원전 구조물의 실시간 모니터링 기술이 요구되고 있지만, 현재 운영 중인 지진 감시계통으로는 동특성 추출 등 시스템 식별이 제한된다. 전역적인 거동 데이터 및 동특성 추출을 위해서는 다수의 센서를 최적 배치하여야 한다. 최적 센서배치 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔지만 주로 토목, 기계 구조물이 대상이었으며 원전 구조물 대상으로 수행된 연구는 없었다. 원전 구조물은 미미한 신호대잡음비에도 강건한 신호를 획득하여야 하며, 모드 기여도가 저차 모드에 집중되어 있어 모드별 잡음 영향을 고려해야 하는 등 구조물 특성을 고려해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 잡음에 대한 강건도와 모드별 영향을 평가할 수 있는 최적 센서배치 방법론을 제시하였다. 활용한 지표로서 auto MAC(Modal Assurance Criterion), cross MAC, 노드별 모드형상 분포를 분석하였으며, 잡음에 대한 강건도 평가의 적합성을 수치해석으로 검증하였다.

초창기에 기업과 소비자간(B2C) 부분에 집중되었던 전자상거래에 대한 관심이 최근 기업과 기업간(B2B) 부문으로 이동하고 있으며 그 성장잠재력 측면에서 크게 주목을 받고 있다. B2B 전자상거래 부문에서도 가장 두드리진 움직임을 보이고 있는 거래유형이 바로 B2B e-마켓플레이스이다. e-마켓플레이스란 인터넷상에서 다수의 공급자와 수요자들이 대면하고 거래를 이를 수 있도록 해주는 가상의 시장의 의미한다. 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 마켓플레이스가 구매, 판매, 고객지원, 제품, 서비스 등을 위한 새로운 비즈니스의 장이 되고 있어 현재 다수의 기업들이 참여하고 있다. 기존의 기업 간 전자상거래가 중개자 없이 개별기업 차원에서 이용되었다면, 마켓플레이스는 다수의 공급자와 수요자들이 인터넷상에서 정보를 교환하고 거래를 수행함으로써 기업 간 거래방식에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있어 학계나 업계의 주요 관심사로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 B2B e-마켓플레이스 운영기업의 관점에서 e-마켓플레이스 참여기업의 신뢰 형성요인과 신뢰가 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 검증해 보고자 한다. 신뢰의 선행요인을 파악하기 위해 기존의 기업간 거래 관계 형성 요인 및 전자상거래 환경에서 신뢰의 중요성에 대한 연구 결과를 폭넓게 수용하여 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B e-마켓플레이스 상황에 적합한 신뢰형성 요인으로 네트워크 외부성, 상호작용성, 공정성, 공유정보의 질 및 제도적 보장을 제시하였으며, 신뢰가 몰입의 두 차원 즉 태도적 몰입과 행동적 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 검토하였다. MRO e-마켓플레이스를 이용하고 있는 187개 참여기업을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과, e-마켓플레이스 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 네트워크 외부성, 상호작용성, 공정성 및 제도적 보장으로 나타났으나 공유정보의 질이 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되지 못하였다. 신뢰와 몰입간 관계에서 신뢰는 태도적 몰입과 행동적 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 태도적 몰입은 행동적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증분석 결과 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 e-마켓플레이스 운영기업이 감안해야 할 몇 가지 주요 관리적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

CC는 평가보증등급에 따라 정보보호제품의 보안취약점을 최소화할 수 있도록 지원하는 제도이다. 소프트웨어 개발보안은 소프트웨어의 개발 생명주기에서 보안취약점을 발생시킬 수 있는 보안약점을 제거하는 방법이다. 하지만 CC는 정보보호제품이 인증된 시점 이전의 보안취약점에 대해선 고려하지만 인증된 시점 이후에 발생할 수 있는 새로운 보안취약점에 대해서 고려하지 않기 때문에 정보보호제품의 안전성과 신뢰성에 대한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 또한, 국가 및 공공기관의 정보화사업에 도입되는 정보보호제품은 CC와 소프트웨어 개발보안을 모두 만족시켜야 되기 때문에 개발자, 평가자에게 부담이 된다. 따라서 본 논문은 CC에서 소프트웨어 개발보안을 활용해야하는 당위성을 검증하기 위해 CC와 소프트웨어 개발보안이 제거할 수 있는 보안약점 및 보안취약점의 상관관계를 비교하였다. 또한, CC에서 소프트웨어 개발보안을 활용하기 위한 평가방법을 제안하여 정보보호제품의 안전성과 신뢰성을 극대화하고 개발자와 평가자의 부담을 최소화하였다.

A BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an Obligor Bank acting on behalf of the buyer to a Recipient Bank acting on behalf of the seller to pay on satisfaction of certain specified conditions. There have been a Trade Service Utility(TSU), a Transaction Matching Application(TMA) and ISO 20022 TSMT messages that core electronic technical systems linked to the BPO. As a key usefulness of the BPO, it brings to market an alternative means of satisfying the risk mitigation, financing and information management needs of banks and businesses engaged in trade. That is, corporates can spread the risk among multiple Obligor Banks by requesting multiple BPOs for the same trade transaction not to exceed the value of the initial transaction. Since the BPO replaces the manual document checking process with the electronic matching of data, buyers and sellers will benefit from significantly increased accuracy and objectivity. By using BPO, buyers and sellers can become trusted counterparties by demonstrating reliability and giving sellers the assurance of being paid on time as per the payment terms and conditions agreed. When compared to L/C, the BPO requires submission of data only. This requires a change of practice of those accustomed to dealing with physical documentation. The beneficiary of a BPO is the Recipient Bank which is always the Seller's Bank. In the meantime, banks will need to agree between themselves that the URBPO 750 will be applied, modified or excluded. However, customers of banks will face low transactional costs due to a fully automated process and standardized data formats used in international trade documentation. There is no amendment and cancellation rules in the URBPO 750s, but only have Assignment of Proceeds rules. As a result, the BPO is likely to enable new business opportunities, lower costs, fast transaction process and strengthen key customer relationships.

국방산업에 관련된 데이터의 양적팽창과 기술성장에 따라, 유의미한 품질정보를 추출하고 이를 통해 정책 제정 및 품질보증 업무에 활용하는 것이 요구되고 있다. 데이터에 기반한 경향 파악 및 의사결정 도출은 다수의 상황에 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 하여 업무의 생산성을 높이고 새로운 기회를 발견하는 핵심 수단으로 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 국방산업에서는 개발단계부터 양산단계까지 다양한 품질정보들을 수집하고 이를 활용할 수 있도록 빅데이터 기반의 업무체계 구축이 필요하며, 축적된 정보를 활용하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구는 정보체계 운용을 통해 신뢰성이 확보된 군수품의 품질정보를 수집하여 정형화된 빅데이터를 구축하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 사용자가 이를 활용할 수 있는 종합표준플랫폼을 제시하였다. 제안된 종합표준플랫폼은 군수품시험성적서 정보시스템(Test Report Information Service for Military Supplies, TRIS 시스템) 구축을 통하여 수행하였으며, TRIS 시스템을 통해 축적되는 정형 데이터의 활용방안을 제안하였다. 더불어 국방산업 비정형 데이터 활용방안에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국방산업의 데이터 인프라 형성에 기여할 것으로 기대되며, 종합표준플랫폼을 통해 수집된 정보들은 군수품 품질보증에 관한 무기체계 별 전략 수립 및 동향 파악에 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

현재 군에 보급되고 있는 접착식 전투화용 고무의 대표적인 노화현상은 열에 의한 정기적인 스트레스 노화가 대표적이다. 본 연구에서는 전투화용 고무의 노화시험을 실시하고, 아레니우스 관계식을 이용하여 노화온도($60^{\circ}C$, $80^{\circ}C$, $100^{\circ}C$)에 따른 반응속도 상수 k를 구하였다. 제품의 수명한계를 인장강도는 30% 감소시점, 신장률은 50% 감소시점, 내마모도는 380%로 가정하였으며, ln($P/P_0$) 및 활성화 에너지와 상수를 고려한 수명예측을 하였다. 이를 통해 노화온도에 영향을 받은 전투화용 고무의 수명을 예측하였고, 그 결과 실온($20^{\circ}C$)에서 예상수명이 10년 이상임을 확인할 수 있었다.

연구의 목적은 컨설턴트의 능력이 컨설팅 만족도, 컨설팅 서비스 품질 및 고객 회사 컨설팅에 대한 이해에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구결과를 요약해보면 컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 서비스 품질을 매개하여 컨설팅 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에 대해 대응성, 공감성, 유형성, 확신성, 신뢰성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 수진기업이 컨설팅에 대한 이해가 높을수록 컨설팅의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 컨설팅의 만족도를 향상하기 위해서는 컨설턴트 역량뿐만 아니라 고객의 컨설팅 이해를 향상하기 위한 노력이 기울여야 의도하는 만족도를 달성할 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 향후 수진기업 측면에서 컨설팅 만족도를 향상할 수 있는 이해도 높일 수 있는 방안에 대한 추가 후속 연구가 필요하다.

The striking characteristic of the contemporary global security environment is that the nature of threats has become diverse and complex. For example, transnational and non-military threats including terrorism and proliferation of weapon of mass destruction has increased. In this security environment, Advanced countries funnel their investments for defense budgets into the assurance of key force capability and R&D of cutting-edge core technologies, in consideration of future battlefield environments so as to get an edge on not only defense science and technology but also intelligence capabilities. As shown by past practices of the korea's defense acquisition, the ministry of national defense has tried to enhance its force capabilities in the short-term by purchasing foreign weapon systems rather than by investing in domestic R&D. Accordingly, the technological gaps between the korea and advanced countries were widened due to both insufficient investment in development of domestic technologies and avoidance of technological transfer by advanced countries. Thus, for the effective execution of the R&D budget and the successful performance of the projects, the importance of selection, management and evaluation of the R&D projects is emphasized. So, The objective of this study is that the analysis of the proposal-selection evaluation system for the realization of the successful defense core technology R&D projects. This study focused on the improvement of the proposal-selection evaluation model which can be applicable to the national defense core R&D projects. Using the improved proposal-selection evaluation system, we propose a model to enhance the reliability of the national defense core technology R&D project evaluation system.

Purpose: This research is the impact of service quality of Economy Hotels on customer satisfaction and Re-visit Intention in China. It reviews the empirical theories about Economy Hotels at home and abroad, based on SERVPERF, combines with the actual situation of China's Economy Hotels, and then constructs based on the research results at home and abroad. In the subfactor of service quality, "recovery" is added, and the relationship model between the service quality of Economy Hotel, customer satisfaction and Re-visit Intention is designed, in which the mediated effect of "customer satisfaction" between the service quality's subfactor and Re-visit Intentio is explored. Methods: 334 questionnaires were distributed to the check-in guests of three Home Inns in China's first-tier cities (ShangHai,BeiJing,ShenZhen), of which 300 were valid for data analysis. Result: The data analysis results show that the Economy Hotels' subfactor of service quality have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and Re-visit Intention, and customer satisfaction also plays an mediated effect. (partial mediation: tangible, reliability, recovery; full mediation: responsiveness, assurance, empathy) Conclusion: The research puts forward the enlightenment points for the development of Economic Hotels through the differences in the development emphasis and service quality between Economic hotels and other types of hotels, so as to improve the satisfaction and market competitiveness of China's Economic hotels through the research results.

We studied improvement in marine environmental impact assessment and related management systems of coastal sediments that are dredged inshore but disposed offshore. After reviewing and diagnosing the existing assessment procedures and problems, we recommend to design the core assessment items and improve the reliability of assessment byenhancing the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and verification processes. We proposed eco-friendly disposal plan for dredging sediment such as reuse system in land development was explored. A marine environmental database system was established to support the assessment processes. Guidelines for marine research and modelling were proposed for improving assessment of dredging and disposal of coastal sediment. Also, applying of screening and scoping for marine environmental assessment was reviewed.
