of many faculty members changed across models, suggesting the importance of an accurate and relevant authorship credit allocation model in the citation assessment of researchers. The study also found that authorship patterns in conjunction with citation counts are important factors for robust authorship models such as harmonic and NBA, and harmonic+ model may be beneficial for collaborating primary authors. Future research that reexamines the models with updated empirical data would provide further insights into the robustness of the models.

이 연구는 독서 능력과 읽기 능력의 연구 동향을 비교 분석하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 '독서 능력'과 '읽기 능력'으로 검색된 논문을 개별적으로 수집한 후, 저자 키워드를 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 대학에서 진행되는 독서/읽기 교육과 관련된 연구들은 독서 능력과 읽기 능력이라는 용어를 혼용하여 사용하고 있으며, 독서 능력 관련 연구에서는 대학 교육 내용을 제외하면 학교도서관에서 진행되는 사서교사의 정보활용능력, 자기주도학습, 정보서비스 관련 교육이 주요 연구 영역이고, 읽기 능력 관련 연구에서는 아동의 초기 문해 관련 연구, 이와 연결된 부진, 장애 관련 연구들이 주로 진행됨을 확인하였다. 또한 독서/읽기 능력의 평가와 관련된 연구는 독서 능력과 읽기 능력 영역에서 모두 진행되고 있지만 활성화되지 않았고, 청소년 독자에 대한 연구는 독서 능력과 읽기 능력 모두에서 활발하지 않음을 확인하였다.
