우리나라 정기선사의 국제경쟁력에 관한 연구 (A Study on the International Competitiveness of the Korea Liner Shipping Commany)

  • 급변하는 세계 경제환경 하에서 생존과 발전을 지속하기 위해서는 우리 나라 정기선사도 신속한 변화와 대응이 필요하다. 즉 개방화 및 자율화의 큰 흐름으로 급변하는 세계적인 해운환경의 변화에 맞추어 우리 나라의 해운산업정책토 종전의 보호와 폐쇄위주의 정책에서 점진적으로 개방과 자율화로 그 기조가 변화되어 가고 있으며 국제해상운송을 담당하고 있는 정기선사들 역시 원가절감과 고객서비스의 제고라는 화주의 요구에 부응하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 즉, 한편에서는 규모의 경제를 통한 원가절감을 위해 대형컨테이너선의 투입을 늘리는 동시에 다른 한편에서는 선사들간 전략적 제휴를 통해 서비스항로의 범위와 서비스 빈도를 확대하고 지역별로 서비스를 특화하는 등 화주의 다양한 고객서비스 요구에도 부응하려는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 정기선사의 국제경쟁력을 파악하려는데 그 목적이 있으며 정기선사에 의하여 이루어지는 정기선운송을 그 대상으로 하였다.

21C 치과 기공과 교육의 방향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the educational direction of Dental Technology Department in the 21st century)

  • The 21st centurt, the era of change-space, is requesting us to readjust our education system. In other words, we should renew it by looking back into the past cultivate more advanced ideas. As a matter of fact junior colleges have been considered just as miniture of universities in every way such as curriculum, prossor emploment, school affairs, etc. Therefore we should change our existing education system not to be criticized for the next century. May students are trained for industry as dental technicians in our department of college. We should educate experiment and practice substantially as college professors as well as exert ourselves in developing our abilities to adapt to high diverse industrial technique, putting emphasis on practice more than theory. It is mecessary for us to sufficiently teach the technique to good students and make them display their abilities in order to produce high quality goods. Reinvestment ineducation is a condition precedent. Dental laboratories have just employed the students that graduated from our college. However it's time for a change. They should pay attention to our education and assist us in all respects with the thought of equally educating professional dental technicians together with us. The field practice system is subject to reinforcement so that our students have more opporunities of utilizing the tools and materials for practice. Finally we should not only carry out new reserch more deeply no less than dental technicians who are experienced in business for development of education system but endeavor to meet pratical education by adding what is pratically needed in dental laboratories to the existing education system.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국의 기록관리학 교과과정을 비교하여 봄으로써 교과과정의 특성과 변화, 기록관리학과 문헌정보학의 관련성, 기록관리학의 각 지식범주별 교과목의 수와 분포를 분석하고 앞으로 기록관리 교과과정의 개편 방향을 설정하고자 하였다. 미국의 기록관리학과 비교하여 한국의 기록관리학은 지식범주별 공통필수 교과목이나 선수 과목 설정을 통해 보다 체계적이고 기록관리의 탄탄한 토대를 만들어줄 필요가 있다. 그리고 디지털 기술의 발전과 함께 통합된 환경 안에서 정보 기술을 활용하는 방법과 비판적 사고 능력 개발에 중점을 둔 교과과정의 강화로 기록관리의 효율성을 높여야한다. 또한 체계적인 실습과 인턴쉽의 제공, 세미나와 특강, 논문 작성을 통한 연구 능력의 강화가 복잡해지는 기록관리 업무에서의 문제해결능력을 키우게 할 것이다.

Microstructural changes of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers (T300 and T700) due to isothermal oxidation (1): focusing on morphological changes using scanning electron microscopy

  • Polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fibers have high specific strength, elastic modulus, thermal resistance, and thermal conductivity. Due to these properties, they have been increasingly widely used in various spheres including leisure, aviation, aerospace, military, and energy applications. However, if exposed to air at high temperatures, they are oxidized, thus weakening the properties of carbon fibers and carbon composite materials. As such, it is important to understand the oxidation reactions of carbon fibers, which are often used as a reinforcement for composite materials. PAN-based carbon fibers T300 and T700 were isothermally oxidized in air, and microstructural changes caused by oxidation reactions were examined. The results showed a decrease in the rate of oxidation with increasing burn-off for both T300 and T700 fibers. The rate of oxidation of T300 fibers was two times faster than that of T700 fibers. The diameter of T700 fibers decreased linearly with increasing burn-off. The diameter of T300 also decreased with increasing burn-off but at slower rates over time. Cross-sectional observations after oxidation reactions revealed hollow cores in the longitudinal direction for both T300 and T700 fibers. The formation of hollow cores after oxidation can be traced to differences in the fabrication process such as the starting material and final heat treatment temperature.

사용자의 감성반응에 기초한 형태 분석 도구에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Form Analysis Tools Based on the User's Emotional Response)

  • 최근 사용자 중심의 디자인과 형태개발 및 분석은 성공적 디자인의 중요한 방법론으로 부각되고 있다. 사용자의 형태분석을 위해서는 기존 방법의 통합적인 접근과 더불어 디자이너의 전문도구로서 고찰되고 개발되는 것이 요구된다. 특히 기존의 분석도구들은 디자이너의 요구에 적합할 수 있도록 분석결과의 시각화과 명확한 방향성 제시가 요구되며, 사용자 감성반응을 형태분석에 응용할 수 있는 다각적인 방법의 모색이 요구된다. 또한 분석도구로서의 전문성을 강화하고 디자이너가 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 디자이너 친화적 인터페이스의 적용이 필요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 감성반응을 기존의 형태분석 도구에 활용하기 위한 방법과 체계를 분석하며, 이를 통하여 사용자의 감성적 반응에 기초한 형태분석 도구를 제시하였다. 구체적인 형태분석의 도구는 통합적 관리, 변수설정, 분석결과의 시각화, 데이터마이닝을 통한 심층 분석, 사용자 중심 분석결과의 연관성 강화의 5가지 컨셉으로 제시되었으며, 프로젝트 관리, 분석프레임 설정, 데이터 입출력, 기초 분석, 심층분석의 5가지 모듈로서 개발되었다. 제안된 도구는 모바일 폰의 사례조사를 통하여 그 효용성을 알아보았으며, 도구 활용의 사용성과 형태분석의 타당성이 검증되었다.

  • Smart Phone 보급이 확산되면서 인터넷 PC를 대체하는 모바일 통신으로 활용되고 있다. Smart Phone은 기존의 전력망과 IT가 융합된 Smart Grid에도서 업무용으로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 Smart Phone을 통한 Smart Grid 네트워크 접속에서 접속과 제어에 대한 보안 취약점과 Smart Grid 네트워크에 대한 취약점에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Smart Phone을 사용하여 Smart Grid 네트워크를 통한 전력망 시스템에 접근할 때의 접속 취약점에 대한 연구를 한다. 또한 Smart Phone을 사용하여 Smart Grid 네트워크에 접속 한 후에 전력정보, 통제정보, 개인정보 등에 대한 접근 권한을 탈취 가능성에 취약성을 분석하여 발생하는 문제점과 대해 연구한다. 그리고 Smart Phone을 통한 Smart Grid 네트워크 보안 취약점에 대한 보안 강화를 위한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A case study on asymmetric deformation mechanism of the reserved roadway under mining influences and its control techniques

  • The double-lane arrangement model is frequently used in underground coal mines because it is beneficial to improve the mining efficiency of the working face. When the double-lane arrangement is used, the service time of the reserved roadway increases by twice, which causes several difficulties for the maintenance of the roadway. Given the severe non-uniform deformation of the reserved roadway in the Buertai Coal Mine, the stress distribution law in the mining area, the failure characteristics of roadway and the control effect of support resistance (SR) were systematically studied through on-site monitoring, FLAC 3D numerical simulation, mechanical model analysis. The research shows that the deformation and failure of the reserved roadway mainly manifested as asymmetrical roof sag and floor heave in the region behind the working face, and the roof dripping phenomenon occurred in the severe roof sag area. After the coal is mined out, the stress adjustment around goaf will happen to some extent. For example, the magnitude, direction, and confining pressure ratio of the principal stress at different positions will change. Under the influence of high-stress rotation, the plastic zone of the weak surrounding rock is expanded asymmetrically, which finally leads to the asymmetric failure of roadway. The existing roadway support has a limited effect on the control of the stress field and plastic zone, i.e., the anchor cable reinforcement cannot fully control the roadway deformation under given conditions. Based on obtained results, using roadway grouting and advanced hydraulic support during the secondary mining of the panel 22205 is proposed to ensure roadway safety. This study provides a reference for the stability control of roadway with similar geological conditions.

노후화된 균일형 저수지 제체의 월류모형실험과 3차원 침투특성 (Overtopping Model Experiments and 3-D Seepage Characteristics of the Embankment of Deteriorated Homogeneous Reservoirs)

  • In this study, an overtopping model experiments and three dimensional seepage characteristics at the deteriorated homogeneous reservoirs were performed to investigate the behavior of failure for embankment and spillway transitional zone due to overtopping. The failure pattern, pore water pressure, earth pressure and settlement by overtopping were compared and analyzed. The pattern of the failure by overtopping was gradually enlarged towards reservoirs crest from the spillway transition zone at initial stage. In the rapid stage and peak stage, the width and depth of failure gradually increased, and the pattern of the failure appeared irregular and several direction of the erosion. In the early stage, the pore water pressure at spillway transitional zone was more affected as its variation and failure width increased. In the peak stage, the pore water pressure was significantly increased in all locations due to the influence of seepage. The earth pressure increased gradually according to overtopping stage. The pore pressure by the numerical analysis was larger than the experimental value, and the analysis was more likely to increase steadily without any apparent variation. The horizontal and vertical displacements were the largest at the toe of slope and at the top of the dam crest, respectively. The results of this displacement distribution can be applied as a basis for determining the position of reinforcement at the downstream slope and the crest. The collapse in the overtopping stage began with erosion of the most vulnerable parts of the dam crest, and the embankment was completely collapsed as the overtopping stage increased.

방송사 건물의 친환경 설계 적용 요소에 대한 에너지 소비 분석 연구 (The Energy Consumption Analysis for the Eco-friendly Design Application Factors of a Broadcasting Building)

  • This study is expected to provide some basic data on how to apply more economical and efficient eco-friendly factors to reduce the carbon emissions. It has been scrutinized and analyzed the environmental factors of passive eco-friendly elements along with active eco-friendly elements as more efficient factors for energy conservation based on the case of a newly constructed broadcasting building with the green building certification in Sangam-dong DMC area. The first analysis was the energy consumption trends in Korea and the necessity of energy saving. Secondly, it was examined the energy consumption in the current status of the broadcasting building. Thirdly, it was looked into the correlation between the eco-friendly design application factors applied to the broadcasting building and the energy consumption types. As a result of the analysis, the application of fan and feed pump inverter along with ventilation system of waste heat recovery ventilation system were more meaningful in accordance with the economic feasibility of broadcasting buildings rather than economical effect of passive elements such as rooftop garden, reinforcement of building insulation. Also, the application of lighting control had the economical feasibility. Therefore, when it is intended to change the green building certification energy related evaluation items of the similar broadcasting building types, it is necessary to change the direction of adding weight to the more economical active element items in the future.

공개공지 조성지침 시대별 특징 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study for Ameliorating Design Guidelines to Vitalize Privately Owned Public Space(POPS))

  • POPS(Privately Owned Public Spaces) is one of the major component that vitalize the city by private sectors providing open-spaces to the public. It holds great significances and possibilities within CBD(Central Business District) which lack open-space and green-space. Despite of its importance, a large number of problems such as deficient accessibility for the public and being unpractical from constructing only with formality occur in existing POPS. POPS should be for both owners and public because it is a public space located within a private estate. To vitalize POPS, functions like "diversity", "accessibility and connectivity", and "usability" are essential. Providing diverse types of spaces makes dynamic city, and the spaces must have easy access by public and variety of functions. Managements by diverse types of POPS are necessary to improve availability and to provides suitable spaces. To make diverse types of POPS, advanced classifications of type and clear criteria are required. From aspect of accessibility and connectivity, firstly detailed instructions for the arrangement are necessary for reinforcement. Specific research on means of connection such as how many faces of POPS should adjoin streets and in which direction it should be facing should be applied. Purposes of POPS must be specified depending on the type of POPS. By connecting adjacent buildings with POPS, one of the main principal of vitalizing POPS, inflow of people can be increased. Accordingly, improvements of design guidelines in "diversity", "accessibility and connectivity", and "usability" can be suggested to vitalize POPS. With these concerns in mind, this paper analyzes problems of current Seoul POPS guidelines with three aspects.
