We conducted a Tunnel Seismic Prediction (TSP) survey in a spillway tunnel at Juam Dam to predict the locations of major discontinuities ahead of the tunnel face. We compared the results of the TSP survey with those from pre-construction inspections (including a surface resistivity survey and borehole investigations) as well as with direct tunnel-face mapping during excavation. The TSP method predicted the locations of major fracture zones that were unnoticed in the pre-construction inspections. The reinforcement patterns planned on the basis of pre-construction inspections were changed on the basis of the TSP results. The results demonstrate that TSP surveys are a cost-effective and reliably accurate method of predicting the locations of fracture zones. Although the TSP method has some limitations, these results suggest that the method is generally useful for predicting geological conditions prior to tunnel face construction.

As the quality and level of life rise, many people are doing search for various pieces of information about tourism. In addition, users prefer the search methods reflecting individual opinions such as SNS and blogs to the official websites of tourist destination. Many of previous studies focused on a recommendation system for tourist courses based on the GPS information and past travel records of users, but such a system was not capable of recommending the latest tourist trends. This study thus set out to collect and analyze the latest SNS data to recommend tourist destination of high interest among users. It also aimed to propose an altered TSP algorithm to recommend the optimal routes to the recommended destination within an area and a system to recommend the optimal tourist courses by applying the Elasticsearch engine. The altered TSP algorithm proposed in the study used the location information of users instead of Dijkstra's algorithm technique used in previous studies to select a certain tourist destination and allowed users to check the recommended courses for the entire tourist destination within an area, thus offering more diverse tourist destination recommendations than previous studies.
Ant Colony System (ACS) Algorithm is new meta heuristic for hard combinatorial optimization problem. It is a population based approach that uses exploitation of positive feedback as well as greedy search. It was first proposed for tackling the well known Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). In this paper, we introduce ACS of new method that adds reinforcement value for each edge that visit to Local/Global updating rule. and the performance results under various conditions are conducted, and the comparision between the original ACS and the proposed method is shown. It turns out that our proposed method can compete with tile original ACS in terms of solution quality and computation speed to these problem.
Reinforcement learning takes reward about selecting action when agent chooses some action and did state transition in Present state. this can be the important subject in reinforcement learning as temporal-credit assignment problems. In this paper, by new meta heuristic method to solve hard combinational optimization problem, examine Ant-Q learning method that is proposed to solve Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) to approach that is based for population that use positive feedback as well as greedy search. And, suggest Ant-TD reinforcement learning method that apply state transition through diversification strategy to this method and TD-error. We can show through experiments that the reinforcement learning method proposed in this Paper can find out an optimal solution faster than other reinforcement learning method like ACS and Ant-Q learning.
○ ○ tunnel that is located at Iksan - Jangsu freeway ○ ○, has collapsed during construction at the valley with shallow depth. Although, the site investigations, such as TSP, drilling exploration and so of indicated the presence of discontinuities in this section. The RMR was upgraded and the construction were carried out because that not only actual rock qualities were relatively good during construction but also the tunnel foe was stabilized. However, the tunnel was collapsed at the same time blasting of full face, and surface and underground water was infiltrated due to the settlement of the upper part of the tunnel face. To restore the collapsed section, 3-d tunnel stability analysis was performed and suitable reinforcement methods were chosen. The cavity of the upper tunnel face was stabilized by means of UAM and ALC injection. And the settlement was restored using L.W grouting method.
Around 70% of Korea is mountainous, an increase in tunnel construction. It's due to the growing interest of the public for the environment and land required for the road construction is very scarce. During construction of 'Daedong 1 tunnel' in the expressway expansion project between Naengjeong and Busan, there are shallow shaft due to this tunnel located in the valley and the shafts are separated, and penetrating location change was inevitable for construction was delayed because of complaint. So, we change the position of the penetrating by applying multi-channel TSP, and conducted a stability analysis. The analysis results showed that there is no problem on the stability of the tunnel. To secure the construction of additional stability, We installed instrument, performed mechanical excavation, added reinforcement at shallow shaft and conducted bench cut.

As construction for road tunnel is increasing, various geotechnical conditions can be faced during the construction stage. Especially, if the tunnel is located in limestone area, many kinds of site investigations such as in-situ boring, electrical resistance survey, TSP(Tunnel Seismic Prediction) and etc., are conducted before and during the construction. By conducting these preliminary tests, location, size, and filling materials in limestone cavities can be approximately estimated. Once some cavities which can be harmful for tunnel safety are predicted, methods for ground reinforcement and tunnel excavation, corresponding those ground conditions, have to be established and verified by measurement data and numerical analysis. If necessary, invert lining should be also considered. In this paper, by studying some cases of tunnels constructed in limestone area, predicted problems during construction and rational countermeasures for those are presented.

The area of investigation belongs to Okchon metamorphic zone and the fault fractured zone runs parallel to the tunnel direction. It causes the independent decline of tunnel face and the slackness of the tunnel surrounding base so, after all, the severe displacement has occurred within the tunnel. Accordingly, the TSP(Tunnel Seismic Prediction) survey has been performed to investigate the extent of fault fractured zone and to analize its characteristics. Also, we have analized the behavior causes by performing the tunnel face mapping and drilling investigation, and confirmed the position and scale of geological anomaly area and front fractured zone which influences tunnel excavation and supporting. Collected data analyzed ground layer condition through 3 dimensional modeling. Several variables included in the modeling were analyzed by geostastistics. The analysis of the modeling data shows that the belt of weathering by fault fractured zone is developing on the basis of the right side of tunnel and that is decreasing to the left side. The fault fractured zone was confirmed that it has strike, $N0\~5^{\circ}E$ dip NW, and it is consisted of large-scale fractured zone including several anomalies. The severe displacement in tunnel is probably caused by asymmetrical load that n generated by the crossing of discontinuity and the rock strength imbalance of tunnel's both side by fault fractured zone, and judge that need tunnel reinforcement method of grouting etc.

To construct the accurate radio satellite navigation system, the efficient communication each satellite with the ground station is very important. Throughout the communication, the orbit of each satellite can be corrected, and those information will be used to analyze the satellite satus by the operator. Since there are limited resources of ground station, the schedule of antenna's azimuth and elevation angle should be optimized. On the other hand, the satellite in the medium earth orbit does not pass the same point of the earth surface due to the rotation of the earth. Therefore, the antenna pass schedule must be updated at the proper moment. In this study, Q learning approach which is a form of model-free reinforcement learning and genetic algorithm are considered to find the optimal antenna schedule. To verify the optimality of the solution, numerical simulations are conducted.
