최근 스마트폰을 비롯한 각종 IT 장치의 도입과 차량항법시스템의 보편화로 인하여 위치기반 공간정보 서비스의 활용이 활발해 짐에 따라, 공간정보 사용자가 요구하는 품질의 수준이 높아지게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 지상 MMS 측정자료와 항공측량자료를 통합함으로써 정밀한 3차원 공간정보 구축하는 방법을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 실험지역에서 관측한 지상 MMS 측정자료와 항공측량자료 간의 편차경향을 분석하였고 각 데이터의 편차경향이 일관되지 못한걸 확인하였다. 편차 보정 모델 결정을 위해 GPS/INS 처리결과에 포함되어 있는 외부표정정보를 직접 수정하는 방법을 선택하였고 보정모델이 사용하는 기준인 보정용 기준점 좌표의 취득방법을 분류하여 각각의 장단점을 분석하였다. 항공사진 프로젝트에서 취득한 기준점 정보를 사용하여 지상 MMS 측정자료를 보정하는 방법을 통해 지상 MMS 측정자료 사이에 존재하는 편차를 소거하였을 뿐만 아니라 항공측량자료와 지상 MMS 측정자료 사이에 존재하던 편차도 대부분 소거된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

정보기술 아키텍처는 정보시스템에 대한 요구사항을 충족시키고, 상호운용성 및 보안성을 보장하기 위한 일환으로 정립된 개념으로서, 조직에서 사용되는 정보들을 지원하기 위한 정보기술과 그 구성요소들을 분석하고 이들간의 관계를 구조적으로 정리한 체계로서 정의된다. 정보기술 아키텍처는 전사적 아키텍처, 기술참조모델, 그리고 표준프로파일로 구성된다. 정보기술 아키텍처의 한 구성요소인 표준프로파일은 정보기술 표준들의 집합이다. 본 논문에서는 정보기술 아키텍처를 구성 및 활용하기 위하여 기술참조모델에 기반을 둔 표준프로파일 관리시스템 구축에 대한 정보기술의 활용에 대해 언급한다. 구현된 표준프로파일 관리시스템은 국내에서 최초로 시도되는 정보기술 아키텍처 분야에 대한 구현으로서, JSP 및 Java와 같은 객체지향 언어를 사용하여 소프트웨어를 설계하였다. 그리고, UML 표기법에 근거한 기본 및 상세 설계서의 작성, 소프트웨어 아키텍처를 구성하는 컴포넌트 및 디자인 패턴을 활용한 시스템 설계로 인하여 소프트웨어의 재사용성을 높였다. 또한, 리눅스의 활용, 국산 데이터 베이스의 사용, 아파치와 탐캣과 같은 공개 소프트웨어의 사용으로 인한 향후 시스템 유지보수비용을 절감할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 국외 표준정보 제공시스템에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 타기관에서 사용하는 표준정보에 대한 참조시스템이 포함되어있고 표준에 대한 제정 및 개정에 대한 일련의 업무처리를 인터넷으로 지원할 수 있는 모듈과 같은 다양한 부가적인 서비스들이 본 정보시스템에 통합되어있다.

Yersinia (Y.) ruckeri has been recognized as a serious bacterial pathogen to several kinds of fish, including rainbow trout. However, there are no reports about the characteristics and pathogenicity of Y. ruckeri isolated from farm-cultured eels. In this study, we isolated and characterized Y. ruckeri from the farm-cultured eel Anguilla japonica in Korea. We investigated the phenotypic and genotypic characteristics of Y. ruckeri and tested the virulence of Y. ruckeri isolates on experimentally infected eels. Examination of the flagellar morphology of Y. ruckeri by electron microscopy showed peritrichous flagella in its cell body. Biochemical reaction studies showed overall identical profiles between the isolates and the reference strain of Y. ruckeri in API 20E and API ZYM tests. We sequenced the 16S rRNA of the Y. ruckeri (1,505 bp) for the genotypic characterization (National Center for Biotechnology Information accession number EU401667). Comparison of the 16S rRNA sequences with previously reported Y. ruckeri strains revealed similar phylogenetic relationships. In the virulence assay of the Y. ruckeri on eels, the eels exhibited listlessness, but Y. ruckeri was reisolated from those of the gills and kidneys.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 패러다임의 등장에 따라 다수의 클라우드 서비스와 클라우드 사용자를 연계해 주는 CSB(Cloud Service Brokerage) 라는 개념이 제시되었다. CSB 에 등록되어 비슷한 기능을 제공하는 클라우드 서비스들은 제공자마다 성능, 가격 등에 차이가 있으므로, 클라우드 사용자가 클라우드 서비스를 사용하기 위해 적합한 서비스를 찾기 어렵다. 따라서 다수의 클라우드 서비스 중에서 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항에 가장 적합한 클라우드 서비스를 찾아주는 방법을 CSB 에서 핵심적으로 고려해야 한다. 본 논문은 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항을 수집하고 분석하는 방법과 다양한 클라우드 서비스를 명세하는 SAM을 포함하는 CSB 로써 가상 클라우드 뱅크 아키텍처를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 가상 클라우드 뱅크 아키텍처는 클라우드 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 클라우드 서비스 제공을 위한 CSB의 참조아키텍처로 활용할 수 있다.

In a video-on-Demand(VOD) service, a server has to return to he normal playback quickly at a certain new frame position after interactive operations such as jump or last playback. In this paper, we propose an efficient scheme to write a transmission schedule for a playback restart of a video stream at a new frame position after interactive operations. The proposed scheme is based on convergence characteristics, that is transmission schedules with different playback startup frame position in a video stream meet each other at some frame position. The scheme applies a bandwidth smoothing from a new frame position to a convergence position without considering all remaining frames of a video stream. And then the scheme transmits video dta according to the new schedule from the new frame position to the convergence position, and then transmits the remaining video data according to the reference schedule from the convergence position, and then transmits the remaining video data according to the reference schedule from the convergence position to the last frame position. In this paper, we showed that there existed the convergence position corresponding to nay frame position in a video stream through many experiments based on MPEG-1 bit trace data. With the convergence we reduced the computational overhead of a bandwidth smoothing, which was applied to find a new transmission schedule after interactive operations. Also, storage overhead is greatly reduced by storing pre-calculated schedule information up to the convergence position for each I frame position of a video stream with video data off-line. By saving information on a transmission schedule off-line along with the video data and searching the schedule corresponding to the specified restarting frame position, we expect the possibility of normal playback of a video stream with small tolerable playback startup delay.

본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스가 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 필요한 조건 중 가장 근본이 되는 가이드라인을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리나라의 경우 그동안 가이드라인이 필요하고 성문화되어야 한다고 지속적으로 논의되어왔지만 아직까지 체계화되지 못한 상황이다. 이를 위해 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스를 제공할 참고사서와 이용자를 대상으로 심층면담 및 설문조사를 수행하여 국내 상황에 맞는 가이드라인 요소를 파악하고 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구가 제시한 국내 대학도서관의 협력형 디지털참고정보서비스 가이드라인은 향후 서비스 계획 및 운영에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper analyzes the design and usability of maternal notebook mobile application and suggests the improvement direction of the application. The researcher compared and analyzed the functions of maternal notebook applications, conducted user interviews and expert evaluations. The conclusions of this study are the use of appropriate information volume, proportional screen division focusing on main functions, the use of GNB format of main menus, the prohibition of double menu configuration, the use of color consistent with the image of the service, the use of few font sizes, the use of appropriate colors in typography, the use of rich icons with uniform design, card format, list format, but also timeline and infographic forms that make rich user interface design. Maternal notebook application research is expected to be an important reference for research on similar mobile applications with complex functions such as information provision, user history, and community, along with improved research in healthcare design.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a model of the strategic management of university library in Korea. The model from this study is summarized as follows: 1. This paper analyzed the JPEG compression performance of MTSAT-1R(Multi-functional Transport Satellite - 1 Replacement), which is offering the LRIT/HRIT(Low Rate Information Transmissio / High Rate Information Transmission) service now, in order to design the system regarding LRIT/HRIT of COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite). To do so, we analysed Lossy and Lossless JPEG compression performance regarding the MTSAT-1R LRIT/HRIT data for 10 days, and made comparison to the image characteristics, and understood the JPEG compression characteristics regarding JPEG compression of geostationary meteorological satellite. This result of compression performance analysis is expected to be a reference not only to the system design and realization of COMS LRIT/HRIT but also to those who develop other meteorological satellite receiving systems.

The research was carried out at the electronic Gw-mart located at Gangwon province. The secondary data and the various other reference materials were used for the research. This research brings forth the concrete activation plan for the activation of an electronic market in the Gangwon province. So, the activation plan for an e-market at Gang won can be done in six ways, first result of the undertaken research achieved in six ways- first, concentration has to be laid on the internet portal sites, second, the local sites should be well connected with the shopping mall facilities, third, a trustworthy shopping mall has to be established by maintains the product quality and quantity, fourth, a visible distinction should be made between the various products, fifth, the division of labor must be specified and a provisions should be made for a efficient after service.
