조직간 관계의 질 형성과 거래지속 기간의 조절효과에 관한 연구: 수출업체와 수입업체를 중심으로 (Managing Relationship Quality between Exporters and Importers: The Moderating Effect of Duration)

  • 본 연구는 거래지속기간에 따른 수출-수입업체간의 관계의 질에 대한 연구모형을 검토한 것이다. 연구모형은 지각된 유사성, 관계성과, 기회주의가 관계의 질에 영향을 주며, 거래 지속기간이 이들 관계에 조절변수로 작용하는 것으로 설정하였다. 또한 관계의 질은 결속에 영향을 주는 것으로 설정되었다. 연구가설의 검정을 위해 해외수출업체와 관계있는 수입업체 201개를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 대부분의 가설이 지지되었으며, 특히 지각된 유사성은 거래초기에는 관계의 질에 영향을 주지만, 거래후기에는 관계의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치지는 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기회주의는 거래초기보다 거래후기에 더욱 부정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • From the mid-1990s in Korea, performance assessment has been continuously emphasized in school mathematics and thus many researchers and teachers have been steadily studying this topic. But the concepts relevant to performance assessment and its purposes are very confusing because the mathematics educators' different views and voices are vary. As a result most mathematics teachers experience trouble in executing performance assessment properly and effectively in their math class. This unability for proper execution of performance assessment was once again revealed in this study which dealt with 15 articles on performance assessment. These 15 articles includes almost every article written on the topic of performance assessment that have been published in 4 domestic journals since December 1997. By examining this inability, it is required that its concepts and purposes should be organized with a common view and newly defined in the near future. A Study on the Measurement of ERP Implementation Performance by BSC Model : Focused on the Causal Relationships among Performance Indicators

  • The main propose of this research is to examine the performances in ERP introduced enterprises by utilizing BSC model proposed by Kaplan and Norton [1992], to realize this goals, a theoretical review on ERP, BSC, and other related issues is performed in advance, accordingly, research model was generated. In conceptual model analysis, we focused on casual relationships among four performance measurement indicators after introduction of ERP proposed by Kaplan and Norton [2000]. To test the model, structural equation modeling is employed to analyze data collected from 164 enterprises which have introduced ERP for more than 1 year. Survey respondents were confined within the representatives of each enterprise's ERP. Hypotheses proposed in our research are tested by covariance structure model, results are listed as follow : First, learning and growth performance is significant factors for improving both internal process performance and customer performance; second, process performance has a positive impact on customer performance third, despite that customer performance is positively related to financial performance, no direct relationship is found between internal process performance and financial performance, an indirect relationship is built through intermediate medium of customer performance. Based upon these results, we discuss implications at the latter part of paper. Meanwhile, we also provide research limitations, and future research in the final section.

  • Purpose - This study examined the effect of empowering leadership on adaptive performance and verified the mediating effect of job challenge in the relationship between empowering leadership and adaptive performance. Additionally, this study investigated the moderating effect of agentic and communal traits in the relationship between supervisor's empowering leadership and adaptive performance of subordinates. Design/methodology/approach - This study used data collected from 279 participants via an online platform. Multiple regression analysis, bootstrapping, hierarchical regression analysis, and simple slope test were used to analyze the data. Findings - First, supervisor's empowering leadership had a positive effect on adaptive performance. Second, job challenge was found to mediate the relationship between supervisor's empowering leadership and adaptive performance. Third, the agentic trait showed a moderating effect on strengthening the relationship between supervisor's empowering leadership and adaptive performance. However, communal trait did not show a moderating effect. Research implications or Originality - This study examined the moderating effect of agentic traits in the relationship between empowering leadership and adaptive performance, which has not been investigated before.

산업재 시장에서 공정성이 관계품질과 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Justice on Relationship Quality and Performance in Industrial Markets)

  • 본 연구는 산업재 시장에서 공급업체가 지각한 구매업체의 공정성이 관계품질(신뢰와 만족)과 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 산업재시장의 공급업체 284개를 대상으로 실증분석한 결과, 분배공정성, 상호작용공정성 및 쟁점특수공정성은 신뢰에 정의 영향을 미치며, 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 만족에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰는 만족에 정의 영향을 미치고, 관계품질은 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 연구의 시사점을 제시하였고, 연구의 한계점과 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the factors on the performance of na-tional R&D support program. A LISREL model was employed to analyze the relationship between the factors and the performance which was measured in the technological and commercial aspect. The result of the study reveals the R&D management business administration the age and the size of the company industry domain are the factors whose relationship with the performance are sta-tistically significant.

중소기업의 기술역량과 학습역량이 국제화 성과에 미치는 영향: 혁신성과의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Technological and Learning Capability of SMEs on the International Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Innovative Performance)

  • While many previous studies have emphasized that technological and learning capabilities have an important impact on internationalization, however, there have been few attempts to directly identify the mediating role of innovative performance in the relationship between them. Therefore, we tested the relationships among two organizational capabilities such as technological capability and learning capability, innovative performance and internationalization. Specifically, we explored the impact of two organizational capabilities on innovative performance and the mediating role of innovative performance on internationalization. We tested hypotheses based on 206 survey data of Gwangju and Jeonnam provinces' small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The empirical results showed that both technological capability and learning capability had a significantly positive (+) effect on SMEs' innovation performance, and both technological capability and learning capability had a significantly positive (+) effect on internationalization performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the innovation performance is not only related to the relationship between technological capability and internationalization performance but also acts as a partial mediation role in the relationship between the learning capability and internationalization performance. Based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications were provided, and the limitations of this study and future research directions were also discussed.

  • This study is to analyze the relationships between critical success factors of customer relationship management and performance of customer relationship management. To accomplish this purpose, this study performed an empirical analysis of 206 domestic companies which have introduced customer relationship management applications. The result of the study shows that most organizational factors except evaluation and compensation factor have a positively significant effect on the performance of customer relationship management, and that ease of system use and level of system integration influence on the performance of customer relationship management positively.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of relationship quality on customer value, customer satisfaction and relationship retention intention in the B2B transaction relationship. For the empirical study, we conducted a survey of the PCB corporation's client companies and used 110 surveys of them for analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows : First, trust, relationship satisfaction, unity and performance as factors of relationship quality had significantly positive effect on relationship retention intention by the medium of customer satisfaction. Second, utilitarian value which is a parameter did not have significantly effect on customer satisfaction and relationship retention intention. Whereas, hedonic value which is influenced by relationship satisfaction, unity and performance had significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction and relationship retention intention. These results are not treated weightily in the preceding studies and managing the hedonic value in B2B transaction relationship is considered important to improve the customer satisfaction and relationship retention intention.

신기술무역이론의 미시적 실증연구 (An Empirical Study at Firm Level on New Technological Trade Theory)

  • This paper focuses on the relationship between innovation and export performance of technology-based firms in Korea. This study analyses the relationship between innovative activity and firm's performances using a sample of 760 technology-based firms in Korea. As for the firm's performance indicators, export is employed. The empirical results support that innovation has a positive effect on firm's export performance. However, for small and medium firms, the relationship between innovative activity and export performance is an U-shape quadratic form, which shows that small firms takes a minimum innovative expenditure in order to access the abroad market. Also, with product differentiation, innovative firms tends to devot more to domestic market than to abroad market. Therefore, it can be concluded that innovative activity builds market power and accelerates export performance. And product differentiation through advertising expenditure make innovative firms less exporting.
