Purpose: The outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS) in KOREA has brought up the demands for ventilation guideline and regulations for healthcare facilities since most of the infection was spreaded inside healthcare facility. Currently KOREA has no ventilation guideline or regulations covering entire section of healthcare facility. The purpose of this study is to investigate current ventilation methods in KOREA healthcare facilities to in future, propose ventilation guideline. Methods: Research of foreign counties ventilation guideline and regulation for healthcare facilities were conducted for reference. Field investigation with survey of 21 healthcare were conducted to identify the ventilation system and operating methods. Additionally survey for healthcare workers were conducted to observe the recognition related to ventilation system in healthcare facility. Results: The result showed that most of foreign countries ventilation guideline and regulation suggests similar items to reduce the spread of infection and maintain good indoor air quality. The investigation results indicated that fixed guideline for ventilation in healthcare facility were required due to different ventilation operating methods. Survey result of healthcare workers has told us that ventilation guideline and regulation is needed to prevent further infection. Implications: Absence of ventilation guideline and regulations for healthcare facility in KOREA is an urgent issue.

Aurora B is an important kinase involved in dynamic cellular events in mitosis. Aurora B activity is controlled by several post-translational modifications (PTMs). Among them, E3 ubiquitin ligase-mediated ubiquitination plays crucial roles in controlling the relocation and degradation of Aurora B. Aurora B, ubiquitinated by different E3 ligases, moves to the exact site for its mitotic function during metaphase-anaphase transition and is then degraded for cell cycle progression at the end of mitosis. However, how the stability of Aurora B is maintained until its degradation has been poorly understood. Recently, we have found that USP35 acts as a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) for Aurora B and affects its stability during cell division, thus being involved in the regulation of mitosis. In this review, we discuss the USP35-mediated deubiquitination of Aurora B and the regulation of mitotic progression by USP35.

This paper, describe about a generation of a syllable restoration regulation for a post processing of a speech recognition and a decrease of a restoration candidate. It created a syllable restoration regulation to create a restoration candidate pronounced with phonetic value recognized through a post processing of the formula system that was a tone to recognize syllable unit phonetic value for a performance enhancement of a dialogue serial speech recognition. Also, I presented a plan to remove a regulation to create unused notation from a real life in a restoration regulation with a plan to reduce number candidate of a restoration meeting. A design implemented a restoration candidate set generator in order a syllable restoration regulation display that it created a proper restoration candidate set. The proper notation meeting that as a result of having proved about a standard pronunciation example and a word extracted from a pronunciation dictionary at random, the notation that an utterance was former was included in proved with what a generation became.

The ICAO AMO global recognition system will be instituted in 2024, with the aim of reducing the certification and surveillance burden on aviation authorities and approved maintenance organizations (AMOs). If the domestic AMO certification and surveillance system is internationally recognized through this system, it may facilitate the rapid development of the domestic MRO industry in South Korea. To ensure international recognition of the domestic AMO system, the AMO surveillance and regulation system must be improved. This study reviewed ICAO policies, standards, guidelines, and leading aviation authorities' regulations and systems with regard to maintenance organization certification and surveillance, and a comparative analysis with the domestic system was conducted. From this, gaps in aviation safety inspection personnel training, qualification, and surveillance were identified, and measures for improving inspection personnel training and organization certification and surveillance system maintenance were elucidated to preemptively respond to the ICAO AMO global recognition system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the emotional ability between abused children and general children by comparing their emotional intelligence and emotional control. Participants were 17 abused children who had been separated from their abusers and 17 general children, all elementary school students. The answers to the questionnaire items on emotional intelligence and situations of emotional motivation were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U as a study tool. The results of this study were as follows: First, the difference of emotional intelligence between abused children and general children was statistically significant. Abused children received lower scores than general children when it came to their emotional recognition, emotional expression, empathy, and emotional regulation as a subordinate scope of emotional intelligence. Second, the difference of emotional regulation strategy between abused children and general children was statistically significant. Abused children presented negative responses and less frequently used positive strategy, inhibitory avoidance strategy and alternative strategy than general children. Third, the difference of emotional regulation motivation between abused children and general children was statistically significant. Abused children presented less prosocial motivation, motivation of self-preservation and normative motivation than general children.

This study found out the influence of CCTV recognition and Self-efficacy on job satisfaction for 275 child care teachers working at daycare centers in Chungcheongbuk-do Province, and verified the regulation effect of Self-efficacy in the process. SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) 22.0 was used for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was found that factors such as the guarantee of child's right, the guarantee of teachers' rights, and the self - efficacy were influential factors on the job satisfaction of the child care teachers. Second, it has been confirmed that the guarantee of teachers' rights and self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of child care teachers have a regulation effect. This study can be meaningful in that it provided basic data to enhance the quality of child care services by analyzing the factors of influence on the job satisfaction of child care teachers and presenting specific measures accordingly.

D-raf, a Drosophila homolog of the human c-raf-1, is known as a signal transducer in cell proliferation and differentiation. A previous study found that the D-raf gene expression is regulated by the DNA replication-related element (DRE)/DRE-binding factor (DREF) system. In this study, we found the sequences homologous to transcription factor C/EBP, MyoD, STAT and Myc recognition sites in the D-raf promoter. We have generated various base substitutional mutations in these recognition sites and subsequently examined their effects on D-raf promoter activity through transient CAT assays in Kc cells with reporter plasmids p5'-878DrafCAT carrying the mutations in these binding sites. Through gel mobility shift assay using nuclear extracts of Kc cells, we detected factors binding to these recognition sites. Our results show that transcription factor C/EBP, STAT and Myc binding sites in D-raf promoter region play a positive role in transcriptional regulation of the D-raf gene and the Myo D binding site plays a negative role.
