  • The concept that human and brand can related to each other is referred to as 'brand relationship' or 'consumer-brand relationship'. By arguing that the concept of brand relationship is a readily understandable analogue, it appears that relationship thinking in the context of consumers and brands sometimes is taken for granted without thoroughly discussing its applicability. This study tried to investigated the role of brand personification in building consumer-brand relationship. In order to explain the consumer-brand relationship as a kind of partner relationship among human beings, we need to define brand as human not inanimate object. Research findings show that personification is not a important factor that affects consumer-brand relationship. And this study shows brand experience is much more important factor than brand personification in building consumer-brand relationship. In the past researches, brand personality and brand congruity were major variables that effect consumer-brand relationship, but they did not mean consumers think their brands as human whenever they contact them. As a result, this study conclude that the frequency of personification is not that high compared to past studies suggested before, even if it is possible to find partial characteristics of human from brands.

  • Corporate primary goal has shifted from profit-orientation toward broader socially motivated perspectives, over the recent year. According to this phenomena, extensive research have been conducted to assess the empirical association between CSR and firm value. However, the results of previous studies are largely indeterminate which are attributed to the ignoring various indeterminate variables between CSR and firm value. Specifically, the purpose of this paper verifies the empirical association between CSR and firm value with considering capital constraint as core moderator variable by using structural equation modeling(SEM). Main results of this paper are as follows. We find that firms with better CSR performance face lower capital constraint and capital constraint is significantly related to firm value in negative direction, also. The result suggest that better CSR performance is associated with superior stakeholder engagement, in turn, CSR initiatives leads to firm value creation. Also, the capital constraint still remain positive to firm value even if capital constraint is considered moderator variables. Our findings implicated that CSR literatures should consider moderator variables, such as capital constraint, which could be affected firm value.

  • Social enterprise has moved from periphery to take center stage. Social enterprises are a truly global phenomenon and associated with solving social problems with business approaches. While the numbers of social enterprises have grown and their impact is likely to continue to do so, it would be dangerous to assume that the revolutionary momentum will automatically continue, because social enterprise faced sustainability challenges. This study collected the data from directory of Korean Social Enterprise to conduct a quantitative research on the growth of social enterprise in South Korea. This study conducted longitudinal analysis of 491 social enterprise certified between 2007 and 2010, of economic performance with financial index and social impact with employment structure. Though global financial crisis, Korean social enterprises show that there is a considerable increase in all of quantitative and qualitative aspects. Korean social enterprises have provided meaningful work to those normally excluded from the labour market and tried to raise their life of working. In the future, Korean social enterprises should find a way to balance social and financial performance and ensure the sustainability of the business.

Research results are as following. First, MBTI personality types didn't influence job satisfaction significantly. Second, job satisfaction affected customer orientation positively and willingness to change job negatively. Finally, MBTI personality type's moderating effect was analysed using Psychological Function and Attitude Index. Moderation effect of Psychological Function was significant only on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation. Moderation effect of Attitude Index was significant both on the relation between job satisfaction and customer orientation and the relation between job satisfaction and willingness to change job. These results of current study can be useful to recruit, organize, educate life planners based on the personality types of MBTI. And the applicability of MBTI test will increase by using these results.

  • This study examines the effect of social capital formed on B to B inter - firm transactions on firm's performance through a research model developed around the mediating effect of knowledge absorption capacity. In other words, we examined how each level of social capital affects firm performance. by examining the dimensions of social capital that are not presented in previous studies, we have identified how each element of social capital affects corporate performance. in addition, the effects of knowledge absorption on firm performance are analyzed and presented in various ways. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, social capital is divided into three dimensions. In other words, the relationship between structural elements, relational dimensions, and cognitive dimensions was verified. First, the structural dimension influenced the relational dimension, and the relational dimension had a positive effect on the cognitive dimension. this is meaningful in that it solved what is pointed out as a limit in previous studies. this is meaningful in that it verified what was pointed out as a limit in previous studies. secondly, the structural dimension influenced the cognitive dimension. Second, each component of social capital has a positive impact on knowledge absorption capacity. Finally, it was found that knowledge absorption capacity had a positive effect on the corporate culture, and it was confirmed that knowledge absorption capacity was important. the extent to which social capital is absorbed in BtoB transactions means that the performance of the two companies can be quite different.

  • Different from the past studies, in this study we postulates that the consumers' trust play an essential mediating role in the relationship between the two dimensions (eco-friendly manufacturing, eco-friendly campaign) of corporate environmental responsibility activities and the corporate image. Trust is conceptualized into three different forms: expertise-based trust, benevolence-based trust, and honesty-based trust. A model integrating two dimensions of corporate environmental responsibility, three forms of trust, and the corporate image is tested using data of 374 student and general consumers. The results of data analysis show that the eco-friendly manufacturing positively influences on the expert-based trust and the eco-friendly campaign positively influences on the benevolence-based trust. The Effects of Corporate Environmental Responsibility Activities on Corporate Image: Focusing on Dimension of Environmental Responsibility. However, eco-friendly manufacturing, eco-friendly campaign activities have a significant impact not on the honesty-based trust. Finally, our results indicate that the expert-based trust, the benevolence-based trust, and honesty-based trust have a significant influence on the corporate image. Thus, this study demonstrates that trust indeed plays a mediating role between corporate environmental responsibility and the corporate image.

  • It is an element certainly required for the cost reduction of a company that forward and reverse logistics chain are unified and constitutes a resource closed-loop supply chain (CLSC). In this study, the inventory control which unifies inventory of distribution centers (DCs) of forward logistics and processing center of reverse logistics in the CLSC environment is proposed. The inventory system model for newly-constructed CLSC considers the JIT(Just-In-Time) delivery from the processing center to the manufacturer, including the making of decisions on whether to wait for the arrival of end-of-life products or to back-order necessary products for manufacturer when the supply of end-of-life products at the processing center via the returning center is insufficient for the demands of the manufacturers. The validity of the proposed model was verified using the genetic algorithm (GA). In order that a parameter might investigate the effect which it has on a solution, the simulation was carried out for priGA(priority-based GA) on three kinds of parameter conditions. Moreover, mhGA(modified hybrid GA) to which a parameter is adjusted for every Study on Reducing Logistics Costs and Inventory Control System according to facilities integration in the Closed-Loop Supply Chain Environment generation, the simulation was carried out to a four-kind numerical example.
