It is valuable research area regarding to developing manufacturing process of biogas from organic wastes take a side view of alternative for fossil energy and to improve the environmental atmosphere leads to decrease the greenhouse gas be discharged. The regulation which is prepared by environmental department shows that biogas as a transportation fuel is required to purity of above 95%, while it of natural gas is above 88%. However, in this situation it is necessary to prepare the regulation which is distributed by department of transportation as for the fuel be connected to vehicles as well in order to take step forward, and it is suggest to develop the technics of biogas this country's own original one, not be the technics imported from foreign countries, and also to turn to higher practical use of biogas for transportation area, since it shows far much less ratio have compared to other application areas.

Air pollutants nitrogen oxides are inevitably generated in the combustion reaction. Its amount trend is steadily increasing because the rapid modern industrialization and population growth. For this reason, NOx is controlled to reducing the harmful components in the exhaust gas. So Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) take effect 'Tier I', 'Tier II' of air pollution regulation in 2005 and 2011 respectively. According to NOx emissions are strictly regulated management of the vessel through them. In addition, since 2016 the regulation enter into force in the next step 'Tier III' was confirmed by MEPC 66th committee. It's 80% enhanced emissions limits than the 'Tier I' Alternatively these emission regulation, research is actively being carried out about exhaust gas after-treatment methods through the vessel application of Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR). Therefore depending on the basic specification of cell density according to the Area velocity, Space velocity, Linear velocity is studied the effects of NOx removal efficiency

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the 3 types of indoor ventilation methods such as natural, mechanical, and hybrid ventilation in high-rise building which is affected by stack effect and outdoor air pressure. For the evaluation of the ventilation capacity, CFD simulation was performed in a typical high-rise residential building. The results of the simulations are as follows: 1) Natural ventilation method is not enough to the regulation. 2) In case of mechanical ventilation, congested area is occurred but meets the regulation. 3) In case of hybrid ventilation with stack effect, all the areas of indoor meet the regulation and congested area is reduced. 4) In case of high-rise building, the differences of ventilation rate among houses in the building are not large because the mechanical ventilation is main factor.

In this paper, we propose a method of vehicle license plate recognition on PDA for illegal parking car regulation. we classified three kinds of vehicle license plates being used down to date since the introduction of each vehicle license Plate using features of each one. And we recognized vehicle license plates segmentation the AreaName, the AreaCode, the TypeCharacter and the Numbers. A 88.7% recognition accuracy was obtained through the experiment of the proposed vehicle license plate recognition system using the obtained images of PDA.

This study suggests that the system improvement priority of the Natural Conservation Zone of the Metropolitan Area Maintenance Planning Law, which was enacted for about 37 years. First of all, through the precedent research and the consultation meeting, the improvement plan was divided into the short term and the mid(or long) term. Important findings and implications are as follows. The short-term priority results were 'Improve water quality regulation', 'Strengthen individual location regulations of factories and induce multi-use plan position', and 'Improvement of waterfront area regulation', which were both critical and urgent. The mid-term(or Long-term) priority results were 'To integrate development and environmental duplication regulations', 'Abolition and unification of environmental laws', and 'Adjustment and resetting of natural conservation areas', which were both critical and urgent. On the other hand, 76.4% of the residents and 64.5% of the experts are concerned about the necessity of improvement of the Natural Conservation Zone system. Both residents and experts seem to be aware of the necessity. Opinions about Improvement and mitigation of regulations on Natural Conservation Zone that were constantly raised. In the past, there was a temporary and fragmented institutional mitigation of the government. However, with the rapid development of eco-friendly technologies since 2010, Our Country Conditions is in a transition period. This study has significant implications for the improvement and mitigation of metropolitan area regulations.

In this paper the consumer protection regulations of 16 wide area self-governments in Korea are studied. Status of consumer protection policy committees and their general policies for consumer protection of these wide area self-governments are also investigated. The data of consumer protection regulation were collected from the internet web-site of each self-government and the status of consumer protection policy committee and the general policy for consumer protection were obtained by requesting each self-government to report administration information during May through October in 200l. 13 of 16 wide area self-governments except Daegu, Inchon, and Jejudo have own consumer protection regulations. Major parts of these regulations conform the standard regulation of ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs. Many of the consumer protection policy committees reported that they do not have meetings constantly. Moreover since the price of goods and services is the typical subject of meetings, the committees do not seem to properly play the role of a consumer protection policy authority. Contents of the general policy for consumer protection of many self-governments are simple description of detailed practicing plans according to the general consumer protection policy of the national government. By criticizing the problems aroused during the study of consumer protection policy of self-governments, suggestions are given which will help for the development of consumer policy of wide area self-governments.

One of the first constitutional challenes to congressional legislation the area of school health came in 1967. The action of Ministry of Education for the school health progrom is within school health act constitued 20 Articles and ir\ts regulation of 14 Articles.This study was reviewed the school health act and its regulation for the developement of school healh program. The data were collected y 14 Boards of Education from November 1986 to Januar, 1987. The results of this sudy were identified the the articles with regard to health education activity, physical assessment activity, criteria of school health environment, control of communicable disease, First-Aid and clinic management by school nurses.

In the area of the telecommunication industry, a few products have been developed before related technical regulation has been made. Government agency is forced to make a final decision on whether a requested product is sellable in the market only after the structure and function of requested product is tested. The introduction of a 'SDoC', and 'privatization of technical regulation' to our legal system could be a solution for minimizing the situation mentioned above. Both 'SDoC' and 'privatization of technical regulation' are systems which are capable of minimizing the appearance of products without technical regulations. Furthermore, 'Temporary approval system' would provide a government agency with administrative procedure for new product without technical regulation.

This study shows that one of the reasons behind the recent increase in international students at private universities in the Seoul metropolitan area is the financial conditions of universities that have deteriorated under the governmental regulation on college enrollment and tuition for domestic students. We provide a theoretical framework showing the possibility that universities try to avoid the regulation by admitting international students who are not subject to the regulation. Our empirical analysis of four-year private universities during 2008-2019 reveals that private universities in Seoul tend to increase the share of international students when the financial situation deteriorates.

The stomach has emerged as a crucial endocrine organ in the regulation of feeding since the discovery of ghrelin. Gut-derived hormones, such as ghrelin and cholecystokinin, can act through the vagus nerve. We previously reported the satiety effect of hypothalamic clusterin, but the impact of peripheral clusterin remains unknown. In this study, we administered clusterin intraperitoneally to mice and observed its ability to suppress fasting-driven food intake. Interestingly, we found its synergism with cholecystokinin and antagonism with ghrelin. These effects were accompanied by increased c-fos immunoreactivity in nucleus tractus solitarius, area postrema, and hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus. Notably, truncal vagotomy abolished this response. The stomach expressed clusterin at high levels among the organs, and gastric clusterin was detected in specific enteroendocrine cells and the submucosal plexus. Gastric clusterin expression decreased after fasting but recovered after 2 hours of refeeding. Furthermore, we confirmed that stomachspecific overexpression of clusterin reduced food intake after overnight fasting. These results suggest that gastric clusterin may function as a gut-derived peptide involved in the regulation of feeding through the gut-brain axis.
