  • In this paper we have implemented CH-MUX system which provides customers with various services, i.e. POTS, ISDN, digital leased line and so on, and supports not only UDLC but IDLC network configuration based on existing optical transmission facilities. Also the RCS equipment has been designed and implemented for remote monitoring and control of CH-MUXs. And then this paper has described IPC procedure and proposed other implemental methods of IPC channel. Service providers will be able to design and construct cost-effective access network with RCS and CH-MUX systems.

  • MAP(Manufacturing Automation Protocol), Network Protocol for FA has 7 Layer Structure of OSI. Being an Application Layer Protocol for Communication Interfaced with the Actual Programmable Devices, MMS(Manufacturing Message Specification) Consists of Three Factors of Services, Interfaces, and Protocol. For Details, It Classifies with the Followings ; Connection/Context Management, Remote Variable Access, Semaphore Management, File transfer and Management, Program UP/DOWN Load, Remote Program Fxecution. In this Paper Designing MAP Network Station of Programmable Device, we Analyze the Protocol of MMS, and Realize the State Diagram of each Services and Propose the Model of MMS Function Call Instructions.

  • In this paper, Tele-Test System for ASIC Design is constructed. It consists of the server, and the clients. The server and clients are implemented by Java. Using Java RMI system, the remote access via information network is implemented. In this Tele-test system, fault simulation, test pattern compaction, test pattern generation, and path-delay fault test generation services are implemented. All service can be peformed parallel by network access.

  • Recent trends require that access to the device/equipment information be provided from several locations or anywhere in the enterprise. One example is virtual machine/manufacturing system (VMS) where predictive maintenance is performed both on factory floor and in remote site through internet [1]. Internet access is increasingly available and affordable, and along with the "internet" is the backbone of modern enterprise data networks.   • Nowadays, Internet is so popular that we can easily access the remote site to search information and to communicate remote site and users. People who want to make a collaborate working environment can use JAVA, CORBA, and other internet programming tools like a Perl/XML. The mechanist are try to make the environment fur collaboration within design/manufacturing, simulation, remote sensing through TCP/IP And many industries and research institutions are working towards the agile manufacturing. This paper describes an internet-based real-Time remote monitoring system. The system consists of a hardware setup and a software interface. The hardware setup consists of a machine and its data acquisition hardware, while the software interface incorporates the data acquisition software, the server program, and the client program. The server program acts as the main interface between the data acquisition system and the internet technology. The client program is to be distributed to the remote users who want to monitor the machining status. The system has been demonstrated and verified for an industrial High-Speed Machine (HSM) especially measuring cutting force and acoustic emission. To share the signal, we make the WWW server and display its value. The system has been found to be highly efficient, reliable and accurate.

  • Most existing FRADs support only permanent virtual circuit-based frame relay services. But several applications such as intranets, desktop video conferencing, remote access and voice applications typically do not require the dedicated bandwidth capabilities of PVCs because connections are only occasionally needed. So it drives the need of switched virtual circuit-based FRADs which offer potentail cost savings associated with dynamic bandwidth on demand connectivity. In this paper, we describe Frame Relay Network Access System(FNAS) that provides switched virtual circuit-based frame relay access for dial-up Internet services. The hardware configuration, software architecture and call processing flow of FNAS is explained.

  • Nowadays, the demand of the output analyzed from the gridded data has been sharply increased as the remote sensing technologies and GIS related industry have been developed. Therefore, a metadata access system which fits the requirements of the users should be developed for better managing and utilizing gridded data. In this background, this study defined a common application schema through the analysis of the metadata built by numerous institutes based on the draft metadata standards proposed from the study which maily concentrated on establishing the standards of distributing metadata for the gridded data supported by ETRI at 2003. Also, XML based integrated system was developed to access metadata maintained by SaTReC as well as SIMC to facilitate more convenient data access for the grid data users. The results of the pilot system developed from this study can be expected to contribute to build an more efficient and enlarged integrated access system of the metadata for the gridded data.

  • By the most important media to deliver the contents on a remote instruction we commonly use audio and documents. A number of remote instruction system are trying to offer the video, but they did not acquire satisfiable results because of the limited network and width. Also, they use the general web browsers that have a lot of unspecific users access the contents. Also, they use the general web browsers that have a lot of unspecific users access the contents. Like this most systems that use the continuous media have not offer the satisfiable contents because of the network limitation. Moreover, because they use the web browser, they offer the contents having documents(web pages) only. In this paper, we propose a web-based remote instruction system on real-time using audio and documents which are the most important media for a information delivery. In addition to the system, we use a action synchronization mechanism between the web browsers. If the instructor uses web pages on his computer and explains the contents of them, the learners see the same web pages as the instructor's and listens to his voice.
