Objectives A case report is a detailed medical description of previously unreported observations or complications of medical conditions, unique use cases of tests, or new side effects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of case reports published in the Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves (JKCMSN). Methods Case reports published in the JKCMSN from January 2013 to December 2020 were selected using the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports was assessed based on the Consensus-based Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guidelines. Results Sixty case reports that met the inclusion criteria were included in the assessment. Our analysis revealed that 71.42% of the case reports included all the necessary information and their level of reporting was good. However, their scores in the qualitative subdivisions of the reporting level parameters showed that the quality level was uneven. More than 65% of the papers did not report in the following categories: "Keywords," "Patient information," "Timeline," "Diagnostic assessment," "Therapeutic interventions," "Follow-up and outcomes," "Patient perspective," and "Informed consent." Conclusions Our analysis shows that CARE guidelines need to be followed more rigorously to improve the quality of reporting in the JKCMSN. Further efforts are necessary to develop reporting guidelines and evaluation tools relevant to the Korean clinical context.

Basic lot tests via textile and visual examinations are conducted on FA carried into in-service RMCs. The system of evaluating quality by taking samples from each lot and examining them, or evaluating quality based on the score reports submitted by the deliverer during in-service training have on some instances been called into doubt as to their reliability in evaluating the quality of FA. Therefore this study sought to measure the density value of FA that is actually delivered to RMC companies according to the Hydrometer method and analyze its correlation to its test scores, to in turn analyze the reliability of the test reports and the characteristics of the quality of FA. The results led to the conclusion that the fineness and density marked on the score reports were problematic, and therefore accurate experiments and adjustment of significant digits on the test report are necessary.

The purpose of this study was to assess the quality of the case reports in the Journal of Acupuncture Research (JAR). All case reports were retrieved from November 2017 to June 2020. There were 19 case reports included in this assessment based on the case report (CARE) guidelines and case report and standards for reporting interventions in clinical trials of acupuncture (STRICTA) guidelines. The overall quality of reporting was relatively high (83.08% on Case Report guidelines and 77.78% on Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture guidelines), but several crucial items remained substantially underreported, such as identifying as a case report (keywords), patient information and perspective, clinical findings, diagnostic assessment, and intervention information. In 18 out of 19 included case reports of acupuncture-related interventions, several items remained considerably underreported such as acupuncture regimen variation, depth of needle insertion, response sought, and experience of acupuncturists. In the classification by disease, condition, or syndrome, 13 out of 19 included case reports were for musculoskeletal disorders (68.4%), which is the main clinical medical field of Korean medicine services. The results of this study may help develop more appropriate reporting guidelines for case reports published in JAR.

This subject,'S" apartment structural frame has not been achieved without considerable effort by all quality controller involved. Therefore, it is appropriate at this time to report by all the fact of concrete quality control in our site. These are emphasized that the average strength of placed concrete must always exceed the specified value of design strength used in the structural design phase. In general, quality of ready mixed concrete largely depends not only upon the manner of production and proper observance of recognized methods of placement, finishing, curing, transportation etc. ,but also many kinds of influential factors even more handling of the test procedure, As this practical report, approaching to judgement by analysis of sampled specimens in site weather placed concrete have satisfied quality compare the specified strength with the target strength which is applied to standard deviation related with influential factors as above mentioned. This case study is consist of 1) A foreword, 2) Site brief, 3) A precondition for analysis, 4) A formulas derivation and quality analysis, 5) Economic gains by the coefRcient of increase and 6) A conclusion.sion.

정보시스템 감리 수행 시 반드시 필요한 절차, 기법, 방법론 등은 지속적으로 연구가 진행되고 있으며 이를 활용하는 감리인들은 감리 수행 시 감리보고서 표준화 및 품질 제고에 많은 도움을 받고 있다. 또한 정보시스템감리 수행의 최종 결과인 감리보고서는 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률(현행, 전자정부법)" 이 제정되면서 법적인 근거와 위상을 갖게 되었다. 따라서, 본 논문은 정보시스템 감리보고서의 품질 향상에 기여하고자 감리인이 전달하고자 하는 보고서 내용의 문장 구성 형태에 어떠한 오류가 있는지를 분석하여 대안을 제시하고 검증을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 우선적으로 감리보고서의 작성목적, 기능, 구성 체계, 활용성의 기반이 되는 법적 근거 및 위상을 고찰 후 다수의 현장 감리보고서를 대상으로 보고서에 나타난 문제점을 분석하고, 오류 현황 및 사례를 들어 분류 정리하였다. 오류 현황의 원인 분석 및 개선 방안과 점검 리스트 모형을 만들어 활용할 수 있게 정리하였다. 본 논문의 논거 실효성 검증을 위해 오류 개선방안을 현장 감리보고서에 실제로 적용하였다. 또한, 문법적인 오류를 검증할 수 있는 인공지능(AI) 기반의 자동화 도구에 대한 향후 연구과제도 추가로 제시했다. 향후, 본 논문이 감리 현장에서 유용하게 활용되어 감리발전에 기여할 것을 기대한다.

Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the quality of case reports published in the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine from May 2018 to December 2023 and compare them with case reports from January 2015 to April 2018. Methods Case reports were searched on the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine website, and the selected reports were evaluated for CARE (CAse REport) guideline. Results There were a total of nine case reports selected for evaluation. The median value evaluated as 'sufficiently' increased compared to the case reports from January 2015 to April 2018 (61.5%→70.37%). The 'Not reported' rates of item 7 'Timeline of case' and item 10d 'Adverse and unanticipated events' decreased the most. However, since the 'Not reported' rate still exceeds 50%, continuous improvement is needed. Both item 11a 'Strengths and limitations of discussion', item 1 'The word "case report" and item 10a 'Clinician and patient-assessed outcomes' were reported 100% 'sufficiently,' and the quality of reports improved. Conclusions Case reports published in the Journal of Pediatrics of Korean Medicine are generally improving in quality of reporting.

국방산업에 관련된 데이터의 양적팽창과 기술성장에 따라, 유의미한 품질정보를 추출하고 이를 통해 정책 제정 및 품질보증 업무에 활용하는 것이 요구되고 있다. 데이터에 기반한 경향 파악 및 의사결정 도출은 다수의 상황에 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 하여 업무의 생산성을 높이고 새로운 기회를 발견하는 핵심 수단으로 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 국방산업에서는 개발단계부터 양산단계까지 다양한 품질정보들을 수집하고 이를 활용할 수 있도록 빅데이터 기반의 업무체계 구축이 필요하며, 축적된 정보를 활용하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구는 정보체계 운용을 통해 신뢰성이 확보된 군수품의 품질정보를 수집하여 정형화된 빅데이터를 구축하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 사용자가 이를 활용할 수 있는 종합표준플랫폼을 제시하였다. 제안된 종합표준플랫폼은 군수품시험성적서 정보시스템(Test Report Information Service for Military Supplies, TRIS 시스템) 구축을 통하여 수행하였으며, TRIS 시스템을 통해 축적되는 정형 데이터의 활용방안을 제안하였다. 더불어 국방산업 비정형 데이터 활용방안에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국방산업의 데이터 인프라 형성에 기여할 것으로 기대되며, 종합표준플랫폼을 통해 수집된 정보들은 군수품 품질보증에 관한 무기체계 별 전략 수립 및 동향 파악에 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

Quality science may be defined as the subject promoting both quality and productivity, which may include quality management, quality engineering and technology innovation. The research and application of quality science have been in existence for many years in China. This report first reviews its recent history as well as the analysis of the status quo. Finally, a prospectus and comments section for the future of quality science points out the development trends and its significant effectiveness on China's modem economics.

In recently, the interest of high strength and flowing concrete, to improve quality and workability of concrete, is gradually increased. In order to make high strength and flowing concrete, many processes may be considered, the water reducing technique using superplasticizer seems to be the most practical, but domestic superplsticizers are not widely used because of economical efficiency, low quality and lack of understanding in construction field. The purpose of this report is to analyze the consumption structure and behavior of domastic acmixtures containing superplasticizer, and to examine about, dessemination of superplasticizer.
