This study is a proposal of quality scale and measurement for the Mobile Hospital Information System Usability used to the Chungnam National University Hospital in Daejeon Korea. This study is to provide decision- making guideline for hospital managers and to provide feedback for the users' information needs in Mobile Hospital Information System. The target people of the study were medical doctors in Chungnam National University Hospital. The service contexts of usability were request of medical Care, Vital sign check of Patient, Care Agreement of Patient, Blood management, Check of care state, Sign of choice doctors, Query of doctor order and patient measurement result. The Usability factors were the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of quality model ISO9241-11. This study shows that the Mobile HIS is used for the communication and education between doctor and patients. Especially, The Care Agreement of Patient is a part of the most utilized in the Mobile HIS.

The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

The Domain Name System (DNS) is a critical Internet infrastructure that provides name to address mapping services. In the past decade, Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks have targeted the DNS infrastructure and threaten to disrupt this critical service. While the flooding DoS attacks may be alleviated by the DNS caching mechanism, we show in this paper that flooding DoS attacks utilizing name error queries is capable of bypassing the cache of resolvers and thereby impose overwhelming flooding attacks on the name servers. We analyze the impacts of such DoS attacks on both name servers and resolvers, which are further illustrated by May 19 China's DNS Collapse. We also propose the detection and defense approaches for protecting DNS servers from such DoS attacks. In the proposal, the victim zones and attacking clients are detected through monitoring the number of corresponding responses maintained in the negative cache. And the attacking queries can be mitigated by the resolvers with a sample proportion adaptive to the percent of queries for the existent domain names. We assess risks of the DoS attacks by experimental results. Measurements on the request rate of DNS name server show that this kind of attacks poses a substantial threat to the current DNS service.

PACS 유지보수 서비스의 중요성을 살펴보고 PACS 분분별 제안요청 요소를 분석하여 향후 시스템 유지보수 계약의 지표를 제공하는데 목적이 있으며 경희의료원의 PACS 유지보수 제안서요청의 사례를 중심으로 유지보수 RFP 작성의 필요성, 중요사항 및 분야별 요구사항 등에 대하여 기술한다. 제안 부문은 9 개로 구분하였으며 총 139 항목의 제안 요청 사항을 정리하였다. 제안 요소 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. PACS 유지보수 분야는 PACS Software 부문, 데이터베이스 부문, 서버 및 스토리지 부문, 네트워크 부문, CR 및 DR System 등과 같은 영상획득장치에 관한 부문, 판독용 및 임상용 모니터 부문 등으로 구분하며, 각 부문별 제안 요구사항을 기술한 제안요청서를 작성하여 각 부문별 제안서를 요청하여야 한다. 2. 병원에서는 PACS 부문의 외주관리를 체계적으로 구분 관리하여 시스템 유지보수의 수준을 높이고 이를 질 높은 의료서비스로 연계되도록 하여야 한다. 3. PACS 관련 회사는 병원에서 요청된 제안 요청사항을 수용하며 질 높은 관련부문 서비스를 제공하기위한 기술적 배경을 체계화하여야하며 향후 주요 매출원으로 자리 잡게 될 유지보수 서비스를 상품으로 인식하고 이에 대한 적극적인 상품화전략과 홍보 노력이 필요하다.

FIPA 커뮤니티는 에이전트와 관련한 표준들을 개발하고 있는데, 이들 중 가장 중요한 것은 에이전트 통신 언어(Agent Communication Language: ACL)이다. 이 언어는 명확하게 협상을 지원하도록 의도된 많은 통신 행위(communicative act)들을 포함하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 자신의 목표를 달성하기 위해 자원들을 교환하는 멀티-에이전트 환경을 고려하고, 에이전트를 계산 논리기반 형식화로 표현하고, 그리고 이러한 계산 논리기반 에이전트가 사용하는 협상을 위한 ACL을 간단히 서술한다. 특히, 여기서는 상대방 에이전트가 요청(제안)의 이유 혹은 거절(거부)의 이유를 알 수 있게 하는 몇몇 통신 행위들을 소개하고 이들을 평가한다.

GNUnet은 파일의 익명성 지원을 위해 파일을 1KB블록크기로 분리하는 인코딩 방법을 채택하였고, 인코딩된 블록을 비구조적인 분산기법을 통해 피어들에게 분산시키고 있다. 하지만 이러한 인코딩 및 블록 분산 방안은 약 600$\sim$700MB의 대용량 멀티미디어 파일을 처리할 경우 첫째, 추가적으로 R블럭과 I블럭을 과도하게 요구하게 되어 약 4%의 저장공간을 낭비하는 문제를 지니고 있다. 둘째, 비구조적 브로드캐스팅 분산방법 때문에 네트워크 부하가 과도한 단점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여 인코딩 블록의 크기를 가변적으로 결정하는 방법과 구조적 위상을 통해 블록을 분산시키는 방안을 제안하였다. 제안 인코딩 방법은 추가 블록 생성을 1%이내로 최소화하였고, 분리된 블록의 분산을 위해 지정된 피어로 질의를 보내는 구조적 위상을 채택하여 블록 요청에서 발생하는 네트워크 부하를 감소시켰다.

기업들은 ERP 시스템 도입 후에도 기존 시스템을 결합하여 운용하거나 새로운 시스템을 도입하기도 하며 각 기업의 ERP 시스템들이 연결, 통합되기도 한다. 이와 같은 이유로 ERP 출현과 함께 보다 강력하고 편리한 데이터 입력 기술에 대한 필요성이 점차 증가해왔다. 본 연구에서는 SAP R/3 시스템에서 제공하고 있는 인터페이스 기술과 함께 새로이 VBA기술을 사용하여 SAP R/3 시스템의 새로운 데이터 입력 인터페이스를 설계 및 구현하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이 방안의 장점은 사용자 관점에서 시스템 사용에 대한 거부감을 줄일 수 있으며 보다 편리한 데이터 입력과 출력으로 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : The National Registry Exam had some problems on validity of EMT evaluation and verification. The aim of this study was to propose a New EMT National Registry Exam. Methods : Conducted using the Delphi Method(lst meeting March 29 in 2008, 2nd meeting May 31 in 2008, 3rd meeting September 20 in 2008, 4th meeting January 16 in 2009) from questionnaire data(391 from Paramedic, 317 from Basic EMT) collected between June 16-30(lst questionnaire) and October 16-30(2nd questionnaire) in 2008 and a public hearing on February 5 in 2009. Results: The subjects proposed at the request of the National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board were Introduction, Medical+Trauma Emergencies(Paramedic & Basic) for written examination and scenarios+protocols(Paramedic), protocols(Basic) for practical examination. Conclusion : To be able to response patients' problems in various emergencies, this integrated examination was selected and proposed.

Unattended Train operation(UTO) requires higher safety target than other systems, since all train operations are automatic. The system provider to deliver without accident or failure, and the operator to transport passengers without accident by putting all trains supplied, including them, into service. Safety rates without such failures can be represented as indicators of RAMS, among which availability is continuously controllable to achieve the target, with a clear target. Availability is often required by the licensee from the initial stage of the project to demonstrate that the request for proposal (RFP) is usually specified and to maintain separate availability targets at the operational stage. In particular, unlike unmanned operation light rail in complex systems, simple formulas are often presented to facilitate verification at each stage. This paper presents this method of usability calculation in an integrated manner at all levels and analyzes the existing usability values to ensure reliability of the availability formula for integrated use in unmanned light rail systems.

Application of system engineering should be realized on necessary condition being to propel National Defense R&D Program. But, these necessity is yet not realized easily to many project managers of Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA). As one person of DAPA project manager, system engineering hard to approaches easily by the word itself. There are a lot of difficult sections where should apply how.
