초음파 파쇄에 의한 항진균 폴리엔 생성 방선균의 포자형성 최적화 (Octimization of Score Production via Sonication of Antifungal Polyene-producing Actinomycetes)

  • 본 연구에서는 초음파 파쇄기를 이용하여 폴리엔 항진균 활성을 갖는 방선균 배양액으로부터 pellet을 회수하여 미생물농약으로 사용이 용이한 포자를 확보하기 위한 최적화 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, Streptomyces sp. MMBL001, MMBL003 그리고 Pseudonocardia autotrophica는 각각 12%, 18%, 12% 출력 (100%, 700 W)에서 최적의 포자 전환율을 보임을 확인하였다. 이렇게 확보한 포자를 10% skim milk 보호제를 사용하여 동결건조한 후 각각의 생균수를 측정한 결과, MMBL003이 MMBL001과 P. autotrophica에 비해 3배 이상의 생균수가 유지됨이 측정되었다. C. albicans를 대상으로 항진균 효과를 확인한 결과, 동결건조된 3종의 방선균주 모두 우수한 항진균 활성을 유지함으로써 신규 폴리엔 생산 방선균을 이용한 미생물농약으로서의 활용 가능성을 제시하였다.

탈모증의 한약제제 치료효과에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰 (A Systematic Review of Clinical Researches of Korean Medicine for Alopecia)

  • Objectives : This review aims to evaluate a risk of bias by risk of bias tool and RoBANS(Risk of Bias Assessment tool for Non-randomized Study) tool for clinical trial papers proving treatment effect of Korean medicines to alopecia and provides the newest reason of effectiveness of herbs to alopecia. Methods : Data were collected through electronic database including NDSL, KISS, KMBASE, Koreantk, OASIS, KoreaMed, KISTI, Pubmed, Cochrane CENTRAL and CINAHL. Two experts in Oriental Medicine assessed risk of bias of randomized controlled trials by Cochrane group's Risk of Bias tool and non-randomized controlled trials by RoBANS tool after searching, reviewing and selecting papers. Results : Total number of selected trials is 20 including 4 randomized controlled trial, 13 non-randomized controlled trials and 3 case reports. This study evaluate the risk of bias of 17 papers including 4 randomized controlled trials and 13 non-randomized controlled trials except 3 case reports by risk of bias tool and RoBANS tool. All papers of randomized controlled trials are evaluated unclear for random sequence generation and allocation concealment as there are no word on them. And all papers of non-randomized controlled trials are evaluated unclear for blinding of outcome assessments and relatively low for others. Conclusions : Korean medicine intervention can be an effective for treatment in alopecia. It was evaluated by hair density, thickness and expert panel assessment of photographs and all results are statistically significant. But enhancing levels of evidence, we must try to reduce bias in researches and report a safety, protocol and IRB.

  • 본 연구에서는 디지털 세대를 위한 스마트폰 중독 방지 런처와 다중지능 및 집단지성을 활용한 머신 러닝 기반 콘텐츠 추천 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 어린 자녀의 디지털 기기 과다 사용을 불안해하는 부모들에게 편리한 디지털 양육 경험을 제공하고 자녀에게는 즐겁고 안전한 학습 환경과 학습 능률을 제고하는 적응 형 개별 디지털 학습법을 제시한다. 제안하는 앱은 시간제한 설정과 더불어 유해 콘텐츠와 스마트폰 중독의 위험으로부터 자녀를 보호하는 게이미피케이션 런처이다. 수많은 교육용 콘텐츠 및 앱 중에서 선택이 어려운 부모들에게 아이들의 학습 및 활동 정보를 수집 분석하여 빅 데이터 기반의 학습 분석 리포트를 제공 하고 집단지성을 통한 추천 알고리즘으로 자녀에게 필요한 콘텐츠를 추천하는 시스템으로 구성된다.

직사각형판(直四角形板)의 진동해석(振動解析) (Vibration of Rectangular Plates)

  • The major objects of this report are to supplement data of natural frequencies of thin elastic rectangular plates to the available data, and to give an experimental verification for natural frequencies obtained by Rayleigh-Ritz method, the generation set of which are eigenfunctions of Euler beams. For the first object the following five models, for which data only for the fundamental mode or data only for square plates are available, are adopted; (1) two opposed edges are clamped and the other two opposed edges simply supported (C-C, S-S), (2) one edge is simply supported and the other three edges clamped (C-C, C-S), (3) one edge is free and the other three edges clamped (C-C, C-F), (4) two adjacent edges are clamped and the other two adjacent edges free (C-F, C-F). For the (C-C, S-S) model the frequency equation obtained with the mode shapes assumed as of a single trigonometric series is solved. And for the other four models Rayleigh-Ritz method taking eigenfunctions of Euler beams as the generating set is applied. The numerical examples are obtained up to the fourth, the fifth or the sixth order depending on the range of the aspect ratio (0.1-10.0). The number of terms in the generating set for Rayleigh-Ritz method is fifteen for all models. For the experiment three models made of 3.2mm thickness mild steel plate for general structure use were prepared in following size; $300mm{\times}600mm,\;600mm{\times}600mm\;and\;900mm{\times}600mm$. Their boundary conditions are made to fit (C-C, C-F) condition. From the experiment mechanical impedance curves based on the frequency response method were obtained together with phase relation diagrams. The experimental data are resulted in good conformity to calculated values.

Depletion of Inositol Polyphosphate 4-Phosphatase II Suppresses Callosal Axon Formation in the Developing Mice

  • The corpus callosum is a bundle of nerve fibers that connects the two cerebral hemispheres and is essential for coordinated transmission of information between them. Disruption of early stages of callosal development can cause agenesis of the corpus callosum (AgCC), including both complete and partial callosal absence, causing mild to severe cognitive impairment. Despite extensive studies, the etiology of AgCC remains to be clarified due to the complicated mechanism involved in generating AgCC. The biological function of PI3K signaling including phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate is well established in diverse biochemical processes including axon and dendrite morphogenesis, but the function of the closely related phosphatidylinositol-3,4,-bisphosphate (PI(3,4)P2) signaling, particularly in the nervous system, is largely unknown. Here, we provide the first report on the role of inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase II (INPP4B), a PI(3,4)P2 metabolizing 4-phosphatase in the regulation of callosal axon formation. Depleting INPP4B by in utero electroporation suppressed medially directed callosal axon formation. Moreover, depletion of INPP4B significantly attenuated formation of Satb2-positive pyramidal neurons and axon polarization in cortical neurons during cortical development. Taken together, these data suggest that INPP4B plays a role in the regulating callosal axon formation by controlling axon polarization and the Satb2-positive pyramidal neuron population. Dysregulation of INPP4B during cortical development may be implicated in the generation of partial AgCC.

2차 비선형 광특성의 제어를 위한 실리카 유리의 전기분극 기구 전산모사 (Computer Simulation on the Poling Mechanism for the Control of 2nd Order Optical Nonlinearity in Silica Glass)

  • 실리카 유리는 매우 우수한 광도파 소재이지만 비선형 광특성이 거의 없다. 그러나 이런 실리카 유리에 금속 전극과 같은 차단전극을 이용하여 강한 전기장을 장시간 가하게 되면 공간 전하 분극이 발생하게 되고 이에 의해 비선형 광특성이 나타나게 된다는 것은 실험적으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전기분극 시 실리카 유리에서 나타나는 비선형 광특성의 경시적인 변화를 공간적인 위치와 시간에 따라 정확히 예측할 수 있는 수치해석적인 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 지금가지 실험들에서 실리카 유리의 비선형 광특성 발생의 원인으로 밝혀진 공간전하분극을 전기분극 기구의 전산모사를 통하여 규명하였다. 비정질 실리카를 전해질 용액과 같은 특성을 지니는 매질로 가정하고 전하운반체가 단지 $Na^{+}$ 밖에 없다는 가정 하에 유한 차분법 (finite difference method)을 이용하였다. 원래의 복잡한 함수들을 표준화 변수들을 이용하여 간단한 식으로 변환하여 $Na^{+}$의 농도와 전기장의 분포를 표준화된 시편의 길이와 인가된 전압의 세기만으로 구할 수 있도록 하였다.

Microstructure of Non-Sintered Inorganic Binder using Phosphogypsum and Waste Lime as Activator

  • This study is about the development of a non-sintered binder (NSB) which does not require a sintering process by using the industrial by-products Phosphogypsum (PG), Waste Lime (WL) and Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS). In this report, through SEM analysis of the NSB paste hardening body, micropore analysis of paste using the mercury press-in method and microstructure observation were executed to consider the influence of the formation of the pore structure and the distribution of pore volume on strength, and the following conclusions were reached. 1) Pore structure of NSB paste of early age is influenced by hydrate generation amount by GBFS and activator. 2) Through observing the internal microstructure of NSB binder paste, it was found that the strength expression at early age due to hydration reaction was achieved with a large amount of ettringite serving as the frame with C-S-H gel generated at the same time. It was confirmed that C-S-H gel wrapped around ettringite, and as time passed, the amount generated continually increased, and C-S-H gel tightly filled the pores of hardened paste, forming a dense network-type web structure. 3) For NSB-type cement, the degree of formation of gel pores below $10{\mu}m$ had a greater influence on strength improvement than simple pore reduction by charging capillary pores, and the pore size that had the greatest effect on strength was micropores with diameter below $10{\mu}m$.

Characteristics of Transmissible CTX-M- and CMY-Type β-Lactamase-Producing Escherichia coli Isolates Collected from Pig and Chicken Farms in South Korea

  • The rapid dissemination of extended-spectrum ${\beta}$-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Escherichia coli has significantly contributed to public health hazard globally. A total of 281 E. coli strains recovered from pigs and chickens between 2009 and 2015 in South Korea were analyzed for ESBL production. ESBL phenotypes were recognized in 14 E. coli isolates; ten and three ESBL-producing isolates carried only $bla_{CTX-M}$ and $bla_{CMY}$ genes, respectively, and one isolate harbored both genes. The predominant CTX-M and CMY types were CTX-M-15 (n = 8) and CMY-2 (n = 3). We also detected ESBL-producing isolates harboring $bla_{CTX-M-65}$, $bla_{CTX-M-14}$, $bla_{CMY-6}$, $bla_{DHA-1}$, and $bla_{TEM-1}$ genes. All ESBL-producing isolates showed resistance to the extent of the fourth generation cephalosporins, along with multidrug resistance. CTX-M-15-producing isolates showed higher MIC values than CTX-M-14- and CTX-M-65-producing isolates. The $bla_{CTX-M}$ and $bla_{CMY}$ genes have the potential to be transferable. The spreading of $bla_{CMY}$ and $bla_{CTX-M}$ genes was arbitrated mainly via Frep and IncI1 plasmids. Our isolates showed clonal diversity in PFGE analysis. This is the first report of E. coli isolates carrying $bla_{CMY-6}$ in chicken from South Korea. The emergence of CMY-6 ESBLs in a population of poultry suggests that extensive screening with long-term surveillance is necessary to prevent the dissemination of ESBL from chicken to human.

PACS DATA CD의 호환성 평가 및 DICOM 적합성에 대한 검증을 통한 기준 제시 (A Compatibility Assessment and Verification of Suitable to DICOM of PACS DATA CD : Current Situation Investigation of Korea)

  • Purpose To analyze the input and output error of data CD which records the image information and the problems of the server of the compatibility. And to report a compatibility assessment and verification of suitable to DICOM of PACS data CD with investigation of current situation of Korea METHOD AND MATERIALS Date CD of each 8 vendors in 30 hospitals was analyzed. We grasped a main verification element existence of a generation compatibility of data CD. The items of element are media identification, DICOM compression, DICOM viewer send, specified object information modify, auto-run, DICOM content type, etc, and give 1 point for each item. We divided the assessment about an each item into 5 levels. Verification about. DICOM conformance by using DICOM validation tool kit is shown to be classified pass or fail according to error occurrence of tag valus. Classify the prequency of tag occurrence as the item. RESULTS The average point of date CD compatibility is 8 point (very good), lowest is 5 point (6.6%), and highest is 10 point (23%_. Most high occurrence frequency's distribution is 7 point (36.6%). As a result of verification about DICOM conformance, PASS in 8 occurrence frequency's distribution is 7 point (36.6%). As a result of verification about DICOM maximum length numbers (14 items), DICOM error of modality (10 items), discord of pixel data length (6 items). etc.

변조 방식과 채널 코드에 따른 EFTS 성능 비교 (Performance Comparison of EFTS According by Modulations and Channel Codes)

  • 최근에 Standard 톤 방식의 FTS(Flight Termination System)는 보안 및 다수의 발사체가 동시에 운영될 때 문제가 있음이 보고되어, 차세대 FTS의 도입이 검토되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 FTS로 도입이 검토되고 있는 EFTS(Enhanced FTS)의 변조 방식 및 채널 코드에 따른 BER 성능을 비교하였다. EFTS의 변조 방식으로는 비동기 BFSK, 동기 BPSK, 비동기 DPSK, 동기 CPFSK 그리고 비동기 CPFSK의 성능을 비교 검토하였으며, 채널 코드로는 컨볼류션널, RS 그리고 BCH의 성능을 비교하였다. EFTS의 변조 방식의 성능 시뮬레이션 결과 동기 방식이 비동기 방식에 비해 우수한 성능을 가짐을 확인하였다. 그러나 동기 방식은 발사체의 환경에서 동기의 획득 및 유지문제 그리고 동기를 위해서 추가적으로 사용되는 부품들의 신뢰성을 고려하면 도입이 어렵다. 비동기 방식에서는 DPSK, 비동기 CPFSK 그리고 비동기 BFSK 순서로 BER 성능이 좋은 것으로 시뮬레이션되었다. 그러나 DPSK 변조의 경우 PEP(Peak Enveop Power)가 약 2.6dB(rolloff 0.5인 경우)로 CPFSK의 PEP 1.8dB 보다 크기 때문에 송신기의 구성측면에서 불리하다. 채널 코드에 따른 성능 시뮬레이션 결과를 보면 컨볼루션널 코드가 다소 좋은 성능을 보이지만, 원하는 BER을 갖는 $E_b/N_0$ 부근에서는 RS의 BER 성능 개선 정도가 더 우수함을 확인하였다.
