마이크로波 다이오드 混合器의 非線形 및 線形解析에 關한 硏究 (A Study on the Nonlinear and Linear Analysis of Microwave Diode Mixer)

  • Gauss-Jacobi relaxation 方法으로부터 非線形 마이크로波 回路解析 알고리듬을 薄出하고, Harmonic Balance 技法을 應用하여 갈륨비소 쇼트키 障壁 다이오드를 이용한 混合器의 非線形 및 線形 回路解析 方法을 提示하였다. 本 硏究에서의 解析方法으로부터 마이크로波 混合器의 變換損失을 正確히 豫測하고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로부터 MMIC設計에 有用함을 보였다. 寬察로 Ku-밴드用 混合器를 MIC로 設計, 製作하여 시뮬레이션 結果의 妥當性을 立證하였다.

LB30057 Inhibits Platelet Aggregation and Vascular Relaxation Induced by Thrombin

  • Previous study showed that an amidrazonophenylalanine derivative, LB30057, which has high water solubility, inhibited the catalytic activity of thrombin potently by interaction with the active site of thrombin. In the current investigation, we examined whether LB30057 inhibited platelet aggregation and vascular relaxation induced by thrombin. Treatment with LB30057 to plateletrich plasma (PRP) isolated from human blood resulted in a concentration-dependent inhibition of thrombin-induced aggregation. Values for $IC_{50}$ and $IC_{100}$ were $54{\pm}4$ nM and $96{\pm}3$ nM, respectively. This inhibition was agonist (thrombin) specific, since $IC_{50}$ values for collagen and ADP were \much greater than those for thrombin. In addition, concentration-dependent inhibitory effects were observed on the serotonin secretion induced by thrombin in PRP. Consistent with these findings, thrombin-induced increase in cytosolic calcium levels was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner. When LB30057 was treated with aortic rings isolated from rats, LB30057 resulted in a concentration-dependent inhibition of thrombin-induced vascular relaxation. All these results suggest that LB30057 is a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation and blood vessel relaxation induced by thrombin.

모멘트의 동적 변환에 의한 Kernel Relaxation의 성능과 RMSE (Performance and Root Mean Squared Error of Kernel Relaxation by the Dynamic Change of the Moment)

  • 본 논문에서는 순차적 학습 방법에서의 동적 모멘트를 제안한다. 동적 모멘트에서의 가변적인 모멘트를 이용하여 수렴 속도와 학습 성능을 향상시키며 회귀율에서도 이를 확인할 수 있다 제안된 학습 방법은 기존의 정적모멘트와는 달리 수렴 정도에 따라 현재의 학습에 과거의 학습률을 달리 반영하는 방법이다. 기존의 정적 상수로 정의된 모멘트가 전체 학습에 동등하게 영향을 주는 반면 제안된 동적모멘트를 이용한 학습 방법은 학습 수행에 따라 동적으로 모멘트를 변경함으로써 수렴 속도와 학습 성능을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있다. 이전의 분류문제와 회귀문제의 분리확인과는 달리 본 논문에서는 제안된 동적모멘트의 성능과 회귀율을 동시에 확인한다. 본 논문에서 사용한 회귀방법은 RMS 오류율을 사용하였으며 제안된 학습방법인 동적모멘트를 SVM(Support Vector Machine)의 순차 학습방법인 KA(Kernel Adatron)과 KR(Kernel Relaxation)에 적용하여 RMS 오류율을 확인하였다. 공정한 학습 성능 평가를 위해 신경망 분류기표준평가데이터인 SONAR 데이터를 이용하였으며 실험 결과 동적모멘트를 이용한 학습 성능과 수렴 속도 및 RMS 오류율이 정적모멘트를 이용한 학습방법보다 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

DC Electrical Current Behavior of Calcia Doped Zirconia Under Various Oxygen Containing Gases

  • The DC current variation of calcia doped zirconia single crystal was measured under various oxygen containing gases at high temperatures. The DC current was influenced by the gas species for oxygen activity establishment. Also, strong non-ohmic characteristics were observed in the $CO/CO_2/N_2$ gas mixtures. Based on the experimental data obtained by introducing the non-buffering gas $N_2$ into the $CO/CO_2$ mixtures, the processes occurring at the gas/solid interface during a defect relaxation process are discussed.

X-선 미소열량계 신호 검출을 위한 광대역 SQUID 전류증폭기와 조절 회로 (Wide-bandwidth SQUID Current Amplifier and Control Electronics for X-ray Microcalorimeter)

  • Wide-bandwidth SQUID current amplifier and its control electronics have been constructed for detecting pulse outputs of a superconducting microcalorimeter. The current amplifier made of a double relaxation oscillation SQUID (DROS) has a bandwidth of 1.2 MHz and typical white noise level of about 6 pA/(equation omitted) Hz. To increase the dynamic range of the current amplifier, the flux-locked loop (FLL) has additional circuits to reset the integrator and to count reset numbers which present the number of passed flux quanta. In this system, dynamic range covers from -65 mA to +65 mA. SQUID electronics are controlled by software to get the optimum FLL condition, and to control the current to bias the transition edge sensor (TES). The electronics are shielded from the outside electromagnetic noises by using an aluminum case of 66 mm ${\times}$ 25 mm ${\times}$ 100 mm, and consist of 2 separate printed-circuit-boards for the current amplifier and the control electronics, respectively. The SQUID current amplifier and its control electronics will be used in TESs for detecting photons such as UV and X-ray with high energy resolution.

절연보호막 처리된 Al-1 % Si박막배선에서 D.C.와 Pulsed D.C. 조건하에서의 electromigration현상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electromigratin Phenomena in Dielectric Passivated Al-1Si Thin Film Interconnections under D.C. and Pulsed D.C.Conditions.)

  • The electromigration phenomena and the characterizations of the conductor lifetime (Time-To-Failure, TTF) in Al-1%Si thin film interconnections under D.C. and Pulsed D.C. conditions were investigated . Meander type test patterns were fabricated with the dimensions of 21080$mu \textrm{m}$ length, 3$\mu\textrm{m}$ width, 0.7$\mu\textrm{m}$ thickness and the 0.1$\mu\textrm{m}$/0.8$\mu\textrm{m}$($SiO_2$/PSG)dielectric overlayer. The current densities of $2 \times10^6 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ and $1 \times10^7 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ were stressed in Al-1%Si thin film interconnection s under a D.C. condition. The peak current densities of $2 \times10^6 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ and $1 \times10^7 A/\textrm{cm}^2$ were also applied under a Pulsed D.C. condition at frequencies of 200KHz, 800KHz, 1MHz, and 4MHz with the duty factor of 0.5. THe time-to-failure under a Pulsed D.C.($TTF_{pulsed D.C}$) was appeared to be larger than that under a D.C. condition. It was found that the TTF under both a D.C. and a Pulsed D.C. condition. It was found that the TTF under both a D.C. and a Pulsed D.C. condition largely depends upon the appiled current densities respectively . This can be explained by a relaxation mechanism view due to a duty cycle under a Pulsed D.C. related to the wave on off. The relaxation phenomena during the pulsed off period result in the decayof excess vacancies generated in the Al-1%Si thin film interconnections because of the electrical and mechanical stress gradient . Hillocks and voids formed by an electromigration were observed by using a SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy).

Metal-Insulator-Metal 캐패시터의 응용을 위한 비정질 BaTi4O9 박막의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Properties of the Amorphous BaTi4O9 Thin Films for Metal-Insulator-Metal Capacitors)

  • Amorphous $BaTi_4O_9$ ($BT_4$) film was deposited on Pt/Si substrate by RF magnetron sputter and their dielectric properties and electrical properties are investigated. A cross sectional SEM image and AFM image of the surface of the amorphous $BT_4$ film deposited at room temperature showed the film was grown well on the substrate. The amorphous $BT_4$ film had a large dielectric constant of 32, which is similar to that of the crystalline $BT_4$ film. The leakage current density of the $BT_4$ film was low and a Poole-Frenkel emission was suggested as the leakage current mechanism. A positive quadratic voltage coefficient of capacitance (VCC) was obtained for the $BT_4$ film with a thickness of <70 nm and it could be due to the free carrier relaxation. However, a negative quadratic VCC was obtained for the films with a thickness ${\geq}96nm$, possibly due to the dipolar relaxation. The 55 nm-thick $BT_4$ film had a high capacitance density of $5.1fF/{\mu}m^2$ with a low leakage current density of $11.6nA/cm^2$ at 2 V. Its quadratic and linear VCCs were $244ppm/V^2$ and -52 ppm/V, respectively, with a low temperature coefficient of capacitance of $961ppm/^{\circ}C$ at 100 kHz. These results confirmed the potential suitability of the amorphous $BT_4$ film for use as a high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor.

전계가 가해진 절연유의 유동대전 특성 고찰 (Study on the Streaming Electrification of Insulating oil Under Electricfield)

  • Streaming electrification on insulating paper and pressboard under D.C. and A.C. electric field was investigated by using paper tubes and oil circulation apparatus. At first, flowing of static charges as measured with no electric field. As the temperature of oil increased, the measured current curve hows peak. As the velocity increased, it shows increasing exponential curve. Then, we applied A.C. and D.C. electric field on paper tube and the current from relaxation tank to earth was measured, which other factors such as temperature and velocity were varied like case of no electric field. The ions in oil carry the charges. So electric field makes asymmetry effect, and electrophoretic effect on ions in oil. We find that as the electric field intensity increased, the charges which were made by electric double layer were increased. The charge vs. velocity curve made peak point at a velocity.

디지털 컨트롤러 공유 및 Pseudo Relaxation Oscillating 기법을 이용한 원-칩 다중출력 SMPS (One-Chip Multi-Output SMPS using a Shared Digital Controller and Pseudo Relaxation Oscillating Technique)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 제어부를 공유하며, 회로 동작시간의 분배 방식을 통해 다중 출력을 지원하는 SMPS를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 Pseudo Relaxation Oscillating 기법의 DPWM 발생기를 사용한다. 제안된 SMPS는 회로의 동작시간 분배 방식을 사용하여 기존의 DPWM 발생기에서 문제가 되는 큰 면적의 디지털 로직 컨트롤러를 공유하는 형태이기 때문에 칩 면적과 효율 측면에서 큰 이점을 가지지만, 각 DPWM 발생기의 실시간 제어가 어려우며 불안정한 출력 전압을 공급할 수 있다는 단점을 가진다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 동작시간 분배 방식으로 인해 동작클록이 인가되지 않은 DPWM 발생기들의 출력전압을 실시간으로 피드백 받아 안정된 출력 전압을 공급할 수 있는 실시간 전류 보정 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 SMPS를 100MHz의 내부 제어 동작 주파수와 10MHz 스위칭 주파수로 동작시킬 시, 소모되는 내부 코어 회로의 최대 전류는 4.9mA이며, 출력 버퍼를 포함한 전체 시스템의 전력 소모는 30mA이다. 또한 800mA, 100KHz의 load current regulation 조건으로 시뮬레이션 시, 3.3V 출력전압에 대한 최대 리플 전압은 11mV, Over/Undershoot voltage는 각각 10mV, 19.6mV 이다. 코어 회로의 크기는 $700{\mu}m{\times}800{\mu}m$의 작은 면적으로 구현가능하다. 제안된 회로는 Dong-bu Hitek BCD $0.35{\mu}m$ 공정을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증되었다.

  • In this work, we have performed the application experiment for real distribution line to diagnose the underground power cables using DC voltage decay measurement system. We have also performed the Isothermal Relaxation Current test for the same distribution line using KDA-l. We could confirmed possibility of grading the insulation aging state of underground power cables. Therefore, we conclude that it is possible to apply DC voltage decay method to the real distribution line.
