  • Educational environment that change rapidly, trial and error of system, breakdown of school environment by this and private education expense increase etc. are big social problem that we are facing present. Government is enforcing recognizing these problems and develops various program but the change and expansion of school facilities to achieve various program such as those are still unprepared. Now, important agenda that is lifelong education concept that is always can reeducate with social problem such as school leaving is come to the fore. So, specification high school for vocational education and alternative education cope in educational system and educational environment that is changed newly in existent school system. As the beginning step of the purpose of research, this study compares the attempt of school types and change of the school operation system for alternative education by between Korea and Japan and survey some regional cases. And the specification high school for alternative education which correspond to changed educational environment newly and architectural planning of educational facility that can activate those will be done. Also, this study aims that propose basic data that raise school facilities and educational environment by establishing guide line of optimum facilities for specification high school that wish to reorganize again or establish newly using existent school facilities and presents.

  • Amid the crisis of global climate change, interest in low carbon and energy-saving building has been increasingly growing. Korea is likely to be designated as one of the countries subject to CO2 reduction under the 'Post-2012 Climate System' The efforts to minimize the building energy has been made and in line with the increasing need of low carbon and eco-friendly building, a demand for building evaluation programs has been on the rise. However, the metro logical data which is necessary for such program has not been effectively provided and moreover, the source, calculation method and period remain uncertain. This study was intended to evaluate the regional typical metro logical data (ISO TRY) provided by Korean Solar Energy Society and compile the month of test reference years (TRY), and analyze the regional weather using dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature and solar irradiance which are regarded the representative metro logical data.

  • The present work reports a facile, rapid and an eco-friendly method for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles using Luffa acutangula (L. acutangula) leaves extract and their antibacterial and cytotoxic effects. The synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). Additionally the topography, morphology and the elemental composition of the particles were determined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy dispersive spectrophotometric (EDS) technique and the measured particle sizes from SEM micrographs are in the range of 12.5 to 24.5nm. The in-vitro antimicrobial activity of the synthesized nanoparticles was high against gram positive Staphylococcus aureus and moderate against gram negative Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. Further, the cytotoxic effects of synthesized AgNPs were evaluated against Human Breast Cancer (MCF 7) cell line.

Reference line-pair values of panoramic radiographs using an arch-form phantom stand to assess clinical image quality

  • Purpose: This study was performed to suggest reference line-pair values of panoramic images with clinically desirable qualities using an arch-form phantom stand. Materials and Methods: The line-pair test phantom was chosen. A real skull model was selected for setting the arch-form model of the phantom stand. The phantom stand had slits in four regions (incisor, premolar, molar, TMJ). Four raw images of the test phantom in each region and one raw image of the real skull were converted into 50 test phantom images and 50 skull phantom images with various line-pair values. 50 post-processed real skull phantom images were divided into 4 groups and were randomly submitted to 14 evaluators. Image quality was graded on a 4 point scale (1. good, 2. normal, 3. poor but interpretable, and 4. not interpretable). The reference line pair was determined as the first line-pair value scored less than 2 points. Result: The mean scores tended to decrease as the line-pair values increased. The reference line-pair values were 3.19 LP/mm in the incisor, 2.32 LP/mm in the premolar and TMJ, and 1.88 LP/mm in the molar region. Conclusion: Image quality evaluation methods and criteria should be able to assess various regions considering the characteristics of panoramic systems. This study suggested overall and regional reference line-pair values and established a set of standard values for them.

공간 분석 기반 지진 위험도 정보를 활용한 우리나라 지진 취약 지역 평가 (Assessment of Regional Seismic Vulnerability in South Korea based on Spatial Analysis of Seismic Hazard Information)

  • 우리나라 전역을 대상으로 공간 분석 기반 지진 위험 지도를 작성하고 지진 취약 지역을 평가하였다. 지진 피해에 영향을 미치는 지질학적 특성을 고려하여 지표를 선정하였으며, 지진 활동 위험과 관련된 확률론적 지진 위험도 및 단층 특성, 지진 피해 위험과 연관된 기반암 심도 정보가 이용되었다. 각 지표는 정규 크리깅, 선 밀도 및 가변적 지역 평균 기반 단순 크리깅과 같은 GIS 및 지구 통계학 기법을 활용하여 공간 정보로 구축되었다. 구축된 세 가지 공간 정보는 연구 목적, 자료의 해상도 및 정확도에 따라 가중치를 할당하여 통합되었다. 지진 활동 위험 지표인 확률론적 지진 위험도와 단층 선 밀도의 경우 데이터의 불확실성이 비교적 크기 때문에 경향성 만을 반영하고자 먼저 가중 합한 후, 지진 피해 위험 지표인 기반암 심도 분포와 통합되었다. 이를 통해 세 가지 공간 자료의 분석에 기반한 지진 위험 지도가 작성되었으며, 우리나라 남동부와 북서부 지역이 지진 위험도가 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구 결과는 지진 재해를 최소화하기 위한 지진 대응 시스템을 구축하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 지방간선노선은 대체로 적자운영을 함에도 불구하고 철도운영자는 공공복리 차원에서 적자상태인 지방간선노선의 운영을 수행한다. 따라서 철도 운영자는 적자운영노선에서 운영자입장에서의 최적의 자산운용을 열차 편성 수 또는 열차운행 횟수를 조정하는 방식으로 최소화하려고 한다. 이때 열차운행 횟수나 편성수를 결정하는 지표로 영업계수(비용/수입 비율)가 주로 사용된다. 그러나 이것은 단기적인 수요공급측면의 영향만을 지나치게 반영하여 장기적인 관점에서의 전략적인 열차운영이 고려되지 않는다. 따라서 철도운영의 재정 건전성을 악화시키지 않으면서 이해당사자들의 정책방향과 지역 현황을 반영하는 의사결정이 가능하도록 업계종사자와 전문가를 대상으로 전통적인 경영성과 산정방식인 영업계수 등 주요지표와 이를 보완하는 보조지표 평가항목을 도출할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 평가항목을 도출하고 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 통해 각 평가항목별 중요도를 산정하여 열차운행 의사결정의 명확한 이론적 근거와 계량화된 기준을 제시하고 이를 적용하고자 한다.

The Causes of Guilt in Ready-meal Users: A Focus on Cooking Instructions and Consumers' Health Locus of Control

  • Although ready meals have recently increased their market share in the Korean food industry, a literature review found that the use of ready meals triggers feelings of guilt in homemakers. Such guilt arises as a result of several factors apparently related to consumers' health. Consequently, levels of guilt might be expected to vary depending on consumers' perceived health locus. The present study aims to examine (a) how health locus affects guilty feelings about ready-meal consumption, (b) how the effect varies in relation to the consumption of different types of ready meal, and (c) the relationship between consumers' guilty feelings and willingness to buy ready meals. Three dimensions of health locus of control (HLC) -internal HLC (IHLC), powerful-others HLC (PHLC), and chance HLC (CHLC)- were presumed to influence consumers' feelings of guilt in association with ready meals. Data were collected via an online survey, and participants were randomly assigned to either of two groups: one group was instructed to heat meals in a microwave (ready-to-heat [RTH] group, n=104) and the other cooked using a pan with additional ingredients (ready-to-cook [RTC] group, n=101). The study found that guilty feelings about consuming RTH meals increased in line with increased external HLCs, namely, PHLC and CHLC. For the RTC group, guilt increased in line with increased PHLC. IHLC had no significant effect on guilty feelings in either group. Willingness to buy ready meals decreased for both groups as consumers' feelings of guilt increased. Even RTC meals, which require more time and energy in food preparation, did not reduce guilty feelings among consumers with higher PHLC. RTC meals are preferable for consumers with higher CHLC, since their sense of greater involvement in the cooking process alleviates their feelings of guilt. Cooking with already prepared and uncooked ingredients brought fun and joy, both for the participants and their significant others. This interpretation may be developed into a strategic plan by ready-meal producers to strengthen their marketing strategy.

지역 해양 관광활성화를 위한 방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the activation program of regional marine tourism)

  • 본 연구에서는 전남 지역 해양 관광 활성화를 위한 방안들을 도출하고자 한다. 전남 서남권 지역은 천혜의 관광 자원이라 할 수 있는 도서와 해양 생물자원이 풍부한 해안선을 접하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도서지역과 해안선을 활용한 체험형 레저 스포츠를 통해 지역 내 해양관광 인구의 유업을 증가시키는 방안에 대해 제안 한다. 먼저 역사적인 유래와 경치가 뛰어난 도서를 대상으로 한 산악자전거대회(일명 아일랜드챌린저) 대회의 개최와 이러한 대회를 통한 관광 유업효과에 대해 검토할 것이다. 다음으로 해안선을 배경으로 한 뻘배의 활용 방안과 지역 어촌계의 관광 상품과도 연계할 수 있는 방법에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 이러한 활동을 통하여 지역 내 해양관광의 발달과 이를 통한 지역민의 소득증대에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

부산연제우체국청사 조경설계 (Landscape Design of Busan Yeonje Post Office)

  • This design is for the landscape of Busan Yeonje Post Office. The design requirements were: the preparation of an open space, the expression of regional identity, total design concept, and application of environmentally-friendly materials. The Busan Yeonje Post Office is not a just post office building but also a place for people including a communications center, rental offices, and a post office, facilities which require publicity, functionality, and symbolism. Therefore, this design reflected the design requirements, and considered the following to include the theme of "Pleasant messages and a pleasant post office with vitality and comfort. First, the open space was to be increased in the adjacent public vacant lot and street park by pulling back the construction line. In this way, the publicity, accessibility, and spatiality of the prepared open space were strengthened. Second, a sense of place for the landscape was expressed through the image of a wave representing Busan, a coastal town. Recognition of the space was strengthened, while regional identity and the concept of transmission of information were expressed. In addition, Citrus junos Sieb., representing 'Happy news' was Planted as a symbolic tree to denote a meaningful resting Place. Third, with respect to the design of reception facilities, considering the general purposes of the construction, post office stamps, envelopes, and postal delivery persons were portrayed on the walls, decorative walls, and environmental formations respectively The flooring was decorated with stamps and waves in keeping with of the total design concept. Fourth, to select environmentally-friendly materials, soil block and eco-grass block were introduced as major paving materials, and folk kinds of trees were included on site. According to the aforesaid plans, the researcher attempted to convert the public agency and office space characterized by feelings of dullness and rigidity into a soft and vivid outdoor space. It is expected that the location will be an open place in the downtown area and be recognized as a 'shared' space for citizens of Yeonje-gu.

차세대 DSL망의 구현 방안 (Implementation of Next Generation DSL Networks)

  • 전 세계적으로 약 8000만 이상의 회선에 이르는 기존의 대부분의 DSL(Digital Subscriber Line)망은 ATM (Asynchronous transfer Mode) 기반의 지역 백본 망(Regional Backbone Network)과 의 효율적인 연동과 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스의 효과적인 지원을 위해 ‘ATM over DSL’방식의 프로토콜 구조를 채택하였다. 그러나 최근에 기존의 ATM 대신 메트로 이터넷 기반의 지역 백본망 구축과 IP기반의 멀티미디어 서비스가 활성화됨에 따라 VDSL(Very high-rate DSL)과 같은 차세대 DSL망 구현에서 기존의 ATM over DSL 프로토콜 구조 대신 ‘Ethernet over DSL’프로토콜 구조 채택이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문은 메트로 이던넷 지역 백본망에서의 차세대 DSL망 구현 방안으로‘ATM over DSL’프로토콜 구조 기반의 EA(Ethernet-to-ATM) 구현 모델과 ‘Ethernet over DSL’프로토를 구조 기반의 EE(Ethernet-to-Ethernet) 구현 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 실제 테스트베드를 통해 측정된 결과를 바탕으로 두 구현 모델에 대한 성능을 비교하고, 기존 DSL망과의 호환성 관점에서의 장단점을 비교 분석하였다.
