The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for elderly women's clothing design and to develop dress forms that can reflect the characteristics of their bodies. Three hundered twenty subjects, between the ages of 60 .approx. 85, were chosen and the data were collected from anthropometric data. Principal component analysis which is one of the basic methods in factor analysis was applied to the interpretation of anthropometric data. As a result of analysis, the data are able to be decided into appropriate group.

This article discusses the use of the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts in international commercial arbitration. Because the Principles are designed specifically for cross-border commercial transactions, the use of the Principles avoids many of the legal rules that would govern from otherwise applicable domestic law that do not reflect the expectations of parties in international trade.

Several physiological components containing a secondary amino group were capable of reacting sodium nitroprusside to form potentially carcinogenic nitrosamines under physiological conditions (pH 7.3, 37). In each case the products were identical to those produced upon reaction with nitrous acid at much lower pH values. Reaction rates measured with proline were shown to reflect a first order dependence on both amine and nitroprusside concentrations. The strong influences of pH on the reactions of sodium nitro prusside with amines were also observed. These results show sodium nitroprusside could be a very potent nitrosation agent under physiological conditions.

A recent rise in mean global temperatures suggests a shift in the temporal cycles of natural seasons. The impacts of warming trends can alter the temporal and spatial distribution of flora and fauna. Especially, phenological cycles are very sensitive to the occurrence of alternation of hot and cold seasons. Phenological calendars reflect the natural seasonality. In more detail, phenological cycles affects agriculture and human health (i.e. the amount of fruit production and allergies), as well as tourism industries like flower fairs or festivals. (omitted)

The optimal byproduct gas supply system was developed for the optimal management of the byproduct gases in the iron and steel making process based on EXCEL environment. This paper describes an experimental system for automatic robot programming, The SNU-ARPS (Seoul National University Automatic Robot Programming System). The SNU-ARPS generates executable robot programs for pick and place operation and some simple mechanical assembly tasks by menudriven dialog. It is intended to enable the user to concentrate on the overall operation sequence instead of the knowledge regarding the details of robot languages. To convert task specifications into manipulator motions, the SNU-ARPS uses an internal representation of the world. This representation initially consists of geometric database from CAD system and is updated at each operation step to reflect the state changes of the world.

The scientific, professional and reliable image of doctor's coats is changing over the years, and many countries around the world are changing doctor's coat designs or removing them altogether. This study researches the history and significance of doctor's coats, and based on the research, designs and develops new doctor's coats for the Seoul National University Hospital Department of Dermatology where traditional white polyester and cotton coats are still being worn. The positive results of the study indicate that doctor's coat designs can be developed in different directions that reflect certain identities and moods while maintaining professionalism.

A new package design method to reduce resonance effect due to an IC package is represented. Frequency-variant circuit model of the power/ground plane was developed to accurately reflect the resonance. The circuit model is benchmarked with a full wave simulation, thereby verifying its accuracy. Then it was shown that the proposed technique can efficiently reduce the resonance due to the IC package.
