PM10 농도의 시공간적 분포 특징과 국지적 기온 변화 간의 상관관계: 부산광역시 사례 분석 (Spaciotemporal Distributions of PM10 Concentration and Their Correlation with Local Temperature Changes : a Case Study of Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2001~2015년 동안 부산광역시의 $PM_{10}$ 농도가 기온변화 패턴에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 최근 15년간 관측된 부산광역시 $PM_{10}$ 농도는 꾸준한 감소 추세를 보이고 있다. 계절적 $PM_{10}$ 농도는 평균적으로 봄철에 가장 높게 나타났고, 겨울철, 여름철, 가을철의 순으로 관측되었지만, 관측 지점별로 계절적 평균 농도 순위는 일정하지 않았다. $PM_{10}$ 농도의 구간별 발생 빈도를 분석한 결과, 가장 높은 빈도로 관측된 미세먼지 농도는 $20{\mu}g/m^3{\sim}60{\mu}g/m^3$ 범위로 조사되었고, 이는 전체 관측일수의 64.6%에 달했다. 황사일과 비황사일의 월평균 농도를 공간적으로 비교한 결과, 황사의 영향이 상대적으로 작은 겨울철에 미세먼지 농도의 서고동저 패턴이 다소 강하게 나타난 반면, 황사의 영향이 증가하는 봄철에는 지역적 차이가 감소하였다. 단순화된 연간 기온 곡선을 이용하여 산출한 월평균 기온증감률을 $PM_{10}$ 농도와 비교한 결과, $PM_{10}$ 농도 변화는 연구지역 평균 기온상승률과 음의 상관관계를 보임에 따라 $PM_{10}$ 농도 감소 추세는 연중 기온 변화 폭(연교차)의 증가 경향으로 이어졌다. 전체적으로 $PM_{10}$ 농도 변화는 연평균기온과는 미미한 상관관계를 나타냈지만, 연평균기온에 지배적인 영향을 주는 겨울철로 국한할 때 $PM_{10}$ 농도와 기온은 비교적 높은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 에너지 수지 측면에서, $PM_{10}$ 농도 변화는 복사에너지의 반사와 흡수에 따른 복사강제력에 영향을 미쳐 온난화 또는 냉각효과에 기여하게 되는데, 연구지역의 $PM_{10}$ 농도 변화와 기온 변화 간의 상관관계는 시공간적으로 일정하지 않고 도시 대기 질에 연관된 사회경제적 요인이 고려되지 않아 통계적 유의성은 제한적으로 나타났다.

제주분지 제삼기 육성층의 층서 및 퇴적물 기원 (Stratigraphy and Provenance of Non-marine Sediments in the Tertiary Cheju Basin)

  • 제주도 남쪽지역에 발달한 신생대 대륙붕 주변분지(marginal-continental shelf basin)들은 타이완-신지 융기대 및 오키나와 곡분을 따라서 주로 북동-남서 방향으로 분포하고 있다. 이들 분지중 제주분지의 육성퇴적층에 대한 층서와 조구조적 환경(tectonic setting)을 밝히기 위해 10개 시추공을 연결하는 측선의 탄성파자료와 사암 및 응회암층 시료를 분석한 결과, 본 지역의 층서는 5개의 퇴적층과 기반암으로 설정되었다. 퇴적층 A는 플라이스토세 - 현세 퇴적물로 구성되어 있으며 퇴적층 B는 플라이오세 퇴적물로 구성되어있고 하위 퇴적층 C와 경사부정합관계를 갖는다. 하부구간에서는 수로의 발달로 인해 연속성이 매우 불량한 부분이 분지의 북부쪽에서 주로 관찰된다. 분지 남부지역은 하위 퇴적층과는 뚜렷이 구분되었으나 북부지역은 이들 퇴적층이 평행하게 퇴적되어 층간의 경계구분이 어렵다. 초기 마이오세에 해당되는 퇴적층 C의 탄성파 반사면들은 분지의 최남단부에서는 상위층에 경사지게 수렴하나 중-북부에서는 준평행하게 발달된다. 이들 두 지역간의 차이는 분지 남서부를 따라 발달된 주향이동 단층의 영향에 의한 것이며 이들 단층의 활동은 퇴적층 B의 발달이전에 종료되었다. 초기-중기 마이오세의 퇴적층 D내에는 퇴적후의 습곡 및 단층작용이 많이 관찰된다. 본 층은 부분적인 침강에 의해 두께의 변화가 심하다. 올리고세의 퇴적층 E는 하부 기반암 위에 부정합으로 놓여있으며 퇴적초기의 지형에 의한 경사에 의해 기울어 져 있고 퇴적 이 종료된 후의 구조운동에 의 해 습곡되 었다. 퇴적층 D 내에 발달된 화산암층의 절대 연령은 초기 - 중기 마이오세 이며 퇴적층 E 내에 분포하는 응회암층은 희토류 원소 분석 결과 및 고생물 자료 해석에 의하면 Green Tuff Formation 보다 고기의 화산활동에 의한 응회암이다. 탄성파층서 및 퇴적물의 분석 결과에 의하면 분지의 형성후 퇴적된퇴적층 E는 육성 퇴적물로 이루어 져 있으며 대륙지괴의 근원지로부터 퇴적물이 공급되었음을 지시한다. 퇴적층 E가 형성된 후 분지 외부의 퇴적물 공급지가 구조적 요인에 의해 융기하였고, 그 결과로서 퇴적물의 유입, 분지의 침강 및 화산활동이 급격히 증가하였으며 이들로 구성된 퇴적층 D는 화산활동을 수반한 반복조산대로부터 유래되었다.

경주 도심 고분에 대한 지역주민과 관광객의 가치체계 비교연구 - 수단-목적 사슬 이론을 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on Resident and Tourist Value Systems of the Ancient Tombs in Gyeong-ju City Center - A Focus on Means-End Chain -)

  • 본 연구는 '수단-목적 사슬(Means-End Chain: MEC) 이론'을 토대로 경주 도심 고분 인근에 거주하는 지역주민과 관광객에 대한 경주 도심 고분의 방문에 관련한 심층적인 동기 및 가치를 분석하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 소프트 래더링(soft laddering)과 하드 래더링(hard laddering) 방법론을 적용하였다. 이를 통하여 경주 도심 방문에 관련된 항목요인(속성, 혜택, 가치)과 인지구조(속성, 혜택, 가치의 연결 관계)를 파악하여 '가치단계도(Hierarchical Value Map)'의 상호 연관 관계모형을 구축함으로써 지역주민과 관광객의 가치체계를 비교하였다. 본 설문조사는 하드 래더링의 연계방식기법(Association Pattern Technique: APT)의 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 지역주민과 관광객의 속성, 혜택, 가치에 기반한 수단(mean)-목적(end) 가치사슬 구조를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 경주 도심 고분을 방문하는 지역주민은 '휴식(휴양) 및 산책'을 수단으로 고려하고 있었으며, 이를 통해 결과적으로 그들은 '스트레스 해소'를 경험함과 최종적 목적 상태로 '역사 문화 보호 의식 배양'에 가치를 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 관광객 또한 '휴식(휴양) 및 산책'을 수단으로 고려하고 있었으며, 이를 통해 결과적으로 그들은 '스트레스 해소'를 경험함과 최종적 목적 상태로 '자기성찰 및 치유'에 가치를 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 향후 "경주 도심 고분공원" 조성에 있어 우리는 고분의 문화유산 가치 보존 및 관리계획과 더불어 고분 지역주민과 관광객의 행동에 영향을 미치는 방문 가치에 관한 연구를 통해 보다 합리적인 고분 역사 문화 활용계획 방안 수립에 기초적인 자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

몽골 시베트 하이르한 유적 선비 시기(1~3세기) 고분 출토 직물의 섬유와 염료 분석 (Analysis of an ancient textiles from the Xianbei period tombs of the Shiveet Khairkhan site, Mongolia)

  • 시베트 하이르한 유적은 알타이지역 바양 울기 아이막 가운데 쳉겔 솜에 위치하며 다양한 유적이 확인된 유라시아 초원의 중요한 지역이다. 본 연구에서는 몽골 시베트 하이르한 유적의 1~3세기 선비 시기 고분에서 출토된 직물의 섬유와 염료의 특성을 조사하였다. 섬유 식별을 위해 현미경 관찰과 감쇠전반사 푸리에 변환 적외선 분광기를 이용해 분석한 결과, 녹색과 황색 직물은 견직물로 확인되었다. 염료의 분석은 비파괴 분석이 가능한 자외-가시광분광광도계를 이용하여 염직물의 표면 반사도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 녹색 직물은 인디고 염료의 반사스펙트럼과 유사하게 나타났다. 또한 기체 크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 이용한 성분 분석 결과에서도 인디고 염료의 이사틴과 인디고틴이 검출되었다. 이사틴과 인디고틴은 인디고 염료의 특성 성분으로 선비 시기 고분의 녹색 직물은 인디고 염료를 사용하여 염색한 것을 알 수 있었다. 황색 직물은 반사스펙트럼과 기체 크로마토그래피-질량분석 결과 염료의 종류를 규명하기 어려웠다. 인디고 식물은 수천 년 전부터 청색계 염색에 사용하는 염료이자 전 세계에 다수 종이 분포한다. 선비 시기 고분에서 출토된 직령의(直領衣)는 약 1,800년의 시간이 지났음에도 녹색 직물에서 인디고 염료 성분인 인디고틴과 이사틴이 잘 남아있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 직물 문화재에 대한 과학적 조사는 보존처리, 원형 복원, 전시 및 보존환경 조성 등을 위해 필수적인 과정이다. 앞으로도 관련 연구가 활성화되어 당시 생활 문화 해석과 직물 문화재의 보존처리 및 보존환경 조성에 도움이 되길 기대한다.

지역민인 지역문화예술 감독의 정체성과 역할에 관한 내러티브 탐구 - C지역 공예비엔날레를 중심으로 - (The Narrative Inquiry on the Identity and Role of Local Cultural Art Director as a Local Resident: Focus on C Region Crafts Biennale)

  • 2014년 지역문화진흥법의 제정 이 후, 정부는 지역의 삶을 반영하고 지역민의 정서에 부합하는 지역문화의 방향성을 찾기 위해 지속적으로 노력해 왔다. 이러한 노력에 걸맞게, C지역 비엔날레 조직위원회는 이례적으로 비엔날레 예술 감독을 C지역의 역사성과 생태적, 정서적 특성을 담고 있는 지역 예술인들로 구성하였다. 이에, 본 연구자는 C지역의 지역민이자 공예비엔날레 감독으로 임명된 연구 참여자들의 내러티브를 통해 지역민 문화예술 감독의 정체성과 역할에 대한 인식을 탐구하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 지역민으로 구성된 6명의 지역문화예술 감독을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며, 그들의 내러티브를 중심으로 지역문화예술 감독으로서의 정체성과 그 역할을 탐구하였다. 이 과정에서 사진 자료, 문서, 심층 면담, 회의 자료 등 다양한 형태의 자료를 수집하여, 결정적 사건을 중심으로 내러티브를 분석하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 먼저, 연구 참여자들의 지역문화예술 감독의 정체성에 대한 생각은 세 가지 방향으로 귀결되어짐을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 참여자들은 지역 예술가로 구성된 예술 감독 체계가 그 동안 지역 안에서 활동한 자신들의 정체성을 담보하고 있다고 보았다. 둘째, 지역문화예술 감독들의 정체성은 다양한 지역의 문화예술 담론이 개발되고 토론됨으로서 지역화 될 수 있는 방법을 찾는 역할과 맥을 같이 한다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 참여자들은 일회적이 아닌 지속적인 지역문화예술에 대한 관심과 애정을 지니고 있었고 그것이 그들의 정체성이라고 인식하였다. 면담에 참여한 감독들은 다양한 지역의 문화예술의 담론이 개발되고 토론됨으로서 지역화 될 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 하는 모습을 보였다. 다음으로, 정체성과 연계한 연구 참여자가 인식하는 지역문화예술 감독의 역할은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한 해를 마감하고 다음 해의 예술 행사를 연계해 구성할 수 있는 안목의 체계적이고 장기적인 기획의 주체가 되어야 한다. 둘째, 지역과 연계된 사회적, 문화적 생태 분석에 대한 정체성을 도출할 수 있는 학술·연구의 역할을 수행해야한다. 셋째, 지역 예술인들이 지역을 넘어 세계적인 예술문화와 교류할 수 있는 장을 마련할 수 있는 지역문화전문인력 즉, 문화매개자 역할이 요구되어진다. 지역문화예술의 매개자로서 지역민 감독 형태에 대한 연구는 지역 예술인의 정체성 수립의 근원을 알게 하고, 지역민이 주체가 되는 문화예술의 방향성에 대한 방법론을 구축하는 일이다. 아울러 바람직한 지역문화의 소통과 의미에 대한 성찰을 제공하고, 지역문화예술 매개자의 양성 시스템에 관한 시사점을 갖는다는 점에서 지속적인 관심과 연구가 필요하다.

한국형 기업의 사회적 책임활동 측정을 위한 척도 개발 연구: 소비자 인식을 중심으로 (Developing a Scale for Measuring the Corporate Social Responsibility Activities of Korea Corporation: Focusing on the Consumers' Awareness)

  • 그동안 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 척도개발이 국·내외적으로 일부 연구자들에서 수행되어져 왔지만, 기업의 사회적 책임활동을 측정하고 있는 구성개념(측정항목)들에 대한 이론적 배경의 결핍과 기업의 네 가지 사회적 책임활동 차원이 과연 서로 이질적인 차원인지에 대한 의문이 제기되었다. 또한, 기업의 사회적 책임활동과 관련된 지난 30년간 발표된 정량적 분석에 의하면, 대부분의 연구들이 측정항목과 방법론 측면에서 많은 문제점을 보이고 있다. 이처럼 기업의 사회적 책임활동 (CSR)에 대한 학문적 관심은 오래 지속되고 있지만, 기업의 사회적 책임차원 (경제적, 법률적, 윤리적, 자선적 책임)에 대하여 소비자들이 어떻게 바라보는지, 혹은 어떻게 인지하는지에 대해 측정할 수 있는 척도가 미흡한 실정이다. 특히 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 척도가 서구사회 위주로 개발되어 국내에서 인용되다보니, 국내 특성에 맞는 기업의 사회적 책임활동을 측정할 수 있는 척도가 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구는 다양한 이해관계들을 대상을 집단면접(FGI)을 실시하여 국내 상황에 맞는 척도를 개발하였고, 본 연구에서 개발된 새로운 척도가 기존 척도에 비하여 더 높은 예측력을 지니는지를 간접적으로 증명하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 새롭게 개발된 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 척도는 다음과 같다. 우선, 경제적 책임은 '제품의 품질개선 노력', '고객의 불평처리에 대한 체계구축', '이윤창출을 통한 국가 경제발전 이바지', '고용창출 노력', 법률적 책임으로는 '법적기준 준수', '직원들의 복지추구와 고용 관련법 준수', '명시된 계약적 책임이행', '기업경영 관련법 준수', '소비자보호법 준수', 윤리적 책임으로는 '윤리강령 지침마련', '과장광고나 허위광고', '투명경영', '사업파트너와의 공정한 거래', 자선적 책임으로는 '지역사회와의 협력사업', '스포츠 및 문화활동 지원', '지역사회 봉사', '사회환원' 등이다. 연구결과는 국내 기업들에게 경제적 책임활동의 중요성을 다시 한 번 인지시키고 있으며, 특히 국내 기업들에게 자사의 사회적 책임활동을 진단하는데 중요한 실무적인 시사점을 제시할 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. The system based on PC-486DX was designed to acquire medical images produced by medical imaging instruments and related audio information, that is, doctors' reporting results. Input information was processed and analyzed, then the results were presented in the form of graph and animation.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm.
