지방자치제도가 정착되면서 각 지자체들이 지역의 발전을 위하여 지역산업 육성을 위한 정책을 계획하고 실행하는데, 이를 위해서는 지역의 여건에 맞는 산업입지 및 경제기반을 구축하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 지역의 발전을 위해서는 지역산업의 발전이 선행되어야 하며, 해당 지역의 여건에 맞는 산업을 집중하여 발전시킬 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 전국을 7개 지역으로 구분하고, 2005 지역산업연관표의 78개 부분 생산유발계수 열합계 자료를 이용하여, 인자분석을 실시하였으며 8개의 인자를 추출하였다. 제1인자는 동남권을 중심으로 파급효과가 높은 산업, 제2인자는 수도권, 제3인자는 대경권과 호남권, 제4인자는 제주권, 제5인자는 강원권과 관련이 높은 산업이 도출되었다. 제6인자는 충청, 호남, 대경, 동남권 내부적으로 파급효과가 큰 산업을 설명하고 있으며, 제7인자는 제주권에서 수요가 증가되었을 때 타지역에서 파급효과가 큰 산업, 마지막으로 제8인자는 타지역에서 수요가 증가할 경우 충청권에 파급효과가 큰 산업으로 분석되었다.

Daejeon, encompassing Daedeok Science Town and Daedeok Innopolis, possesses the advantage of portraying relatively higher regional innovation capacity and facilitating network formation among regional professional research organizations. Applying the Social Network Analysis(SNA) techniques, this paper focuses on divulging structural and spatial characteristics of the Daejeon Information and Communication(ICT) industry network, analyzing co-research projects implemented by the Daejeon-based universities. For the analytical tool, it depends on NETMINER 3.0. Furthermore, based on the Systems Thinking approaches, this study suggests a couple of policy implications. Judging from the Korea Standard Industrial Classification principles, the existing ICT industry is subdivided into 11 sub-industries. The highest degree centralization value comes from the Mobile Communication sub-industry(188.668%), indicating that Mobile Communication sub-industry exerts the most significant impact on the regional innovation networking in Daejeon. Among various stakeholders, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KAIST) records the top ranking in most categories, conspicuously leading the institute-industry linkage. In terms of the ICT spatial distribution, the intra-regional cooperation examples present the strongest linkage values, followed by Daejeon-the Capital Region ones. Finally, as well shown in a series of causal loop analyses, this study recommends that Daejeon should put top policy priority in strengthening the internal ICT network within Daejeon proper. Here, Daejeon should keep in mind the fact that there exist reinforcing loops between Daejeon's attractiveness and the entering of new ICT firms.

The development of informatization impacts all sectors, including agriculture. Agricultural informatization builds the knowledge linkage structures of agricultural innovation systems globally. This study investigated the global knowledge linkage structures in agricultural innovation pertinent to information technology (IT) for agricultural research and development (R&D) investments and activities. We explored the longitudinal trend of systemness within the networked research relationships in the triple helix (TH) of the university, industry and government (UIG). We collected data from publications in the Science Citation Index (SCI), the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), and the Arts and Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI) to analyze the TH network dynamics. We also performed a scientometrics analysis to quantitatively identify the knowledge and insights of global agricultural innovation structures. These results could be informative for individual countries. Our findings reveal that the global knowledge linkage structures in the agricultural sector that are pertinent to IT fluctuate widely and fail to increase the capacity of agricultural innovation research due to a neglect of the network effects of the TH dynamics of UIG.

혁신도시 건설이 자립형 지방화를 통한 국가경쟁력 강화라는 방향성에서 지역전략산업 중심의 연계방안 마련이 핵심적 과제가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 경북 혁신도시를 사례로 혁신도시와 연계한 경북의 지역전략산업 중심의 산학연계 구축방안 모색을 통하여 지역산업 육성전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이전공공기관과 지역산업간 연계분석과 지역전략산업 중심의 혁신도시 연계방안을 제시하였다. 연계방안에서는 경북의 전략 및 선도산업인 전자정보기기, 신소재부품, 생물한방 문화관광, 친환경에너지 등의 산업별 특성에 기반한 클러스터 구축방안을 제시하였다. IT BT산업과 같이 기술발전 속도가 빠른 산업분야의 경우 구미 혁신클러스터 추진단 및 경북지역 주요 혁신지원기관과 연계한 관련 주체간 지리적 인접을 통한 상호 연계협력이 필요하며, 자동차부품 기계 철강산업과 같은 성숙 기술분야는 기존 클러스터의 육성을 위한 교통 물류지원 등 인프라 강화가 핵심과제이다. 경제권의 광역화와 광역클러스터화에 따른 광역경제권 단위의 산업클러스터 육성도 새로운 과제이다.

본 연구는 최근 조선업의 구조조정에 따른 지역고용구조의 위기에 대응하기 위하여, 조선업이 집중된 전남과 부산, 울산, 경남을 중심으로 조선업의 지역 산업간 고용연관효과를 추정하였다. 이를 위해 가상추출법을 이용하여 2013년 지역산업연관표에서 조선업을 추출하였고, 최종수요의 변화에 따른 조선업의 제외 전 후의 고용연관효과의 변화를 측정하였다. 그 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최종수요의 변화에 따른 조선업의 산업간 고용연관효과는 도매 및 소매업, 운수업, 기타 제조업, 사업지원 서비스업, 기계 및 장비 제조업, 금속제품 제조업 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 산업들은 취업계수가 높거나, 생산활동 측면에서 조선업과 직접적으로 연관되어 있는 산업들이다. 둘째, 지역의 조선업에 의한 전국에 파급되는 산출액 당 고용연관효과는 전남이 가장 높지만, 부산과 울산, 경남에서 전남으로 파급되는 고용연관효과는 매우 낮게 추정되었다. 즉 이 지역들과 전남과는 고용연관관계가 매우 낮고, 이에 따라 조선업의 고용구조에서 전남이 고립되어 있는 상황이 나타났다. 따라서, 조선업의 구조조정에 따른 고용의 위기에 대응하기 위한 정부의 대책을 수립할 때에는 이러한 지역의 고용구조를 파악하는 것이 우선되어야 하며, 이를 반영한 지역산업정책이 강구되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 국가 경제의 동맥역활을 하는 물류산업에 초점을 맞추고 권역별 물류산업의 특징과 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 물류산업을 중심으로 6개 권역(수도권, 강원권, 충청권, 전라권, 경북권, 경남권)으로 구분된 지역산업연관표(MRIO표)를 이용하여 지역별, 산업별로 경제권에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구의 목적에 맞게 기존의 산업연관표를 중심으로 29개 부문으로 재구성하였고, 총산출액 비교 및 외생화 방법을 이용하여 생산유발효과, 공급지장효과, 전후방연쇄효과 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 물류산업은 생산유발효과보다 공급지장효과가 큰 산업으로 나타났고, 지역간의 거래보다는 지역내의 거래가 상대적으로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그 밖에 수도권 물류산업은 중간수요적 원시산업 특성을 가지는 관계로 파급효과가 미약한 것으로 나타났고, 경남권의 자동차 및 석유화학, 전라권의 석유화학 등에 미치는 물류산업의 파급효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문의 목적은 서울과 부산을 대상으로 제조업과 서비스업의 상호 연관성 실태를 분석하고 이의 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 투입산출계수와 생산유발계수를 통해 제조업에 대한 서비스업의 연관성과 서비스업에 대한 제조업의 연관성을 각각 분석하였다. 분석결과, 서울의 주력 제조업인 소비재는 서비스업과의 연관성이 상대적으로 높은 반면 부산의 주력 제조업인 조립가공은 서비스업과의 연관성이 상대적으로 낮아 제조업에 대한 서비스업의 연관성은 서울이 부산보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제조업 생산과정에 투입되는 서비스업의 자기지역 의존비율이 서울은 72.0% 이지만 부산은 49.0%로 낮아, 부산 제조업의 성장이 전산업에 미치는 효과가 제한적인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 서비스업에 대한 제조업의 연관성은 전반적으로 부산이 서울보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분석결과를 바탕으로 제조업과 서비스업의 상호 연관성 제고를 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다.

광역경제권 선도산업은 지역 간 협력 및 연계를 통해 산업 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 정책 목표로 하고 있어 R&D의 경제적 파급효과에 대한 권역별 분석이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 충청광역경제권 선도산업 중 'New IT' 분야의 '차세대무선통신 단말기 부품소재 글로벌 경쟁력 강화' 프로젝트에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 한국은행에서 발간한 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 분석한다.

전통적인 농수산업지역인 광양에 제철소가 입지하여 세계 제1의 제철소로 발전하는 과정에서 광양지역은 급격한 인구유입과 함께 사회적.경제적 변화를 경험했다. 제철소의 입지는 연관단지의 조성과 관련산업을 육성시켜 광양지역을 신흥공업도시로 변모시켰고 고용을 확충시켰다. 2000년 말 현재 광양제철소와 직접 관련된 고용인원은 17,240명이며 광양시에 거주하는 39,593명(28.7%)이 직접 관련된 인구로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 광양제철소의 입지가 광양지역의 공습화와 경제구조변화에 미친 영향을 분석하기 위해 변이할당분석과 지역성장률시차분석을 수행했다. 1981년 594명이던 광양의 고용인구는 1992년에 29,865명으로 증가하였고, 다시 1998년에 23,399명으로 감소하였다. 지역경제구조변화는 제조업과 건설업이 주도적 역할을 하였다.

Most studies examining the sub-categories of agro-industry used to access an inter-industry analysis. However, These are some limitations that researchers set sub-categories differently according to their needs. Thus, This study aims to empirically explore the agro-industry sub-categories by area of academic research on agricultural science. The National Standard Science and Technology Classification(NSSTC) codes were used to classify academic research on agricultural science. This codes were examined the sub-categories using Korean input-output statistics industry and product classification by hiring 220 departments of 37 agricultural colleges. Results showed that studies using an inter-industry analysis coincided in terms of agricultural production, but showed differences in forward and backward linkage industries and services. Forward linkages industry were clearly limited to industries in which agricultural products are inputted as raw materials. Then, in terms of services related to agriculture, Previous studies represent fields such as transport and real estate, which are not included. Moreover, Research institutions overlooked by previous studies occupy an important position.
