본 연구는 지역적 정보화의 성장 잠재력과 필요성 및 지역적 정보화 특성 등을 갖추고 있는 J시를 대상으로 지역적 현황을 분석하고 정보화 인프라구조 구축을 기반으로 하는 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 행정, 산업 및 생활 정보화 등의 주요 분야에 관하여 제시하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 개발내용, 개발과정, 서비스 제공과 평가, 콘텐츠 내용과 서비스 수요자 및 콘텐츠 제공자간의 상호작용 등을 다루었다. 지역 정보화콘텐츠 개발방안을 제시함으로써 지역 정보화의 확산과 지역 정보화 발전 및 지역 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study was investigated the residual contents of sulfur dioxide on the 373 kinds of herbal medicine distributed from Korea, China, and Japan. A modified Monier-Williams method was described for the determination of $SO_{2}$ contents in herbal medicines. The residual contents of $SO_{2}$ were not detected at 221 products$(59.8{\%})$ in total 373 products. Regardless of region, $SO_{2}$ contents were not found at Farfarae Flos, Zizyphi Spinosi Semen, Castanea crenata, and Strychni Ignatii Semen. But it's found at Asparagi Radix, Codonopsitis Radix, Lilii Bulbus, and Kaempferiae Rhizoma of every region collected the samples. Also, $SO_{2}$ contents were not detected at the herbal medicines which collected cultural fields of dometic. $SO_{2}$ contents ranged 11$\~$3990 mg/kg(mean 152 mg/kg) at domestic samples, 11$\~$3440 mg/kg(mean 603 mg/kg) at imported samples. After treated with water wash and hot water extraction, the reduction rates of sulfur dioxide were appeared with $24.4{\%}\~68.7{\%}\;and\;83.8{\%}\~100.0{\%},$ respectively. These data will be used to establish a criteron of residual sulfur dioxide in herbal medicines.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the pattern of user response and it's duration time through social media content response analysis. We also analyze the characteristics of content quality factors which are associate with the user response pattern. The analysis results will provide some implications to develop strategies and schematic plans for the operator of regional marketing on the SNS. Design/methodology/approach This study used mixed methods to verify the effects and responses of social media contents on the users who have concerns about regional events such as local festival, cultural events, and city tours etc. Big data analysis was conducted with the quantitative data from regional government SNSs. The data was collected through web crawling in order to analyze the social media contents. We especially analyzed the contents duration time and peak level time. This study also analyzed the characteristics of contents quality factors using expert evaluation data on the social media contents. Finally, we verify the relationship between the contents quality factors and user response types by cross correlation analysis. Findings According to the big data analysis, we could find some content life cycle which can be explained through empirical distribution with peak time pattern and left skewed long tail. The user response patterns are dependent on time and contents quality. In addition, this study confirms that the level of quality of social media content is closely relate to user interaction and response pattern. As a result of the contents response pattern analysis, it is necessary to develop high quality contents design strategy and content posting and propagation tactics. The SNS operators need to develop high quality contents using rich-media technology and active response contents that induce opinion leader on the SNS.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and the competitiveness improvement of game contents industry comparing to relative LQ index of the no. of character company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2011, 2012, and 2013 between including Metro area and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region. The results of this research are as follows. In case including metro regional analysis, no. of employee suggested Metro and Chungchung have high competitiveness in during the 3 years. And in case of no. of game company suggested honam, dongnam and jeju area have high competitiveness between 2012 and 2013. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated the only Metro area have over LQ 1.0 which relative higher competitiveness than the other culture contents industry. But in case of except of Metro, no. of game company indicated honam, jeju have relative high competitiveness over LQ 1.0 and the no. of employee indicated kangwon, chungchung, honam and jeju showed relative competitiveness during 3 years. The amount of revenue of game industry indicated kangwon, chungchung and honam suggested high competitiveness. Honam area have strong competitiveness among three category by regional longitudinal analysis. Kangwon and jeju area suggested 2nd strong regional competitiveness. The main competitiveness of game industry were well established among national industry cluster.

In this study, the possibility of contents was explored by extracting materials that can be used as regional-specific contents. To this end, the possibility of local content specialization was examined for Eomuk, the representative food of Busan. First, it looked at the content process of Busan's regional-specific material and developed it as a character. Next, it looked at the story development and the process of incorporating it into animation. In the future, based on this study, we would like to present guidelines for the spread of Korean-style regional-specific content.

본 연구는 지역전략산업진흥사업의 효과를 통하여 향후 분권적 상향적 지역산업정책이 다양한 형태로 발전하여 지역의 자생적 능력을 향상시키고 지역의 혁신능력을 배양하여 지역산업을 진흥시키고 지역경제를 활성화 한다는 측면에서 접근하였다. 지역산업의 진흥은 현 정부의 광역경제권 구축정책의 기본전제로 광역을 이루는 한 축의 발전이 타 지역에 비하여 낙후된다면 광역이라는 경제권구상에 있어 실패 또는 갈등요인으로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과, 충북지역의 전략산업은 타 지역과 비교하여 상대적으로 빠른 발전을 하였고 지역의 전략산업발전 정책이 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 R&D체계의 효과적인 개선이 필요함을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 글로벌 경제체제 하에서의 차세대 국가경쟁력기반인 광역경제권역 내에서의 지방 R&D 지원체계의 효율화에 대한 연구이다. 최근 OECD 주요 선진국들은 국가경쟁력 강화차원에서 지역의 경제권역을 확대해 가면서 확대된 경제권역에 새로운 권한과 기능을 부여하는 방식을 채택하고 있다. 또한 지역의 R&D의 역량을 강화하여 국가경쟁력의 기반인 지역의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황하에서 우리나라의 지역 R&D의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 지역 R&D 추진체계에 대한 현황분석과 사례분석을 통하여 향후 우리나라의 지역 R&D 발전을 위한 방안을 도출하였다.

We investigated the residual contents of sulfur dioxide ($SO_2$) on the 280 kinds of herbal medicines distributed at 8 cities including in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Jecheon, Yeongju, Geumsan and Jeonju in Korea. The residual contents of $SO_2$ were determinated by modified Monier-Williams method. The residual contents of $SO_2$ were not detected at 206 products in total 280 products. However, it was detected below 100 ppm in 39 products, between 101 and 1000 ppm in 30 products and exceeded 1000 ppm in 5 products. $SO_2$ contents ranged 11 ${\sim}$ 2339 mg/kg (mean 293 mg/kg) at domestic samples distributed. Regardless of region, $SO_2$ contents were not found at Notopterygii Rhizoma, Ligustici Scinensis Rhizoma et Radix, Bombyx Batryticatus, Coicis Semen, Cnidii Rhizoma, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Gardeniae Fructus, Alismatis Rhizoma. But it's found at Batatatis Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix and Codonopsitis Radix of every region collected the samples. $SO_2$ contents were not detected at 58 products which collected cultural fields of dometic. After treated with water wash and hot water extraction, the reduction rates of sulfur dioxide were appeared with 14.3% ${\sim}$ 40.4% and 55.2% ${\sim}$ 100.0%, respectively. These data will be used to establish a criteron of residual sulfur dioxide in herbal medicines.

The purpose of this thesis is to study on the source, the introductive process and the phenomenon of the regional tendency into Korean modern interior design. To achieve the purpose of this study, the methods and contents are as follows : 1. Explaining the regionalism in the architecture as the source of the regional tendency. 2. Explaining the introductive process of the regional tendency in Korean modern interior design.. For that, 1)Explaining the traditional expression, the leo-corbusian expression and the organic expression with nature in Korean contemporary architecture 2)Explaining the vernacular expression and the abstract expression in Korean modern art 3. Studying the regional tendency in Korean modern interior design For that, 1)Studying the expression of Korean traditionality 2)Studying the expression of the vernacular 3)Studying the expression of the environmental affinity By theme methods and contents, we will study the introduction of the regional tendency into Korean modern interior design.

본 연구는 판교를 포함하는 성남지역을 세계적인 게임 산업 클러스터로 육성하기 위한 정책과제를 제안하기 위하여, 산업생태계 이론에 근거 하여 성남 지역의 게임콘텐츠 산업생태계를 분석하였다. 먼저 성남 가치사슬 구조를 분석한 결과, 중핵 업종과 확장된 네트워크의 상호작용을 활성화하기 위한 정책과 노력이 요구 되었다. 두 번째 기업 간 연관 관계를 분석한 결과, 지역 내 강소 게임 업체 지원을 통한 건전한 생태계 육성 정책이 요구 되었다. 마지막으로 혁신자원과 환경을 분석해본 결과, 산업인력양성을 위한 교육적 생태계 구축이 시급히 요구 되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 산업생태계 이론을 활용하여 게임콘텐츠 산업을 분석할 수 있는 기반을 마련한 점과 정책적 과제를 도출함으로서, 지역산업 분석 연구에 대한 새로운 가능성을 제안했다는 점을 들 수 있다.
