  • More than effectively judging the existence of voids behind concrete tunnel linings or under concrete pavements, this research aims to develop the analysis algorithm of radar capable of estimation of the shape of specific voids. To detect or estimate void shapes in non-reinforced concrete, the simulation analysis model of transmission and reflection wave of electromagnetic radar is used. This radar simulation model is carried out with various void shapes. As the results, a proposed method in this study has a possibility of detecting or estimating void shapes with good accuracy.

  • In this paper, Power Flow Analysis (PFA) method has been applied to the prediction of vibration energy density and intensity of coupled shell structures in the medium-to-high frequency ranges. To consider the wave transformation at joint between shell elements, power transmission and reflection coefficients are investigated for various joint angles, and here Donnell-Mushtari thin shell theory has been used. • The earth reflection effect on the induced voltage by line source such as power line occurring induction inteference is analyzed to scrutinize how much it would reduce the induced voltage. Using hankel transformation including bessel function, directly calculation formulae for extracting a refelction coefficient is a most important technical application in this paper since the reflection coefficient on the earth cannot be deduced by a general coefficient calculation formulae according to a plain wave. The electric field is utilized to transform the electromagnetic field into an induced voltage. The composed efficiency to a source induction voltage by an earth reflection is about a range of 60~70% for the axis constellation of each object like observation point, source position and other material parameters.

  • Analysis of reflection of random waves propagating over rectangular submerged non-porous breakwaters was performed by using the eigenfunction expansion method. In this study, random waves were generated by superposition of several monochromatioc waves. Reflection coefficients were calculated by summing each numerical results of regular waves. Predicted results from the eigenfunction expansion method were in a good agreement with the results of laboratory measurements. Reflection coefficients of random waves were also resonated at the Bragg reflection condition.

  • This study explores the critical reflection process experienced by home economics preservice teachers during practicum. Data were collected in a critical analysis of class, practicum review, and journals written by sixteen preservice teachers. Text material were composed of 188 transcripts on A4 paper and 36 page of mini-notes. The collected data were analyzed by a thematic coding method in qualitative research and proceeded in the order of three steps of transference, coding, and subject discovery. The emerging themes were: 1) Observing class 2) Practicing class 3) Growth of class practice 4) Reflecting class. First, the observing class was an exploration process through the viewing of daily classes that involved the process of recognizing the classroom situation and various classroom contexts. Second, the practicing class was to strengthen the consideration of the class to form a relationship that could lead to learning in educational situations. Third, the growth of class practice was intended to recognize the orientation of the subject matter with pedagogical content knowledge. Four, the reflecting class was the process of experiencing practice with a continuous understanding of the class, class reflection, and changing the perspective from the current status. There is a part where critical reflection is difficult to be promoted deeply during 4 weeks; however, there was a possibility of a reflection practice that could promote achievement through the experience of a practicing class.

  • The present paper seeks to investigate propagation and reflection of waves at free surfaces of homogeneous, anisotropic and rotating micropolar fibre-reinforced medium with voids. It has been observed that, in particular when P-wave is incident on the free surface, there exist four coupled reflected plane waves traveling in the medium; quasi-longitudinal displacement (qLD) wave, quasi-transverse displacement (qTD) wave, quasi-transverse microrotational wave and a wave due to voids. Normal mode Analysis usually called harmonic solution method is adopted in concomitant with Snell's laws and appropriate boundary conditions in determination of solution to the micropolar fibre reinforced modelled problem. Amplitude ratios which correspond to reflected waves in vertical and horizontal components are presented analytically. Also, the Reflection Coefficients are presented using numerical simulated results in graphical form for a particular chosen material by the help of Mathematica software. We observed that the micropolar fibre-reinforced, voids and rotational parameters have various degrees of effects to the modulation, propagation and reflection of waves in the medium. The study would have impact to micropolar fibre-reinforecd rotational-acoustic machination fields and future works about behavior of seismic waves.

  • Using a 3-D numerical scheme (LES-WASS-3D) that considered wave-structure-sandy seabed interactions in a 3-D wave field, we analyzed the wave reflection and hydraulic characteristics inside a slit caisson with two chambers in a 3-D oblique wave field. To verify the 3-D numerical analysis method suggested in this study, we compared the numerical results with existing experimental results and found good agreement. The numerical analysis revealed that a standing wave field is generated on the front side of the slit caisson due to the effect of wave reflection. For incident waves propagating perpendicular to the slit caisson, the nodes and anti-nodes of the standing wave are apparent and symmetrical. However, in an oblique wave field, as the incident wave angle decreases, the nodes and anti-nodes of the standing wave become ambiguous and unsymmetrical. It was also found that the wave reflection coefficient decreases as the incident wave angle decreases. It can be pointed out that as the incident wave angle decreases, the turbulent intensity in the chamber increases. Thereby, the increased wave energy dissipation by the increased turbulent intensity reduces the rate of wave reflection. In addition, a strong turbulent intensity generally occurs in the first chamber.

  • Reflection is a feature of the Java programming language that can examine and manipulate components of program itself. If you use the reflection, you can get an obfuscation effect of Java source because it converts sources into complicated structures. However, when using it, strings of components name of program are exposed. Therefore, it cannot prevent static analysis. In this paper, we presents a method and a tool of interfere with static analysis using reflection. And in this case, exposed strings are encoded using Vigen$\acute{e}$re cipher. Experimental results show that this tool is effective in increasing the overall complexity of the source code. Also the tool provides two types decryption method based on server and local. It can be selected based on the importance of the API because it affects the execution speed of the application.
