This paper investigates the service quality determinants in management consulting. Quality dimensions in SERVQUAL research, as well as several dimensions specific to the consulting service, have been reviewed. A survey has been conducted by carefully developed questionnaires for the hypothesized eight quality dimensions. The results of the statistical analyses support the eight quality dimensions in the consulting service : reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, ethics, participation, communication, and reputation. The results demonstrate that reliability, assurance, participation, and reputation are especially influential in determining customer satisfaction. The research results provide useful insights for a customer in assessing alternative service providers and foreseeing the outcome from the chosen consultants.

Nitrogen oxide gases which were produced by spontaneous reaction of nitrocellulose (NC) in the single base propellant accelerate the decomposition of propellant, and result in the reduction of shelf life, The amount of nitrogen oxide was reduced by the addition of $0.3wt\%$ CaCO3 to conventional stabilizer(DPA) which extended the shelf life of the single base propellant as much as twice compared with commercial propellant.

This paper is application of System Assurance(SA) for the rolling stock. As railway systems become more complex, design teams are increasingly under pressure to deliver, design solutions, which integrate both technical and Systems Assurance(SA). Systems Assurance is the application of management methods and analysis techniques to ensure that a design meets Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) criteria. It should be clearly understood that the intent of System Assurance is not just to provide analytical techniques as a metric on performance, but more importantly it should provide a management tool with which to co-ordinate and assure the whole design. System Assurance encompasses the ongoing requirement to consider safety, and RAM through each stage of a Project, from feasibility study through to commissioning and operation. If System Assurance is undertaken properly at feasibility study at the design stages of a Project, the benefits of such analyses can be significant in identifying potential problems early enough for action to be taken before manufacture or installation. At commissioning, RAMS demonstration activities are undertaken to validate the predictive and analytical techniques undertaken during the design.

In software engineering, to ensure reliability between systems, describing both system architecture and assurance arguments between system elements is considered necessary. There are proposals for system architecture assurance, but use of these traditional methods often requires development of different diagrams using different editors. Because the visual sense of the traditional methods is inadequate, errors readily occur when manipulating different diagrams. Therefore, it is essential that the assurance of dependability between components and systems is visualized and easy to understand. In this paper, an integrated approach to describe the relationship between system actors and system architecture is proposed, and this approach is clarified using an enterprise architecture modeling language. A case study is carried out and comparison to the traditional approach $d^*$ framework is explained. The comparison results show that the proposed approach is more suitable for ensuring dependability in system architecture.

Reliability management is seen as central pivot for quality assurance. This paper analyses the reliability practices in Korea and compares with Japan's. I would like to suggest the way to cope with the gray part of the reliability management in Korea through my experiences.

In this paper, we validate MEDIQUAL constructs through different media users in help desk. In a previous paper only two end-users' constructs were used: assurance and responsiveness. In this paper we extended MEDIQUAL constructs to include reliability, empathy, assurance, tangibles, and responsiveness, which are based on the SERVQUAL theory. The results suggested that: 1) five MEDIQUAL constructs were validated through the factor analysis. That is, importance of the constructs have relatively high correlations between measures of the same construct using different methods and low correlations between measures of construct that are expected to differ (Cronbach, 1971; Campbell and Fiske, 1959) 2) five MEDIQUAL constructs are statistically significant on media users' satisfaction in help desk service by regression analysis.

This paper examines the impact of reliability on consumers' demand for environmentally friendly agricultural products using ordered logit model. We survey 100 housewives living in the capital region and five metropolitian cities cross sectional data in 2007. This paper especially estimates the impact of instrumental factor, such as history tracking system, provision of information, safety assurance and labelling of brands on the consumers' demand. The main results show that provision of information and safety assurance affect consumers' demand more confident than others. In order to motivate consumers to buy more environmentally friendly agricultural products, the safety should be assured and more information on production and marketing channel should be labelled.

For reliability and confidentiality of information security systems, the security engineering methodologies are accepted in many organizations. To improve the effectiveness of security engineering, this paper suggests a security methodology ISEM, which considers both product assurance and production processes, takes advantages in terms of quality and cost. To verify the effectiveness of ISEM, this paper introduces the concepts of quality loss, and compares the development costs and quality losses between ISEM and CC through the development of VPN system.

The purpose of this article is about the accelerated product-reliability-test method of the changing colors of mobile products, which are majorly from the frequent touching of sweating fingers. Such problems of changing colors of mobile products have found mostly In metallic paint containing aluminum paste pigments. Also we found that the color of Al Paste is changed by human sweat. Therefore, the accelerated experimental method has been tested as follow: applying the various concentration of lactic acid, which is the changing color components from human sweat, and deeping the testing sample under temperature of $60^{\circ}C$ in dilutelactic acid with water. From the series of tests, the most optimum concentration of lacticacid has been obtained in 10wt% and the sample is observed to be almost same effect as natural changing of colors by human touching after the test. It has been also confirmed from the cross-sectional analysis. In detail, the testing sample has changed its color in 48hr by changing color effect of Alpaste with 10 wt% of lactic acid, and the digit of $\Delta$ E has measured 10.9 after the test.
