  • Quality Control Circle activity is widely introcuced by manufacturing industries. Q.C.C. is studied not only in relation with five points of view such as corporate culture, labor union, organizational management model in Korea, the Theory W and educational revolution etc. but also in social, cultural background, and national trait's view points. The main goal of this study is to investigate sucessful role and active application in Quality Control Circle activity.

  • Quality estimation of the weld has been one of the important issues in RSW which is a main process of the sheet metal fabrication in auto-body industry. It was well known that among the various welding process variables, dynamic resistance has a close relation with nugget formation. In this study, a new quality estimation algorithm is developed with the primary dynamic resistance measured at welding machine timer. For this, Back propagation algorithm of neural network is used.

  • In rock mass, great many discontinuity exists that is caused to various factors of formation. But these are parted to some groups by specific category, so called these as discontinuity set. This discontinuity set has unique special characteristics in original rock mass, but for the moment, differ the special quality if external force such as digging etc. acts, specially, change of stress condition. Also, geometrical relation change between discontinuity orientation and direction of excavation various characteristic is seen. Therefore, we introduce here the useful chart that can do specification these relation.

기업의 시장지향성과 투자의사결정 (Market orientation and investment decision of firms)

  • This paper is aim to test how market orientation is related to the investment decision making. After controlling for firm-specific factors, this study finds a significantly positive relationship between market orientation and R&D expenditures, especially firms with high ratio of intangible assets and low ratio of abnormal inventory assets. Under conditions of low quality of earnings, the negative relation between market orientation and R&D expenditures is enhanced in electronic related industries. This indicates that the relation between market orientation and R&D expenditures may exhibit more reasonable patterns for investment decision of firms in technology driven business environment.

급식산업의 서비스품질과 고객애호도 연구 (A Study on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty of Foodservice Industry)

  • This study is for confirming and finding which kinds of parameter is on Service Quality and Customer Loyalty of Foodservice Operation. For this, the purpose of the study is investigating the relationship between A Customer Loyalty and the factors which would affect it, relative influence-relation about meditate roles of influence-factors. A study model and several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Moreover, after making a question sheet, based on the collected and analyzed 250 of them. The study model was analyzed with, SPSS 10.0 and AMOS 4.0 program. At first, when the quality of service is high, it directly affects Customer satisfaction. With the result from the study, it is prove that the service quality is very important. On the other hand, the service quality do not directly affect the Customer Loyalty. The second, when the value of service is high, it affects the customer-satisfaction. But, although the value of service is high, it doesn't directly affect the Customer Loyalty. So, it is clear that the value of Service on Foodservice Operations is the variable precedent of customer-satisfaction. The third, when the customer-satisfaction is high, customer loyalty is high. It is necessary to make the strategy about the management of Foodservice for keeping customer-satisfaction steadily. According to this study, the important variables are the value of service, the service quality and customer-satisfaction. With these results, we have to manage the factors for keeping the Customer Loyalty in Foodservice Operations.

건해태(김)의 아연 및 마그네숨 함양과 품질과의 관계 (THE RELATION BETWEEN QUALITY AND CONTENT OF ZINC AND MAGNESIUM IN DRIED LAVER, PORPHYRA TENERA KJELLMAN)

  • The growth of sea weeds is greatly affected by the environmental conditions of ambient water. Especially nutrient salts in sea water function as a major factor to the growth of lavers, so that the content of inorganic substances in lavers could he a criterion for quality evaluation of lavers. In this experiment, the relation between the quality and the content of Zinc and Magnesium which are not only physiologically active and closely related with pigments such as chlorophll and phycobilins but also important in quantify is discussed if such a measurement to be an index for quality evaluation. Sixteen samples of layers were collected from three different culture farms, 7 from Jangrim-Busan, 6 from Wando-Jeon Nam, 3 from Hadong-Gyeong Nam, and classified into 3 quality grades to each farm and to whole samples by organoleptic test. Zinc and Magnesium were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. For pigment analysis, chlorphyll was extracted with 85 percent acetone, filtered and the absorbance was measured at 660 nm and the residue was further extracted with phosphoric buffer solution to determine the optical density for phycobilins at 560 nm. The result showed that the total content of Zinc and Magnesium varied between the farms, but kept consistent with quality grades from the same farm. The Zinc content was correlated proportion- ally with the content of phycobilins, and Magnesium content in total ash could roughly represent the content of chlorophll except some examples in which the Magnesium content of chlorophyll-ext ractresiduewasexceptionallyhigher. In conclusion the contents of these metals provide an applicable index for quality judgment of lavers.

스마트폰 사용 특성별 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수 분석 (An Analysis of Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index of Smart Phone by Usage Characteristics)

  • This paper is a follow up to the previous study which reveals that smartphone users are divided into three subcategories according to their usage characteristics. In this paper, these groups are called as 'general', 'entertainment', and 'work-assistant', taking into account their respective characteristics. The 'general' is a group whose smartphone usage characteristics are not focused on a specific purpose, the 'entertainment' is focused on music, internet, SNS, picture, and e-banking, and the 'work-assistant' is on work, GPS, diary. Inter-relation between the importance and satisfaction for the purchase determinants to the groups is investigated. In addition, Kano analysis of quality attributes is also performed, which includes quality type, satisfaction/dissatisfaction index, and PCSI (Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement) index. The analysis result are as follows. Firstly, inter-relation between importance and satisfaction differs by user group. 'Internet', 'Ease of use', and 'Performance' purchase determinants are evaluated as competitive determinants in 'work-assistant' user group. Secondly Kano quality types of quality characteristics also differs by user group. 'Application' was classified as an attractive (A) types to 'entertainment' group and so on. 'Internet' 'Failure/Bug', 'Touch response rate' and 'Charging' are located in 'Nice' Region of S-PCSI Diagram and have to be considered as strategic quality characteristics. The results of this study is expected to give some helps in establishing a customer tailored quality strategy.

농촌지역 중노년층 주민의 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 질 관계에서 우울의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Depression on Self-rated Health and Quality of Life of Middle-aged and Elderly in Rural Areas)

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역 중·노년층 주민의 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 질과의 관계를 파악하고, 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 질과의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과를 확인하여 농촌지역 중·노년층 주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 시도 되었다. A군의 40세 이상 주민 235명의 주관적 건강상태, 우울, 삶의 질을 측정하여 분석하였고 매개효과의 통계적 유의성은 Sobel test로 검증하였다. 대상자의 주관적 건강상태는 삶의 질과 정적 상관관계가 있었으며 우울은 주관적 건강상태, 삶의 질의 신체적 건강지수와 정신적 건강지수 모두에서 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 주관적 건강상태와 우울은 농촌지역 중·노년층 주민의 삶의 질을 결정짓는 중요한 요인이며, 주관적 건강상태와 삶의 질의 관계에서 우울은 삶의 질에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 농촌지역 중노년층 주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 주관적 건강상태 개선 및 우울 경감을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 운영이 요구된다.

인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰 디자인 품질이 이용고객 관계의 질과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Determinants of Customer Satisfaction in Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Product Franchises)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질과 특정 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계의 질, 및 관계지속의도와의 영향관계를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질의 일부 요인들이 이용고객과의 관계의 질인 신뢰와 만족, 몰입 모두에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰에 대한 고객의 관계의 질을 구성하는 고객의 신뢰와 만족, 몰입 요인 모두 거래하고 있는 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰과의 관계지속의도에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질을 구성하는 그래픽 품질과 멀티미디어 품질의 경우 거래하고 있는 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰과의 관계지속의도에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 소규모 창업 인터넷 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질이 이용고객들과의 관계의 질, 나아가 궁극적으로 미래의 재무성과로 이어질 수 있는 재구매의도나 추천의도와 같은 관계지속의도 전반에 대해 실증적으로 검증하였으며, 소규모 창업 인터넷 패션쇼핑몰 성과와 관련하여 매우 의의있는 연구결과로 볼 수 있다.
