The overhang structure of photoresist in optical lithography was studied for the metallization of GaAs-related devices throughout lift-off method. Optical contact aligner with a dose of 8.5 m J/cm\ulcornerand with a wavelength of 300mm was used for ultraviolet exposure of single layer of S1400-27 photoresist. The overhang thickness shows a linear relationship with the soaking time in monochlorobenzene, which its magnitude becomes high at elevated softbake temperature. Such process conditions as a low softbake temperature, a long monochlorohbenzene soaking time and a little exposed energy make the development rate of photoresist lower. The optimum process conditions to obtain a target line-width, which include an appropriate overhang structure such as complete separation between the sidewall of photoresist pattern and the deposited metal edge, are determined as the softbake temperature of 64-74\ulcornerC, the monochlorobenzene soaking time of 10-15min, the ultraviolet exposure time of 70-100sec and the development time of 50-80sec.

Industrial efforts for increased market sales have directed towards the development and implementation of on-line marketing systems under recent e-business environment. Internet-based shopping mall is one of the most popular system. A business process model for an intermediary type shopping mall using IDEF0 has been presented in this study. Specific efforts have been focused on defining and analyzing a diversity of business processes embedded in practical B2B and B2C mall system operations. We first briefly examined the considered system with IDEF0 design. We then defined fundamental business processes within shopping mall systems. Upon careful examination and analysis of them, a detailed business process model based on IDEF methodology has been designed. The results in this study may well form a conceptual framework for shopping mall development and operations.

Recently, many software companies are trying to improve the software quality and project outcome with more costs and efforts in development time. In the software convergence and integration environments, it is required efforts to gain high quality of software. In other words, it is required to utilize software engineering knowledge and technology for higher software quality and better software project productivity. The Software development productivity can be varied by software process capability according to building a framework for software development, selection and use of appropriate technology, human resource management. Software process capability will influence software project outcome which is the general opinion. This study provides empirical evidence about software engineering efforts and investment approach to lead software project performance. We measured the software engineering efforts by SW engineering level and analyzed the corelation between software engineering level and schedule deviation. And, we verified that this performance is affected by the size of software company. As a result, software process capability is important to build a infrastructure and develop systematically software project. The higher software engineering level can lead to improved software project performance.

This Paper makes an attempt to suggest a process of automatically generating application software based on the Entity-Relationship model 1. The designer develops an E-R model of an real-world system. 2. The designer inputs the entity and relationship types, and attributes shown in the E-R model, and also the basic operations of the application system to the software generator. 3. The application generator produces database schema and link information between application programs, and then automatically generates a stereo-type application system. In order for the automated application generator to build the application system in a systematic way, four basic program generation rules have been suggested. A set of computer programs have been developed in order to show the applicability of the automated software generation process suggested in this paper. By following each rule with the generator, the designer can build an application in an efficient manner compared with traditional (manual programming) approaches. It has been demonstrated from the case study that the idea of applying an automated generator in systems development based upon the E-R model is feasible.

Mobile financial services with incorporated into IT are actively introduced and being operated worldwide. Meanwhile, a relationship setting of industrial capital and financial capital has a close connection with development process of the financial markets and the economic development. If the relationship setting of industrial capital and financial capital are right, it will be good opportunity to ensure economic development, positive economic effect and global competitiveness of the financial industry as other developed countries. In order to expand the positive effects of these mobile financial services, a ICT companies, etc. should ease regulations to allow entry to the mobile financial services market. That is, the separation of banking and commerce should be abolished.

기업의 신제품 개발과정에서 고객참여는 중요한 전략적 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 고객참여를 고객공동개발 (customer co-development) 과 계약개발 (contract development) 로 구분하고, 고객참여 발표가 기업 가치에 미치는 영향을 이벤트 연구를 통해 분석한다. 바이오 및 제약 산업에 대한 분석을 통해, 본 연구는 계약개발 대비 고객공동 개발이 기업 가치에 미치는 영향은 기업 및 관계 변수에 의해 조절됨을 밝힌다. 특히, 본 연구는 연구개발 협력경험이 많을 때 또는 지분투자를 동반할 때, 고객공동개발이 계약개발에 비해 기업 가치에 양의 영향을 미침을 보여준다.

Purpose - Drawing on the content-process approach, this study examines the effect of employees' perceived utility of education and training in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on their satisfaction. In addition, this study investigates how the human resource management department' activities moderate the relationship between employees' perceived utility of education and training and satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach - This study predicts the positive relationship between employees' perceived utility of education and training and satisfaction, and HR activities strengthens this positive relationship. To test these hypotheses, this study utilized Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) datasets, especially 2017 data at the individual level. The number of the final sample is 425 for the test. Moreover, this study used the hierarchical regression model with SPSS. Finding - As predicted, the analytical results with the hierarchical regression model showed that employees' percieved utility of education and training and satisfaction were positively related. In addition, HR activities strengthened this relationship between employees' percieved utility of education and training and satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This study will provide academic and practical implications for future research on human resource development, especially SMEs by deepening an understanding of the important factors in order to increase employees' satisfaction of education and training. the number of viewers is found in most American films released in Korea.

하나의 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해서는 개발조직의 생산성, 투입되는 노력, 개발일정, 소프트웨어 규모 간에 관계가 있다. 이들 관계를 유도한 식이 소프트웨어 공식이다. 소프트웨어 공식은 근본적으로 규모-노력, 규모-일정 관계가 적용되었다. 이 관계가 적절하지 않을 경우 소프트웨어 공식으로부터 유도되는 비용-일정 타협 공식, 투입인력 프로파일 등의 효용성이 없어진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 수정된 소프트웨어 공식을 유도하였으며, 수정된 소프트웨어 공식에 기반하여 소프트웨어 규모별로 비용-일정을 타협하는 모델들을 제안하였다. 소프트웨어 개발 성공률을 향상시키기 위해 제안된 모델을 적용하면 계약 협상이나 입찰에 도움이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture (innovation culture, relationship culture, hierarchy culture, task culture) as perceived by organizational members and its impact on organizational justice and job performance. This contributes to providing additional data for the revitalization and development of the organizational system for efficient management and operation measures included in the organization's sustainable management. To this end, the hypothesis established through the traditional process of quantitative research was tested as follows. First, organizational culture showed a positive effect on organizational justice. Second, organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on job performance. Third, organizational justice was significantly analyzed in terms of job performance. In other words, the importance of systematic re-establishment and continuous implementation of organizational culture (innovation culture, relationship culture, hierarchy culture, task culture) and organizational justice consistent with organizational characteristics was emphasized in order to improve job performance, which is the result of organizational competitiveness. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

From the economic development perspective, economic growth should accompany structural improvement in order to meet complex demands from a society. In the context of development economics, economic growth is critically dependent on successful structural advancement. The issue of structural change is also important for advanced economies as the landscape of modern industry is changing fast. Many advanced countries of slow growth are experiencing dawdling changes in industry structure. However, there is no definitive answer to the question of whether there is a causal relationship between structural change and growth. This study empirically assesses the relationship between structural change or 'speed' thereof and economic growth in developed countries of OECD. Rather than looking into the causes of structural changes, this study simply measures structural changes in OECD economies and examines if structural change is really contributing to growth. The reason why this study focuses on advanced countries of OECD is rather obvious; technological innovation and emergence of new industries pressure these countries to restructure their economies to address these new challenges though they are at stages well beyond conventional industrialization. And structural rigidity can always limit growth even in advanced countries. The main results of this study can be summarized as a positive relationship between 'change and growth'. 'Change' in this study refers to changes in the industrial structure based on value-added and was analyzed to have a close positive relationship with economic growth. This result is consistent with arguments of early development economists emphasizing structural upgrade as an indispensable process for growth and development. The result of this study potentially confirms that the main argument of development economics is valid also for advanced economies. One of our results suggests that business/professional services and social services should be main targets for restructuring for advanced economies. The rational may be that rapid convergence of manufacturing and services is a key for structural advancement in the era of new technologies. Obviously, as manufacturing technology and production are standardized, it is difficult to secure international competitiveness through traditional manufacturing alone and the role of R&D, design, logistics, and marketing is becoming more important.
