객체지향 시스템 개발에서의 유스 케이스 활용성에 관한 연구 (Investigating the Practice of the Use Case Modeling in the Object-Oriented Systems Development)

  • Object-oriented paradigm has required the fundamental changes in the developers' practice and orientation. However. the relevant literature has not still provided the solid practical methodology but created some myths regarding Use Case modeling. In this study. we attempt to 'demythologize' some key aspects of Use Case Modeling by describing what we have observed in our research and practice. In order to identify the developers' perceptions. the survey methodology was utilized. By discussing the differences between what must be done and what has been done. this study provides rich insights into the better understanding of the Use Case modeling and the successful development of object-oriented systems.

소비자의 신용카드 사용행동 분석 -광주시 소비자를 중심으로- (Credit cards use of consumers in Kwang-ju)

  • The proposes of this study were designed to practical use of credit cards on consumers in Kwang-ju. The 371 subjects formatted questionnaires were analyzed to frequency, percentage, crosstabulation and chi-square test by SPSS WIN 10.0. The main results of this study were as following : First, it is analyzed that most consumers have had more than credit cards. Second, it is tended that consumers have influenced to practical use of credit cards by sex, age, marriage, income and living expenses. Third, consumer is use to the spur of credit card, requirement about businessman, credit card connection system and distinction of sex, age, marriage, income, showed difference of relevant distribution between living expenses all. Based on the above, to make the use of credit cards practical and active, it needs more attention from consumers as well as it needs continuous efforts from the authorities concerned. Accordingly, to prevent consumers from overconsuming possibly by imprudent use of credit cards, it suggests systematic consumer training, from which consumers will learn responsible life as a consumer.

  • Use cases are commonly used to represent customer requirements during systems development. In a large software development environment, finding relevant use cases from a library of past or related projects is a complex, error-prone and expensive task. This study proposes an ontological methodology to support use case retrieval in an interactive manner. The architecture of a prototype system that implements this methodology is presented. To evaluate whether the proposed approach can provide satisfactory results to users, this study develops a research model and hypotheses based on interaction theory. These hypotheses are empirically tested using a laboratory experiment which controls information filtering and perceived interaction. Our study suggests that a system which interacts with a user intelligently reduces cognitive load and increases self-efficacy and satisfaction.

영화에서 적절한 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법의 활용을 위한 제안 (A proposal for the relevant use of computer graphics in film)

  • 이미지에 대한 인류의 열망은 커뮤니케이션의 원활한 소통을 반영한 움직이는 영상 이미지의 구현을 이룬 '영화'를 만들게 되었고 영화는 발명 때부터 여러 가지 실험적인 방식을 보여주어 보는 사람들의 상상력을 만족시켰는데 만족에 비례하여 감독 및 제작자들은 보 다 적절하고 세련된 표현에 힘을 쏟게 되었다. 결국 영화에서도 필연적으로 컴퓨터에 의한 디지털 이미지가 구현하게 되었고 이러한 이미지는 컴퓨터 기술의 개발에 따라 세련되게 변모되고 있다. 컴퓨터 그래픽은 처음 미국의 항공우주국에서 비행 모의 실험에 비롯된 개념으로 그 역사가 불과 40여 년 정도이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 인류가 지금까지 이룩해 놓은 그 어느 매체보다도 다양한 이미지 표현이 가능하며 그 구현에 있어서 예측을 불허할 정도이다. 뤼미에 형제가 발명한 영화는 마술사 멜리에스에 의하여 여러 기법이 개발되고 우주 개발, 동서 냉전 등 시대적 이데오롤기에 힘입어 영화 양식에 등장한 이른바 공상과학(SF) 영화 및 그 양식에 대한 그럴듯한 특수효과(SFX)를 필요로 했다. 컴퓨터의 발전은 모형 제작의 난점 등 어렵게 제작되던 영화들에 큰 힘이 되었고 조지 루카스 같은 제작자는 IFM라는 특수효과 전문 프로덕션을 설립한다. 이후 '어비스', '터미네이터' 등 컴퓨터 그래픽이 기본 표현 양식이 되는 영화들이 계속 제작되었고 그 안에 보여지는 기법들도 데이터 인터페이스, 모핑, 가상 현실 등으로 다양해졌으며 '토이 스토리' 처럼 완전히 컴퓨터 애니메이션으로 이루어진 영화가 선보이기에 이르렀다. 결국 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법은 지금까지 보여지던 공상과학 영화가 아닌 인간적인 주제의 영화에서도 보여지게 되는데 그 대표적인 영화가 '포레스트 검트' 이다. 한편 우리 나라 영화에서 보여지는 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법은 아직 실험 단계에 머물고 있음을 알 수 있다. 영화와 커뮤니케이션 테크놀로지에 대한 이해가 부족한데서 그 원인이 있다고 본다. 우리 영화에 있어서 적절하면서 그럴듯한 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법의 개발 및 제작을 기대해 본다.

A Study on Calculating Relevant Length of Left Turn Storages Using UAV Spatial Images Considering Arrival Distribution Characteristics at Signalized Intersections in Urban Commercial Areas

  • Calculating the relevant length of left turn storages in urban intersections is very crucial in road designs. A left turn lane consists of deceleration lanes and left turn storages. In this study, we developed methods for calculating relevant lengths of left turn storages that vary at each intersection using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) spatial images. Problems of conventional design techniques are applying the same number of left turn vehicles (N) using Poisson distribution without considering land use types, using a vehicle length that may not be measurable when applying the length of waiting vehicles (S), and using same storage length coefficient (${\alpha}$), 1.5, for every intersections. In order to solve these problems, we estimated the number of left turn vehicles (N) using an empirical distribution, suggested to use headways of vehicles for (S) to calculate the length of waiting vehicles (S) with a help of using UAV spatial images, and defined ranges of storage length coefficient (${\alpha}$) from 1.0 to 1.5 for flexible design. For more convenient design, it is suitable to classify two cases when possible to know and impossible to know about ratio of large trucks among vehicles when planning an intersection. We developed formula for each case to calculate left turn storage lengths of a minimum and a maximum. By applying developed methods and values, more efficient signalized intersection operation can be accomplished.

중첩 클러스터를 이용한 피드백 문서의 재샘플링 기법 (Resampling Feedback Documents Using Overlapping Clusters)

  • 대부분의 잠정적 적합피드백기법들은 질의에 대해 검색된 상위검색문서들이 적합하다고 가정하고, 그 문서들을 질의 확장을 위한 피드백 문서로 이용하고 있다. 그러나 초기검색결과에는 상당한 양의 부적합 문서를 포함하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이 논문에서는 보다 좋은 피드백 문서를 선택하기 위해서 중첩클러스터를 이용한 피드백문서의 재샘플링 기법을 제안한다. 주요 아이디어는 질의 중심적인 초기검색문서집합에 대해서 중첩이 허용된 문서클러스터를 이용하여 문서들 사이의 관계를 반영하여 질의에 핵심역할을 하는 지배적 문서를 찾고, 이 문서들을 반복적으로 피드백 하여 질의가 내포하는 핵심 주제를 강조하는 것이다. 대규모 실험집합인 TREC GOV2와 WT10g에 대한 실험비교에서, 최근 잠정적 적합피드백 기법들 중에서 가장 좋은 성능을 보이고 있는 적합모델보다 재샘플링기법이 우수한 성능향상을 보였다. 제안기법에 대한 검증을 위해서 피드백문서에 포함된 적합문서의 정도를 나타내는 적합밀도를 측정하였다. 재샘플링 기법이 TREC 실험집합에 대해서 적합모델에 비해 높은 적합밀도를 보였고, 이 결과 적합피드백에서 검색성능을 향상시키게 되었다. 이는 제안 기법이 잠정적 적합피드백에서 유효한 방법임을 알 수 있다.

ICT 기반 노인간호 역량 개발: 우울증 측정 사례를 중심으로 (Developing Geriatric Nursing Competency Using Information and Communication Technology: Focusing on a Case of Depression Assessment)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe problems and solutions for older adults living alone and using wearable devices to report depressive moods in daily life. In addition, gerontology nurses' competencies and strategies were discussed based on lessons learned from the observational study. Methods: A hybrid method was used, combining literature review and content analyses based on interviews with 53 participants and observations done by the research team. Results: Main issues and relevant strategies were identified in terms of (1) applicability of information and communications technology (ICT) devices for older adults, (2) feasibility of older adults' use of ICT devices, (3) integration of ICT devices into daily life, and (4) relevant issues when older adults use ICT. Important roles and competencies were discussed regarding general and gerontology aspects of ICT. Conclusion: Findings indicate that a wearable device is feasible to measure daily depressive moods in older adults living alone in community settings. To extend our research protocol to practice, gerontology nurses must adequately prepare to meet emerging health care trends and end users' needs for ICT-based nursing. It is necessary to develop diverse educational programs and active involvement in research and design of relevant devices and programs.

  • The article reflects short-term perspectives on the use of information and communication technologies in the training of teachers for higher education. Education is characterized by conservatism, so aspects of systematic development of the industry are relevant to this cluster of social activity. Therefore, forecasting the introduction of innovative elements of ICT training is in demand for the educational environment. Forecasting educational trends are most relevant exactly in the issues of training future teachers of higher education because these specialists are actually the first to implement the acquired professional skills in pedagogical activities. The article aims to consider the existing potential of ICT-based learning, its implementation in the coming years, and promising innovative educational elements that may become relevant for the educational space in the future. The tasks of scientific exploration are to show the optimal formats of synergy between traditional and innovative models of learning. Based on already existing experience, extrapolation of conditions of educational process organization with modeling realities of using information and communication technologies in various learning dimensions should be carried out. Educational trends for the next 3 years are a rather tentative forecast because, as demonstrated by the events associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the socio-cultural space is very changeable. Consequently, the dynamism of the educational environment dictates the need for a value-based awareness of the information society and the practical use of technological advances. Thus, information and communication technologies are a manifestation of innovative educational strategies of today and become an important component along with traditional aspects of educational process organization. Future higher education teachers should develop a training strategy taking into account the expediency of the ICT component.

권리사용료의 지급과 관세평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Payments of Royalty & License Fee and Customs Valuation)

  • This study tries to conduct a systematic analysis on whether adding up the royalties and license fees or not in measuring the taxable amount of tariff. We have confirmed that three main criteria to decide whether it is yes or not are non-inclusion, relatedness and condition of sale. We also have realized that whether satisfying a condition of sale or not depends on license agreement, sales contract, special relationship and so on. Furthermore, we have made case studies of bonded factory, film's domestic distribution, exempt royalty and license fee, price for exclusive use of relevant technology, retroactive application of price change and strict interpretation. Based on the case studies we have derived the following conclusions: First, the royalties and license fees only actually paid to the licensors may be added to taxable amount. Second, the royalties and license fees incurred after the imported goods are made into domestic goods may not be added up. Third, the royalties and license fees paid as a price for use may not be added up. Fourth, the analogical interpretation of relevant codes is not accepted.

Study on the Competitiveness Evaluation of Urban Cultural Tourism Creative Industry in Pan-Yangtze River Delta

  • Purpose - In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in the region, different grade cities should adapt to local conditions and differentiated development as the angle. It can promote the optimization of regional tourism industry structure, and make relevant suggestions accordingly. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the characteristics of cultural tourism creative industry, 24 indicators are selected from four aspects. The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system of cultural tourism creative industry is constructed. The essay use factor analysis to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and use cluster analysis to classify the competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in each city into five types. Results - The results of cluster analysis show that the whole area presents five kinds of step-like features, which are mature leading type, the advantageous development type, comparatively advantageous type, well-grounded type and difference-promotion type. Conclusions - The factor analysis method was used to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and cluster analysis was used to classify the cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness of each city into fives type city. Based on the differentiation of cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness and 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, the relevant strategies were proposed.
