인지시학을 적용한 문화재 야행(夜行) 프로그램 구현 전략 (Strategies for the Implementation of Cultural Heritage Night Travel Program Using Cognitive Inspection)

  • 세계화가 진행됨과 동시에 지역화가 이루어지면 지역문화에 대한 관심이 더 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 문화재청은 2016년부터 야간형 문화재 관광 콘텐츠로 '문화재 야행(夜行)' 사업을 추진하고 있다. 지역재생 사업의 일환인 문화재 야행은 지역의 문화유산을 중심으로 다양한 역사, 문화 관련 콘텐츠를 융·복합하여 새로운 부가가치를 창출한다. '문화재 야행(夜行)'이 크게 활성화 된 상황이지만, 지속적으로 이어가기 위해서는 변화가 필요하다고 판단된다. 고정된 야행 프로그램(8야(夜))이 전국적인 네트워크를 구축한다는 측면에서는 긍정적이지만, 획일화되어 다양한 형태로 확장하지 못하는 한계가 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 야행 프로그램의 의미와 한계를 파악하고, 야행 프로그램에 적용 가능한 인지시학 이론을 고찰하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 인지시학의 '역동적 의미 구성을 위한 원형', '초현실적인 전경', '시간과 공간에서의 모험'이 야행 프로그램에 적용 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다. 실제로 인지시학을 야행 프로그램에 결합해 본 결과, 기존의 야행 프로그램과 차별화 된 야행 프로그램 구현 전략을 제시할 수 있었다.

  • 지역 산업의 혁신과 공공서비스의 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다 지역상생 개념을 적용한 동반 성장이 필요하다. 지역상생은 본질적으로 지역 간 균형 또는 지역 간 격차를 해소하기 위한 것으로, 상호보완적 협력을 통해 동반 성장을 할 수 있는 관계를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 지역혁신 차원의 산학협력 현황을 중심으로 리빙랩을 활용한 사례를 도출하고 이의 정책적 함의를 모색하였다. 지방자치단체는 자율적으로 상생협력을 통해 지역의 문제를 해결하고 상호 경쟁력 확보 차원의 연계 효과를 제고 하기 위한 다각적인 시도가 이어지고 있다. 특히 지역의 현안을 중심으로 문제해결 기제인 리빙랩 네트워크를 활성화하여 실효성 있는 접근이 이어지고 있다. 무엇보다 지역의 발전을 위한 전략 중 하나로 상생 협력을 위한 협력체제 구축과 이를 지원하기 위한 정책 수단이 연계되어야 한다. 지역의 대학과 기업 및 지자체가 함께 하는 협력 프로그램의 활성화와 리빙랩을 활용한 문제해결 사례는 그 의의가 크다고 평가받고 있다. 따라서 리빙랩의 활성화를 위해 다양한 이해관계자의 적극적 참여와 협력적 거버넌스 모델이 필요함을 제시하였다.

특화도서관 운영현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operation Status of Specialized Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 문화체육관광부와 지방자치단체에서 지원 및 추진 중인 특화도서관 사업과 관련해서 공공도서관 직원들 대상 설문조사를 통해 특화도서관 운영현황과 인식 정도를 파악하고 향후 특화도서관 활성화를 위한 정책방향을 모색했다. 분석 결과, 특화주제는 향토(지역)가 가장 많았으나 정책입안자 등의 관심에 따라 주제를 선정하는 곳도 적지 않았다. 전체 장서의 5% 미만을 특화자료로 구성하고, 전체 도서관 프로그램 중 20% 이상을 특화주제 관련 프로그램으로 운영하고 평균 3~4가지 프로그램을 제공하며, 대체로 전담사서를 배치하지 않고 있지만, 정규직 직원 수가 많은 경우 전담사서를 배치한 경우가 많았다. 특화주제가 지역특성에 부합 시, 단독건물이나 특화실이 별도로 있을 시, 전담사서가 2~3명, 특화 장서가 최소 15% 이상, 프로그램이 5~6가지 이상 있을 시 이용자의 인지도와 만족도가 더욱 높게 나타났다. 특화도서관 활성화를 위해 도서관 운영 및 연간사업계획 수립 시 특화도서관 서비스 관련 계획을 포함해 장서 추가 확보, 차별화된 프로그램 구성, 전담사서 배치, 한국도서관협회 및 지역대표도서관을 통한 주제 전문 교육 실시와 특화주제별, 대상별 서비스 제공 매뉴얼 개발·보급, 충분한 예산확보 등이 필요하다.

농촌여성의 소규모 창업을 위한 컨설팅 전문가 육성 교육과정 연구 (Curriculum Development for the Fostering Consultant in the Field of Rural Women's Business Startup)

  • The objective of this research is to acquire basic data to develop a program for professional consultants who can consult and provide advice for rural women's small business entrepreneur. In this research, startup business educational programs and 10 major related textbooks in Korea were analyzed, and a survey was conducted in which 71 owners of government funded rural small business responded. The major findings are as follows; First, most programs were targeting city females and were providing basic information mostly using lecture method over a few days. And no programs for rural women's small business could be found. Second, no textbooks dealing with rural women's small business could be found and the contents of each textbook differed significantly even though there were a few common points. Third, the result of the survey indicated that rural women's small business entrepreneurs had difficulty especially in acquiring necessary initial funds and raw materials, selling products, and judging the possibility of business success. And, there was significant difference in importance and perceived knowledge over 36 business know-hows in business startup area among the respondents. Based on the results, the followings could be recommended; First, educational programs for rural women's small business entrepreneurs should use a unique and different approach than other industries. Also, it is necessary to foster startup consultants especially for the rural women's small business entrepreneurs and to develop a delivery system for the startup educational programs. Second, contents of educational programs need to be selectively included depending on the level of uses. Finally, a workbook should be developed so that entrepreneur candidates can actually practice rather than just acquiring basic information and superficial knowledge during the participation.

건강가정지원센터의 운영과 사업에 관한 연구 (A Study on Operational Strategies and Programs of Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • This study aims to investigate the Healthy Family Support Centers'(HFSCs) operational patterns and their programs by surveying 46 HFSC employees in order to prepare for the massive increase of the number of HFSCs nationwide. This study might contribute to not only rebuilding the HFSCs' operational strategies but suggesting visible ideas for the HFSCs' programs. Results were as followed: First, most HFSCs consisted of several teams, i.e., educational team, counseling team and cultural team. However, the number of employees in each team was different from one regional community to another. The most difficult task in the HFSCs' operation was publicity work. Citing the issue of system delivery difficulties, HFSC employees insisted that budgetary deficit was the most difficult obstacle in running the HFSCs. Second was in regards to the programs that each team was planning, performing, and evaluating for each program. The HFSCs' programs were mostly structured around family difficulties or problems that arise according to the family life cycle. Based on these study results, more unified and specialized programs for HFSCs should be developed. In order to achieve this related studies should continue to conducted.

공학인증제도를 운영하는 지방대학의 산학협력 모델에 관한 연구 (A Coop Project-based Business Engineers' Model for Regional Universities Running ABEEK Program)

  • This paper suggests a realistic, business engineers' model based on Coop projects run by regional universities or colleges, in which students must meet the guidelines for engineering design that ABEEK requires. Many of current activities such as Coop programs and Internships aimed for engineering majored-undergraduates have notled them either to a satisfactory level of business skill at entrepreneur side, or to their higher chance of employment opportunities. Under the circumstances like this, we need a revised version of Coop activities: for example, launching a project that will be fully supported intrust by both sides, and thus improving students' business skill while they are working on that project. We demonstrate in this study how students have greatly improved their business skill through a model project that was planned by a working group, was successfully carried out on real job positions, and many of the students in the working group were job-offered finally as this new model suggested.

Visitors' Perceptions to Ecotourism Goals and Satisfaction : The Case of Muju Firefly Festival

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate ecotourism goals which are providing educational tourism, generating environmental conservation, and residents' economic benefits based on the 7th Muju Firefly festival. The sample was 243 visitors from August 23rd to 30th, 2003. The results were as follows: First, visitors showed high satisfaction for the educational tourism program. Experiencing educational 'Mysterious Firefly Field Trips' contributed to the tourists' educational satisfaction. It was found that these experience programs were very popular. Second, residents' and domestic visitors' satisfaction was high with 5.50 on Likert 7 points concerning environmental conservation. Third, foreigners showed high satisfaction for visiting tourism sites and understanding regional culture in terms of understanding region and economic benefits. The average economic effect was decreased compared to 2002. So there should be more diverse strategy to increase economic effect. Also more festival related products, diverse and unique foods and beverages based on regional products should be developed.

근린재생을 위한 지역연계형 학교시설 계획방향 연구 (A Study on the Planning Direction of Local Connected School Facilities for the Neighborhood Regeneration)

  • As the number of students continues to decline, alternatives to regional linkage and utilization of school facilities in the region are being sought. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose programs and remodeling directions for school facilities for neighborhood regeneration in urban regeneration revitalization areas. To this end, first, this study analyzed changes in educational courses and policies in Korea. Second, domestic and foreign cases of combined operation of school facilities were analyzed. Third, implications for the improvement of local-linked school facilities were derived through policies and case analysis. Finally, the direction of the plan considering this was proposed.

수산자원조성사업의 합리적인 평가체계 도입 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishing the Evaluation System of the Stock Enhancement Program)

  • The main goal of the study is to propose an objective and standardized evaluation system of stock enhancement programs. In order to achieve this goal, the study first suggested the need for stock enhancement program evaluation system through the review of current status and problems. Second, the study identified possible problems of the existing stock enhancement program evaluation by reviewing domestic and foreign evaluation systems. Finally the study proposed a new evaluation system and implementation plan of it. This study also classified the program evaluation criteria into ex-ante evaluation and ex-post evaluation according to the evaluation point in time, and applied the economic, political and technical feasibility tests into the evaluation of the stock enhancement program in order to solve the current problems of the evaluation. The evaluation process of the stock enhancement program is composed of an evaluation system design, estimation of weights using the analytical hierarchy process, design of estimation standard, conversion of scores and final summary of the evaluation. The central government takes the lead in the evaluation of the regional (metropolitan city or province) projects and the regional government is in charge of the evaluation of the local (city or county) projects. For the implementation of the ex-ante evaluation, either the regional or local governments ask for the evaluation and then submit an evaluation plan and other necessary documents to the upper level governments. The ex-post evaluation is then carried out by the upper level governments.

지역 종합병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스가 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본과 간호근무환경의 매개효과 (The Effect of Job Stress on Health Promotion Behaviors of Nurses in a Regional General Hospital: The Mediating Effects of Positive Psychological Capital and Nursing Work Environment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide preliminary data for alleviating nurses' job stress and support health promotion behaviors. Further, the study reviews the mediating effects of positive psychological capital and nursing work environment in relation to job stress and health promotion behaviors among nurses in a regional general hospital. Methods: A study survey was conducted from June 9 to 16, 2017. The subjects were current nurses working at a regional general hospital in D city. Analysis of a survey questionnaire from 147 participants was conducted. Results: Upon reviewing the mediating effects of positive psychological capital and nursing work environment in relation with health promotion behaviors and job stress, it was found that positive psychological capital (Z=-4.78, p<.001) and nursing work environment (Z=-4.17, p<.001) were significant mediators. Conclusion: As demonstrated through the results of this research, it is necessary to build programs to strengthen individual positive psychological capital and increase the practice of health promotion behaviors among nurses. It is also evident that a systematic approach is needed to improve the nursing work environment.
