저류함수모형 매개변수 산정 개선방법의 한강유역 적용 (Improved Parameter Computation Method Applications of Storage Function Model for the Han River Basin)

  • 본 연구에서는 저류함수모형을 이용한 홍수유출분석의 시행에서 즘 더 정확한 모의가 가능할 수 있도록 유역에 대한 매개변수를 재 산정하였다. 매개변수의 산정을 위해 민감도분석을 실시하고, 한강유역을 대상으로 각 유역별 지형인자를 새로 추출하였으며, 이를 기준으로 홍수 모의를 통해 유역모형의 유출상수를 홍수직전유출고와의 관계로 회귀분석 하였다. 유역모형의 저류상수는 유역별 홍수사상에 따른 최적의 저류봉수식으로 도출하였으며, 산정된 매개변수를 이용한 보형의 수행 결과를 한국수자원공사의 K-Water(기준상수) 모형 및 한강홍수통제소 형과 비교하여 본 연루의 결과가 관측 수문곡선과 더 유사함을 제시하였다.

  • Looking at the economic effects of the Chinese coal industry analyzed in this text, the following results could be drawn. First, according to the analysis result of the influence coefficient of the Chinese coal industry in 2017, it is mainly rural and regional development It was analyzed that it had a great influence on the necessary sectors. Second, the sensitivity coefficient of the Chinese coal industry in 2017 was presented in the order of electricity and heat production and supply, monetary finance and other financial services, business services, refined petroleum and nuclear fuel processing products, wholesale business, and retail business. It is judged that this is more influenced by government policy than by influence coefficient.

딥러닝을 활용한 일반국도 아스팔트포장의 공용수명 예측 (Prediction of Asphalt Pavement Service Life using Deep Learning)

  • PURPOSES : The study aims to predict the service life of national highway asphalt pavements through deep learning methods by using maintenance history data of the National Highway Pavement Management System. METHODS : For the configuration of a deep learning network, this study used Tensorflow 1.5, an open source program which has excellent usability among deep learning frameworks. For the analysis, nine variables of cumulative annual average daily traffic, cumulative equivalent single axle loads, maintenance layer, surface, base, subbase, anti-frost layer, structural number of pavement, and region were selected as input data, while service life was chosen to construct the input layer and output layers as output data. Additionally, for scenario analysis, in this study, a model was formed with four different numbers of 1, 2, 4, and 8 hidden layers and a simulation analysis was performed according to the applicability of the over fitting resolution algorithm. RESULTS : The results of the analysis have shown that regardless of the number of hidden layers, when an over fitting resolution algorithm, such as dropout, is applied, the prediction capability is improved as the coefficient of determination ($R^2$) of the test data increases. Furthermore, the result of the sensitivity analysis of the applicability of region variables demonstrates that estimating service life requires sufficient consideration of regional characteristics as $R^2$ had a maximum of between 0.73 and 0.84, when regional variables where taken into consideration. CONCLUSIONS : As a result, this study proposes that it is possible to precisely predict the service life of national highway pavement sections with the consideration of traffic, pavement thickness, and regional factors and concludes that the use of the prediction of service life is fundamental data in decision making within pavement management systems.

지역 산업수요와 지역이동 : 전문고 졸업생의 첫 일자리를 중심으로 (Geographical Mobility of Vocational High School Graduates)

  • 취업 산업수요의 지역 범위 설정은 전문계고 교육과정 설계를 위한 선결요건이다. 시 도 교육청의 권한 구역을 기준으로 취업자의 약 38%가 지역 이동하여 첫 번째 직업을 가졌으며 상당수가 상업 계열을 졸업한 여성으로 제조업/전기 전자 직종에 취업하였다. 지역이동은 자격증과 같은 개인의 인적자본과 정(正)의 관계가 있었다. 지역이동의 임금효과는 기술수준이 높은 직업에 취업함으로써 얻은 간접효과보다는 지역이동의 직접효과였다. 성향점수 매칭 및 Rosenbaum(2002)의 민감도 분석을 활용한 결과는 지역이동의 유의미한 임금효과를 보였다.

국내 건축물 지진피해 위험도의 지역단위 평가 (Regional Seismic Risk Assessment for Structural Damage to Buildings in Korea)

  • This study proposes a methodology for the regional seismic risk assessment of structural damage to buildings in Korea based on evaluating individual buildings, considering inconsistency between the administrative district border and grid lines to define seismic hazard. The accuracy of seismic hazards was enhanced by subdividing the current 2km-sized grids into ones with a smaller size. Considering the enhancement of the Korean seismic design code in 2005, existing seismic fragility functions for seismically designed buildings are revised by modifying the capacity spectrum according to the changes in seismic design load. A seismic risk index in building damage is defined using the total damaged floor area considering building size differences. The proposed seismic risk index was calculated for buildings in 29 administrative districts in 'A' city in Korea to validate the proposed assessment algorithm and risk index. In the validation procedure, sensitivity analysis was performed on the grid size, quantitative building damage measure, and seismic fragility function update.

군단급 간이분석 워게임모형을 이용한 군단 및 사단 작전분석 방안 연구 (A Study on Corps / Division Operation Analysis Using Simplified Corps Level Wargame Model)

  • Many different kinds of wargame models have been developed and used in training and analysis purpose. However, there has been few wargame model which analyze corps or division level operational analysis. Recently KIDA develops corps level operational analysis model based on START(simplified tool for analysis of regional treats) model developed by RAND. This model runs in a PC level with 2MB memory and provides one day combat results within 30 seconds. Only one or three person can operate this model and evaluate multiple corps level operational analysis including chemical effects, $C^3I$ capacity, new weapon system effectiveness and other qualitative effects. We tested this model and evaluated input and output data. We showed that this model can be applied in division level operational analysis also. As an example division level application procedure and sensitivity analysis data was provided. We also find some limitation and problems in the model and suggest application areas and improving methods.

Evaluation of Microbial Load in Oropharyngeal Mucosa from Tannery Workers

  • Background: Animal skin provides an ideal medium for the propagation of microorganisms and it is used like raw material in the tannery and footware industry. The aim of this study was to evaluate and identify the microbial load in oropharyngeal mucosa of tannery employees. Methods: The health risk was estimated based on the identification of microorganisms found in the oropharyngeal mucosa samples. The study was conducted in a tanners group and a control group. Samples were taken from oropharyngeal mucosa and inoculated on plates with selective medium. In the samples, bacteria were identified by 16S ribosomal DNA analysis and the yeasts through a presumptive method. In addition, the sensitivity of these microorganisms to antibiotics/antifungals was evaluated. Results: The identified bacteria belonged to the families Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonadaceae, Neisseriaceae, Alcaligenaceae, Moraxellaceae, and Xanthomonadaceae, of which some species are considered as pathogenic or opportunistic microorganisms; these bacteria were not present in the control group. Forty-two percent of bacteria identified in the tanners group are correlated with respiratory diseases. Yeasts were also identified, including the following species: Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis, Candida albicans, and Candida krusei. Regarding the sensitivity test of bacteria identified in the tanners group, 90% showed sensitivity to piperacillin/tazobactam, 87% showed sensitivity to ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, 74% showed sensitivity to ampicillin/sulbactam, and 58% showed sensitivity to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid. Conclusion: Several of the bacteria and yeast identified in the oropharyngeal mucosa of tanners have been correlated with infections in humans and have already been reported as airborne microorganisms in this working environment, representing a health risk for workers.

Critical Short Circuit Ratio Analysis on DFIG Wind Farm with Vector Power Control and Synchronized Control

  • The introduction of renewable energy sources into the AC grid can change and weaken the strength of the grid, which will in turn affect the stability and robustness of the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) wind farm. When integrated with weak grids, the DFIG wind turbine with vector power control often suffers from poor performance and robustness, while the DFIG wind turbine with synchronized control provides better stability. This paper investigates the critical short circuit ratios of DFIG wind turbine with vector power control and synchronized control, to analyze the stability boundary of the DFIG wind turbine. Frequency domain methods based on sensitivity and complementary sensitivity of transfer matrix are used to investigate the stability boundary conditions. The critical capacity of DFIG wind farm with conventional vector power control at a certain point of common coupling (PCC) is obtained and is further increased by employing synchronized control properly. The stability boundary is validated by electromagnetic transient simulation of an offshore wind farm connected to a real regional grid.

광릉 원두부 유역 생태수문과정의 통합을 위한 지역 생태수문 모사 시스템(RHESSys)의 모수화와 적용 (Parameterization and Application of Regional Hydro-Ecologic Simulation System (RHESSys) for Integrating the Eco-hydrological Processes in the Gwangneung Headwater Catchment)

  • 산림생태계의 생태과정과 수문과정의 변화는 밀접하게 연관되어 있음에도 불구하고 통합적으로 다루어지지 못해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 광릉 소유역에서 관측되고 있는 식생 및 수문자료와 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 기반으로 지역규모의 생태수문 모사 시스템인 RHESSys를 이용하여 이러한 통합을 시도하였다. 이를 위해, (1) RHESSys의 입력자료를 구축, 모형을 구동하고 (2) 다양한 생태수문과정을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 모형보정체계를 수립하고, (3) 민감도 분석을 통해 최적의 모수를 추정하였다. RHESSys의 유량패턴과 첨두유량에 영향을 주는 6개의 토양모수를 대상으로 민감도를 분석한 결과, 수평 포화 수리 전도도와 공극률의 깊이에 따른 감쇄가 유량에 대해 가장 큰 민감도를 보였다. 이 두 모수를 변화시켜 최적의 유량패턴 적합도를 산출한 결과, 유량예측의 적합도 지수(NSec)는 0.75였다. 이러한 결과는 향후 유역 단위의 토양 수분 및 증발산을 모사하고 그 공간분포를 나타내는 지도 제작을 위한 기본적인 평가기준으로서 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다.

Fibromyalgia diagnostic model derived from combination of American College of Rheumatology 1990 and 2011 criteria

  • Background: We aimed to explore the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1990 and 2011 fibromyalgia (FM) classification criteria's items and the components of Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ) to identify features best discriminating FM features. Finally, we developed a combined FM diagnostic (C-FM) model using the FM's key features. Methods: The means and frequency on tender points (TPs), ACR 2011 components and FIQ items were calculated in the FM and non-FM (osteoarthritis [OA] and non-OA) patients. Then, two-step multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to order these variables according to their maximal statistical contribution in predicting group membership. Partial correlations assessed their unique contribution, and two-group discriminant analysis provided a classification table. Using receiver operator characteristic analyses, we determined the sensitivity and specificity of the final model. Results: A total of 172 patients with FM, 75 with OA and 21 with periarthritis or regional pain syndromes were enrolled. Two steps multiple logistic regression analysis identified 8 key features of FM which accounted for 64.8% of variance associated with FM group membership: lateral epicondyle TP with variance percentages (36.9%), neck pain (14.5%), fatigue (4.7%), insomnia (3%), upper back pain (2.2%), shoulder pain (1.5%), gluteal TP (1.2%), and FIQ fatigue (0.9%). The C-FM model demonstrated a 91.4% correct classification rate, 91.9% for sensitivity and 91.7% for specificity. Conclusions: The C-FM model can accurately detect FM patients among other pain disorders. Re-inclusion of TPs along with saving of FM main symptoms in the C-FM model is a unique feature of this model.
